Housekeeping misses spots—dusty corners and smudged mirrors were noticeable. The staff is polite but slow to respond; getting extra towels or a simple request took ages. IST TOO restaurant offers tasty Turkish and Asian dishes, but the prices are absurd for what you get, and the breakfast buffet, while diverse, often had cold items. The spa and hammam are relaxing, but appointments were overbooked, leading to rushed service. For a quick stay, it’s fine, but for the price and reputation, you expect flawless execution—go elsewhere for true luxury.

I am grateful to the hotel for its hospitality! Upon checking in at the reception, I was greeted by a Russian-speaking girl, Polina, who was constantly in her place and later solved all issues for me instantly. It is important to have Russian-speaking staff in Istanbul. I arrived at the hotel early, at 9 a.m. and was kindly checked in immediately - it was great, after a night flight, very important and valuable. Breakfast, of course, is scheduled for me from the next day, but there is a coffee machine and fruit in the room, which is also a huge plus for those who are tired from the road, but do not have the strength to go somewhere in search of food, And a bottle of complimentary wine. The room is very bright, spacious, beautiful, perfect linens, in the basic categories of rooms there is one sink in the bathroom, but there is also a bathroom and a shower-it's great. A great gym, SPA and a warm pool-after 20,000 steps a day, it's great to relax there. Breakfast and view of the Bosphorus from the terrace-a song. The staff seems to be sincerely waiting for you every morning for breakfast, the guys are great, all with a smile, very pleasant. I drove to Istanbul for shopping, near the hotel there are exchangers, Migros, cafes with decent food, a taxi to the Cevahir 250lir shopping center. I was very happy with my vacation.
