The station building is outdated. The ticket offices start working at 5.30. There are no ticket vending machines in the night-time waiting room. They are all concentrated in the ticket hall, which prevents you from buying a ticket, for example, at night. I was going to buy a ticket on arrival at the train station in order to avoid various delays for the flight. But alas, we had to wait for the opening of the auditorium with classrooms and a ticket vending machine. From "+" a clean and comfortable public toilet. There's respect here.

1 star for a paid, but always pleasantly smelling and more or less clean toilet and 2 stars that there is a covered room in which you can stay in the cold season, but only until 23:00, then welcome anywhere. The waiting room itself is quite small and there are not enough seats for everyone waiting. I wasn't very lucky and I couldn't communicate with the ticket office staff, I don't know what it could be related to (the Russian language or maybe the wrong moon phase), but of course I don't want to repeat this at all, and if you have Internet access, I advise you to purchase tickets bypassing the ticket office. Neither speaking Russian nor English, nor even using a translator to communicate in Polish, helped to avoid the arrogant gaze of the cashier. In the absence of anything else, go and enjoy the delights of the Warsaw Bus Station, in all other cases, I would avoid this not very friendly place.
