The waiting room itself is quite small and there are not enough seats for everyone waiting. I wasn't very lucky and I couldn't communicate with the ticket office staff, I don't know what it could be related to (the Russian language or maybe the wrong moon phase), but of course I don't want to repeat this at all, and if you have Internet access, I advise you to purchase tickets bypassing the ticket office. Neither speaking Russian nor English, nor even using a translator to communicate in Polish, helped to avoid the arrogant gaze of the cashier. In the absence of anything else, go and enjoy the delights of the Warsaw Bus Station, in all other cases, I would avoid this not very friendly place.

You can buy a SIM card inside the train station, it works all over Europe, the main thing is to choose the right tariff plan and the right operator (in my case, Play) and even if you don't use it for six months, putting a conditional amount of 10-15 $ you are back connected and online. Paid toilet ~3ZL, enough space for waiting, sitting. The guards do not allow sleeping, they expel unreliable people from the premises. There are cells for mail and luggage storage. There are ~1500m Bedronka shops within walking distance, I try to visit , a lot of goodies, you can download the app and buy discounted products. There are many taxi drivers near the train station, the cost to Chopin airport is at least 10-15 €. There is a railway station 300 meters away, you can get to all directions, pay inside the train on the validator, with a Visa card. On the scoreboard, the main thing is to see the path and go down the elevator or stairs. Chopin Airport is about $ 1/person away and in 20-30 minutes you are right at the airport
