We returned to this hotel, as everything was great the previous time.
However, now it's heaven and earth. The pool, which was only for adults, was also made for children and it became simply unbearable. It's not comfortable to swim in the pool, it's even impossible to go down into it.
Upon check-in, we were informed that the first pool was for adults only, however, this turned out not to be the case.
There are a lot of children who jump on their heads, pour water over them and sit at the bar all the time. It is simply impossible to approach the bar due to the fact that there are only children there.
The worst thing is that the hotel administration promised on the first day that the situation would be corrected and this pool would be for adults only tomorrow. However, today is the fourth day and it is impossible to stay away from the word at all in the adult-only pool.
None of the administration cares about the fact that only children are running around this pool.
When choosing a hotel, we relied on an area where there would be no children, we wanted a comfortable adult stay, however, this time Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is terrible

The rooms have a capsule coffee machine (but I recommend bringing coffee for an amateur, an unknown manufacturer), a kettle, an ironing board, a good hair dryer, excellent cosmetics (shampoo, hair balm, body milk) . We are currently resting at this hotel. A very nice hotel.
I would like to note that they removed the pier, a small wave appeared on the sea and there is no feeling of stagnant water, as people wrote in other reviews. The food is wonderful, even considering that the main restaurant is under renovation. The service is excellent, the staff is polite and very pleasant, always smiling.
It is very convenient that there is a Marina mall nearby, which has a good selection of shops and souvenirs.
The view from the hotel is just great. We have a room on the 17th floor with a view of the embankment, in the evening you can't take your eyes off the windows.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well-groomed, green. There are enough sunbeds at sea and at the fables for everyone. There is a lot of shade on the territory, the hotel building covers the central pool from the sun in the afternoon. The hotel is lovely, clean, beautiful, luxurious, but.... There is a Russian-speaking girl Oksana at the reception, who reluctantly communicates with Russian guests. We tried to solve some questions through her, but we got answers to everything... you can't... your problems.... it is not allowed.... and then she told us that she did not know how it would be in Russian, she only knew this word in Ukrainian, correcting us that she was not from Ukraine, but from Ukraine!!!!! Even in the UAE, they faced the incitement of a national conflict. We wrote a complaint to our guide, but we received a response from the hotel that we communicated with Oksana after departure and even left a positive review. I would really like to read it!!!!! All the other hotel staff communicated well, helped, and the staff was very friendly!!!! I would especially like to mention the administrator, also a Russian-speaking woman who sits in a separate room at the reception, unfortunately we do not know her name. She was approached and always assisted in beggarly matters.

The problem is more in his attitude, which changed dramatically and became friendly after showing his passport, or after another bartender talked to him, who was friendly with us.

We celebrated 2 Birthdays at once.
The child was given a great gift in the nursery. We distributed ice cream to everyone and gave them a gift. The child is happy. 🙂
The children's room is beautiful. They are engaged with children. You can spend the whole day there.
There are pleasant services that you can use, but they are not always talked about.
For example, you can ask to book a place on the beach.
The beach is open from 7 to 19, as is the pool.
The water in one of the 3 pools was warm, in the rest it was cold. But I was fine. The water temperature in the bay is 20 degrees.
During our stay there was a strong wind, light rain and, by our departure, the weather was excellent!
The room had a bathroom to make it cool.
It is a little unclear initially which buttons to press to remove the do not disturb mode or to clean up.
There were water outages on the 15th floor, the information was transmitted, they said they would fix it. And they fix it.
The attitude towards visitors is wonderful!
They fulfill any requests and assignments.
The food in the restaurant is good.
There were crabs, shrimps, salmon, meat.
The child always has something to eat.
We had 1 visit to the peoples restaurant included. Sitting inside is so-so. There is no music. But it's beautiful outside. 👍🏻
By the way, there is a shopping center near the hotel where you can buy things. Or something else. There is a carrefour if you need groceries.

The kitchen is excellent, we took breakfast and dinner, for lunch we went to the Marina Mall located 100 meters away. The beach is fenced, the sand is very clean and is sifted every evening. Paid restaurants are very expensive. 500 meters away there is a large shopping center with a food court (prices are three times lower there). Free parking.
For those who like to swim, definitely not in this hotel. A shallow backwater is used as a beach. At low tide, it's just a puddle. The Louvre is 80 dirhams away. The airport is 90 dirhams away. The white Mosque is 60 dirhams away. The big aquarium is 70 dirhams away.

Just considering that even in winter the hotel is completely packed and there are a lot of people in the pools too , then in summer everyone will definitely want to swim , where everyone will fit in , I have no idea .

We were a family with 2 children in October 2023. A good all-inclusive hotel. We lived in a room of 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, very comfortable!! I liked the beach, clean sand-they clean it all the time, clean sea. The service is good, drinks were brought to the beach quickly and often))) in the morning, of course, all the sun beds were occupied, I had to adjust and get up early;)) the buffet food leaves much to be desired, I personally did not like it, but we did not gain extra weight! I liked the food more at the restaurant by the pool! The hotel also has very powerful air conditioners, probably too much.. in the corridors, in the main restaurant, it was sometimes too cold... small remarks in general did not interfere with our rest, we had a great time.

But there is one big disadvantage - the hotel building covers the sun almost all day in the best places to relax. You have to change three locations during the day so that you don't have to be in the shadow of the hotel after a couple of hours.
But for someone, this is a plus, of course, who does not need the hot sun, like us)
The service is at the highest level, everything is brought at the first call and very quickly.
The beach is quite large, slightly inclined, the sun beds are comfortable and there are a lot of them.
The water in the sea is very beautiful due to the fact that it is a small bay.
The animation is weak, the evening disco is almost always the same for children, rarely something interesting. Trampolines were put on only once in 9 days. For adults, too, the shows are repeated every 3 days, it's boring.
There is a huge Marina Mall nearby, which is also good news.
In general, I recommend the hotel, the impressions were positive, we would still come back here.

The beach is very convenient, the artificial bay is excellent, it's not scary to swim with children...

An excellent and very beautiful hotel justifies its 5*, room cleaning is daily and very high quality. The food is excellent, 16 varieties of bread and 10 types of jam, everything else is cheeses, meat, yoghurts in a very large assortment and all this is very tasty. 3 swimming pools (1 for children). There are bars by the pools. The only drawback is the beach itself, or rather a relatively small coastline and a puddle in front of it. When the tide is high, there is probably a bay, at low tide, there is really a puddle, but this disadvantage is offset by excellent service and quality of services. The hotel is on its own 5*. We plan to come again.
