The day came for allegedly receiving the card itself, and in the morning there was an incomprehensible "cancellation" in the mail. I called support, they sent me to the belpost office. Belpochta told me to check the mailbox, then followed the reverse chain.
And it turned out that, when making a card, our consultant wrote the address incorrectly, for some reason not specifying the building of the house. And the house is just huge!
As a result, time is wasted, the card is canceled, and the bills will not wait.
Thanks only to the support staff, who were very responsive and attentive. As a result, the card was re-ordered.
But the sediment remained terribly unpleasant.

Не считаю возможным фотосъёмку клиентов без их на то согласия, меня просто поставили перед фактом, я даже возразить не успела. В других банках до этого обслуживалась и такого не происходило, буду узнавать у работодателя возможно ли открыть зарплатный счёт в другом банке. По ответу банка видеофиксация может использоваться но:
1. на момент оформления я ещё не являлась клиентом банка
2. Если бы работник банка меня предупредил я бы отказалась от услуг банка
3. Фиксация личного присутствия бы не потребовалась если бы не было сбоя в работе приложения банка.
Я потратила пол дня на дорогу и унизительную "фиксацию" не хватало шкалы роста на заднем фоне

получилось так, что нужно снять валюту с карты. в банкомате валюты нет.
в отделении всего 2 кассы, работала только одна, но и та ушла на технический перерыв,
вторую кассу при этом никто не открывает. администратора в зале нет, вопрос решали с закатыванием глаз и фразами о том, что все перерывы согласованы с нацбанком.
рассчитывала потратить в банке 10 минут, вместо этого ждала почти 40 в огромной очереди ._.

Ужасное обслуживание. Сначала просидела 20 минут в очереди, решила один вопрос. Для решение другого сказали что нужно в другое окно и что вызовут по моему номеру, просидев ещё 30 минут мой номер так и не назвали, взяда другой талон. Ещё 20 минут в очереди, вызвали по новому талону. Чтобы узнать что крайний час я впустую потратила время, ибо с моим вопросом мне помочь не могут👍

Оьслуживание для Prime Line работает как будто не работает, берешь талончик к специалисту на "по записи", говоришь, что VIP, специалист переключает в кассу.
Какой-то сложный путь, вместо выбора в меню автомата с талончиками "VIP касса"/"VIP специалист".
