I flew business class from Belgrade to Milan. Very good service. Boarding takes place without standing before boarding the plane. Business sits in front. Then everyone else.
Then I flew from Belgrade to Moscow. There's a big difference. After checking passports on boarding, people are pickled in the waiting room. Boarding is common economy and business. Obvious disrespect for the Russian "brothers" And the rest:I love Serbia and the Serbs. Michael

The airline lost luggage on the connecting flight.There was no warning to passengers about an additional landing in Zagreb. One of the two lost suitcases was found in Rome. With a broken lid. The second suitcase was not found, despite assurances from the Belgrade office that they personally loaded the suitcase on the Rome flight. The letter about the loss was written at the Rome airport. The wife was not even offered a taxi or luggage delivery, which is prescribed in the rules of the company itself. I want to believe that the second suitcase with the necessary things for the child will be found.I believe that the company's representatives will apologize and compensate for the costs of independent trips from Rome and back to the hotel.
