Just tin! Profits at enterprises such as gas stations are one of the largest. I think the employees themselves go to the toilet, but they don't let their customers in. Which even contradicts the law on consumer rights. Is it really a pity to spend a penny and buy at least one toilet!!! If everything remains the same after this complaint, then there will be a higher-level complaint.

It is not necessary to sigh and show dissatisfaction to adequate clarifying questions (because you can not hear on the street that the operator speaks almost in a whisper through his window). My favorite gas station chain, and I encountered this for the first time, and I sincerely believe that it will be the last time.

Refueling is normal.polite staff.just a request to the leaders....do not force the cashiers to speak Belarusian.and to impose services.It really pisses me off.If I need coffee, tea or a hot dog, I'll ask for it myself.I understand that they need to say this, but sometimes I want to send it.

Good afternoon. Today, on the way to work, there was a car, not far from this gas station. I needed gasoline. I went to the parking lot, I think I'll buy a canister, pour gasoline and go. I came to the gas station, the canister is not cheap, I think I'll buy water (5 liters), pour it out, gasoline there. Well, at least I'll save some money. But then, to my surprise, the guys from the parking lot offered me a canister and buy gasoline so that I could get to the gas station and lock up the car normally. Besides, there were a couple more liters in the canister. We did everything quickly and efficiently! Without unnecessary words and questions. Just well done!!! I didn't think they would be so kind to me. Everyone was smiling, very polite, did not leave me with my problem, helped me out! Thank them very much for the fact that there are still such kind and helpful staff. I ask the management to encourage such employees with an additional bonus. I asked them for their names.
