I really liked it!
The room is two-storey, very spacious and well-zoned. The kitchen has everything you need - a fridge with freezer, microwave, dishes, appliances, towels. The water is very tasty and clean even from the tap - the hotel has its own filter.
There is a large dining table and a patio with a table and chairs, behind the fence, the neighbors and the street are not visible.
The second floor has a bathroom, a slightly strange location of the shower, but everything is convenient.
It is possible to order food for the next day. Entrance without reception, just a key is issued, very convenient.
Parking is private, there are enough places.
Practically the center of the city.

A great hotel, very cozy with a convenient location. Clean, everything is there, including the dishwasher. Very, very tasty pancakes on the menu, the rest is the usual normal food) breakfast is brought to the room at any time. For families with children, there is a very dangerous (open from the side) staircase to the second floor, but we were warned about this 10 times, we drove our one-year-old child and everything is fine :))) The terrace is a special pleasure! We will be happy to come back again!

A wonderful place, clean, cozy, modern! A family of 5 people, everyone had enough space and was comfortable. I was delighted with the private terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and the sun. The apartment is on two levels. They are very friendly and helpful starting from the booking and from the subsequent meeting.

Great place! It is located very close to the central square, 15 minutes to the Town Hall and the old part of the city. The hotel itself is very beautiful, clean, modern. Super eco-friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, as the apartment was listed on the website as an apartment :) Everything is clean, neat, everything is thought out! Two floors: downstairs there is a comfortable sofa, a kitchen and a dining room, upstairs there is a bedroom and a large bathroom. But most of all I was impressed by the mini terrace with thuja trees. Just fire. I recommend it to everyone. There are 5 beds (a pull-out sofa, a double bed and a single place in the attic of the gable. There is no better place to find in Vitebsk. Parking is spontaneous in front of the hotel, but there is enough space for everyone. There are several cafes, grocery stores and the city center within walking distance. The staff is helpful and polite - they were looking for a pill for me in the night. The only nuances are slow Internet connection and change the ironing board))

We had a rest in August, stayed for 2 nights. We lived in two rooms: 4 adults and 4 children. The rooms are very clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. It was great to sit on the veranda in the evening. Convenient location. Everything is within walking distance. The children really liked the room for one. You can hear in the room that there are neighbors behind the wall, but after 23.00 silence and peace, no one disturbed anyone, slept and in the morning it was also quiet. Tea, coffee, sugar are a bonus. 🙂

It's a great place!!!!! Excellent apartment. Great location. It's cozy at home. A family of 4 people was accommodated. On the second floor there is a bedroom, on the ground floor there is a sofa for two people, there is a secret attic for one (children will like it). On the ground floor there is a kitchen with all the necessary attributes (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, salt......... There is a cool terrace to sit and enjoy. To savor the hookah. The price is reasonable (when there are no events in Vitebsk). Everything is great!!!!! We will definitely return.
p.s. Wishes:
slippers, a towel under your feet and keep an eye on the dishes (there was a half-killed frying pan).

A great family hotel, very cozy, clean, with a beautiful stylish design. The rooms are two-storied, with a private terrace. The bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It can accommodate 4 people, the sofa bed on the 1st floor is very comfortable.
Breakfast can be offered for an additional fee, the choice of dishes is very small, but it is enough to eat.
The location is convenient - on foot to Pobediteley Park - 5-7 minutes, to the town hall - 20 minutes. Parking near the hotel is spontaneous, but there were no problems parking.
The only problem was with the skylight above the bed, it is located too high, it is not easy to reach, but the staff can help at any moment, everything is solved very quickly.
Take your slippers and toothbrushes with you!

So we visited this wonderful apartment hotel. 1) The price/quality ratio is very acceptable. 2) Cleanliness, comfort and atmosphere - will add to your excellent mood. 3) Every corner of the room is so thought out, as if it were in little Europe - this is the best solution for a holiday. 4) You can safely cook yourself, a set of necessary kitchen utensils is at your disposal, there is even a corkscrew and a bottle opener (note that not in every hotel these seemingly insignificant items can be found in the room). 5) A working air conditioner, a quite roomy refrigerator, a TV with a huge number of TV channels is a huge plus. Well, for a romantic pastime, there is a stunning illuminated veranda where you can look at the starry sky and dream a little. Thanks to Sergey (the owner of this wonderful place), now we know where you can have a great time and have a great rest.

Each (veranda)it is separated by a brick fence. There is a bedroom on the second floor. Toilet and bathroom. Combined.The shower is splashing in all directions. it is separated by a curtain. And all the water is splashing everywhere. There are no slippers. There are towels. . The stairs are very steep. An ECO-style house. everything is made of wood. Keep in mind. It creaks. There is also a place for children. You have to climb a vertical ladder to get there. And there's just a mattress. You can still climb, but it's scary to go down. I consider it a useless place. Although maybe someone is sleeping there. The room is not cheap. But as we were told, it is better not to find it in Vitebsk. 4 I bet only for the fact that the owner made concessions to us and sheltered us for the night. (We did not book the hotel in advance) Since his other guests had not arrived. And we had to leave the room at 8 a.m.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the price/quality ratio. The rooms are spacious and clean, a very comfortable bed, an unusual sleeping place for children. There are no extraneous smells and noises, although there are many guests, it is clear that the place is popular.
There is an outdoor terrace. If desired, you can order breakfast.
It would be convenient if the rooms and keys had numbers or other warning signs.
Too soft water could be attributed to disadvantages, but this is no longer the responsibility of the hotel.

We got a room with a shower - of course, everyone is used to the bathroom in the apartment, because it is more convenient.
There was not enough shoe box yet, otherwise I had to leave my shoes on the mat.
But these are all small things - the main thing is to see the city, visit museums, try the local cuisine)))
Otherwise, everything is great: air conditioning, healthy breakfasts, an area outside the window. The interior is cool - metal and wood and mirrors - I'll take it on board)))

A solid five. The location is within walking distance from the city center. The cleanliness is sterile. Upon check-in, we were told in soooo much detail that we no longer had any problems or questions. The bedroom is on the second floor, as well as the bathroom with toilet. It's nice to wake up and immediately see the sky in the window above the bed. Silence. No one bothers anyone. The car can be safely left near the house. I can safely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to come to Vitebsk, because there is absolutely nothing to complain about, they are perfect for my taste.

The rooms are fabulous! Everything is as I dreamed. Access to the terrace with lighting, a table and armchairs. The dining table is in the living room. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped. Everything is in light colors of wood. Everything is very clean. Large dormer window in the bedroom. There is a parking lot with video surveillance, but we were "taken" to the hotel by friends and we did not use it))) Stairs to the second floor with a bathroom and a large bedroom. The most curious thing is the addition. a minimalist sleeping place with its own skylight and stairs!!!

Great hotel! The children especially liked the unusual, bunk rooms. Lots were drawn for a room in the attic. Everything is very stylish, clean and tidy. The car was parked nearby.
