When I asked what was the matter and why everything was hanging up, the administrator said: "You throw by too often, and our equipment is hanging because of so many misses."
To push the machine malfunction onto the misses and the game of the guests is disrespectful both from an ethical point of view and from a professional point of view.
To the logical question of why the performance of their equipment depends on the number of hits, they awkwardly spread their hands. I don't understand why if a person misses, it should break the equipment - fucking nonsense. To play normally, you always need to knock out the pins, are you serious?
With such a moronic explanation, in addition, they insulted the lady and put her in an awkward position, after which all desire to play on disappeared. They left 20 minutes after the start of the game. I won't come back, and I don't advise the others.

We went to this institution on Sunday, ordered a beer plate, after which urgent business appeared and we had to leave, going up to the bartender and asking him to cancel the order, he said that it could no longer be canceled, when they asked to take the order with them, they heard that there were no lunch boxes, and all they could offer us was "throw everything in a garbage bag and give it away." The receptionist girl solved this issue, as a result, the order was canceled, thanks a lot for that. There were no waiters. We ordered everything ourselves at the bar.
The bartender left a terrible impression, was rude, snide.
