I flew to Belgrade with this airline for the new year in January 2024, I have never experienced such negative emotions from the attitude towards me as a passenger, dependent in a certain sense on the decency of this company, although I have flown a lot!!!! Flights both there and back were delayed. On the return trip, they forced me to send hand luggage, a small suitcase, which I received soaked through upon arrival in Moscow - the things in the suitcase were wet. And if there was an objective reason and the captain apologized for the delay and explained its reason, then the flight back was delayed without explaining any reasons, the Russians were taken to some separate room, taking away the water bought in duty free and kept us there for more than 2 hours, there were no toilets!!! When the landing finally began, there was no water in the plane and the toilet - there was nothing to wash your hands with!! And there were no towels! The captain of the ship did not consider it necessary to apologize for such a long delay and provide her with an explanation! And all this despite the fact that the airline has determined the price of its tickets, to put it mildly, not objective!! If possible, it is better to fly with a transfer and other airlines. The Serbian airline does not care about its passengers!!

However, the new morning flight also did not take place on time, the plane took off with a severe delay. As a result, Air Serbia twice disrupted the transfer to Istanbul. The scheduled arrival time at Istanbul Airport is 22.09 at 03:20 a.m.; the actual time is 22.09 at 18:20 p.m. Due to the negligence of Air Serbia, our tickets for a transfer in Istanbul for a flight from Pobeda Airlines were also burned twice, and the transfer from Moscow to our hometown was canceled without compensation. The amount of damage amounted to a six-digit figure in rubles.

I took Business Class tickets in the hope of comfortably spending the night flight. As a result, Business class in this airline is an ordinary low-cost economy airline, where they just feed.
Gentlemen, business is primarily a comfortable flight in which you can either relax after hard work or work on board. Not "free grub."
A 65-year-old hysterical flight attendant is generally a separate attraction.

And what we saw was that all the luggage was unloaded onto the tape, they were not going to transfer it to another plane, then we saw rooms where all the luggage that was not taken from the tapes was lying around and 2 people were raking it. BUT that's not the end, we go to the check-in desk, and our luggage is not accepted, they say according to the program in Barcelona, for about 40 minutes they figured out how it happened, but they accepted and he arrived.
We checked our luggage back to Belgrade at Barcelona airport, where it was picked up, handed over again and then picked up in Istanbul. you can fly with a service of 0 points and joints for at least 5 hours. Luggage at each point can be picked up and handed over again. And our Aeroflot is waiting for admission to Europe or Turks Airlines, but it is much more expensive.

So: we flew on June 26 from Milan to Belgrade, from Belgrade to Moscow. From the connecting flight, there is a 1-hour wait. Everything would have been fine if the plane had not been delayed for an hour and a half in Milan, we missed the flight from Belgrade to Moscow. The office is extremely uncommunicative staff, the conversation is conducted reluctantly. They said that they could not fly from Belgrade to Moscow - there were no free seats on other planes, they offered to fly to Istanbul from there with a voucher to take a plane to Moscow. After a day of flights, our luggage is lost- where is it? Is unknown. The Serbs do not even respond to a written complaint!
I was flying with a child and we had to go to Yaroslavl from Moscow, so from fatigue, stress - the child was just sick for 4.5 hours without ceasing.
More than a week has passed, there is no information about the luggage, the Serbs do not get in touch.
Yesterday, July 22nd, we received our luggage.
What you should know:
The Serbs open all the luggage and break the locks. They have it written all the way in the documents, and no one will reimburse you for your luggage.
I will write the second important point.
Because we had to fly to Istanbul and from there to Moscow, but not to Sheremetyevo, but to Vnukovo there was a flight. And I filled out the customs declaration on the loss of luggage in Vnukovo. In order for your luggage to be delivered to Sheremetyevo, you will have to drive to Vnukovo again. Delivering a suitcase to you with apologies?! Yes, what is it about, they do not have this option!!!
Therefore, fill out all declarations in duplicate, both for hand luggage, what is with you, and for lost luggage, and ask to put seals and assign a number.
Well, and most importantly - never choose this company!!!
