08/19/2013I had an anniversary birthday! I thought about where the whole family would celebrate this holiday. Last year I had a similar experience - but in a different bowling alley. I won't talk about the bad stuff. And here we are! The friendly girls on the phone, Victoria and Kristina, gave valuable instructions on what and how. And the waitress Zhenya and the bartender Dmitry met us. I want to bring the best compliments to the whole team for their work.
Thank you very much! You deserve the highest praise from your superiors! All my guests were very satisfied, thank you very much!
The tracks worked perfectly. All information is available. The inventory is suitable. There were enough people-it was Saturday after all! After the game, we sat in a cafe right there, in a bowling alley. The dishes were ordered before the start of the game- both hot and all sorts of snacks. The menu takes into account the diverse tastes of visitors. Our six-year-old grandson was among us, he also liked everything, the kid was having fun. By the way, special conditions were observed for him on the track during the game - the sides were raised! The music in the room itself was unobtrusive. The air conditioner was working. In the summer heat outside, it was just a wonderful condition for holding a holiday. In general, I liked everything very much. I advise everyone!

Come and visit, parking is very large, transport from all over the city is within walking distance - there is a beautiful park near the National Library. In general, the best impressions! There were mixed impressions of the visit.
The receptionist was friendly.
However, in 2 hours of time spent, the track broke 5 times, we did not receive any apologies, in total we spent 10-15 minutes waiting for our track number 7 to work.
Considering that there were other free tracks, we still did not understand why we should offer people to play on a faulty one.
Judging by the reviews, this situation has not been resolved since April 1.

I was there on 04/23/2022.
The setting and the atmosphere. The place looks very good, such a standard for bowling. Comfortable chairs if you come with a company. The bar is located in the center of the establishment and looks good too.
Menu. There was no dark beer, but in general everything is not bad. A large selection, hot dishes, a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. But still, it's bowling, so food is not the main thing.
Service. They scolded me on the phone for two hours. The staff helped to orient themselves, gave out shoes, suggested all the little things. There are no quibbles.
The overall score is 4/5. A decent place for a company or family to visit, a large selection of bowling balls by weight. Standard and no more. I was a little upset by the lack of the product listed in the menu, but not critically.

For the first hour it was hell. There were drunks next to us who definitely shouldn't have been there . They threw balls into closed paths and, swinging under alcohol, could accidentally throw a ball onto another path. It was not safe , but the administration did not react to this in any way . It's good that they left after our first hour and we were able to play normally.

They cheated on the prices.
We ordered a track for 2 hours of play from 13:00 on Monday 06.01.2025 at a rate of 32 rubles/hour, as on the institution's website. A confirmation has been received for the specified tariff.
We arrived at the place at the appointed time, and there was a SUNRISE without prior notification of the staggering "DISCOUNTS". Instead of 64 rubles. for 2 hours of play, the administrator (cashier) demanded as much as 100 rubles. I guess I didn't have enough for a pie... I had to pay, I didn't want to upset the participants of the game.

We celebrated our birthday on August 2. We booked a bowling alley for three hours from 19 to 22. The staff is very polite, I really liked the way they treat visitors. There were a lot of people on Wednesday evening, the whole hall was packed, but this may be due to the Airborne Forces day, there were practically no children. It was a little stuffy.
Of the minuses, this is a kitchen at the level of "I cooked it up quickly at home." "Bruschetta" is just sandwiches (loaf, cheese, doctor's sausage, a couple of olives). The tips of the cucumbers were not even removed from the vegetable plate.
