A great place to hold your event. We celebrated the child's birthday in VIP 3, its biggest plus is that it has another small room with a separate console where the children rested and we celebrated as adults in the main room, where not only a game console but also karaoke and a lot of other entertainment.
The prices are pleasant, the staff is responsive and came to help with equipment and other issues at any moment.

There is a lot of entertainment for every taste in the hall. +there are many tables, you can have your own food and drinks. I say right away that we are talking about VIP room 1. Perhaps others are better, but this rating is specifically for this room.
In this VIP establishment, it's not about quality, but just about a separate room for people.
So, room No. 1: super elongated, sheathed in boards, with worn-out covers for "sofas", tiles from the school toilet on the floor, a squishy table, a terrible ceiling, which they wanted to disguise with a garland.
It feels like you're coming to a sauna, not a movie room where you can watch something with your friends. The technique is such that it is easier to connect the phone to the speaker than to turn on YouTube, the Internet practically does not catch.
It's super uncomfortable, there's not enough space (the room is designed for 10 people), there's no atmosphere...
You can take a chance and go to other rooms in the same office, of course, but I don't recommend this VIP No. 1 to ANYONE.
By the way, the administrator gets confused about the days of the week and almost charged me the amount for the weekend rate. Always check the prices yourself!

We booked a room a week before 6, confirmed the day before the scheduled date. It turned out that other people did not confirm the reservation and came to 5. Since there were fewer of us, we were moved to another room, which, of course, was worse than the original one. They did not make a discount, they did not compensate for their own mistake in any way. The administrator said that she did not know how she could fix her mistake, apologized 100 times, but, unfortunately, this did not change the situation. The celebration took place anyway, but the impression is spoiled.
Finding an administrator is also a problem. Employees are no different from visitors (no badge of any kind, no identification marks). We went up to the 2nd floor 4 times and went back down in an attempt to figure out who to contact. There was no one at any of the counters. We called the specified phones several times, which first directed us to the 2nd floor, then to the first.
Regarding the room: the floors are dirty, the sound is not of the best quality, there are only a couple of games on the console (about 4 races, 3 fights and gta). We were warned right away: karaoke may turn off once an hour, you will need to turn it on again. One of the advantages: the presence of a corkscrew at the reception desk. That's all. The joysticks from the set-top box were almost empty, the sound went into the speakers only when the joystick was connected by wire. Accordingly, in order to play and listen to the sounds of the game from the speaker, you must apparently sit next to the speaker on short legs.
We booked a room in this place spontaneously, the 4-star reviews were not confused, because the main thing for us was to find at least some place. But we could not have expected that our reservation would simply be canceled on the same day. We won't come here anymore

1. Joysticks, we had two of them and it is clear that they are battered, since the sticks did not work well
2. It seems to me that one administrator is not enough, a person could barely cope with everyone, I had to come to him every other time. It would be better if there was some help to solve all the issues at once
3. Microwave oven, it seemed strange to me that it says bring food with you, but to reheat it again, you can only do it once and then not much
4. The toilet door was broken, it was impossible to lock the door

We booked this place a week in advance for Friday, a company of 10 people gathered, ordered food delivery from different places directly to the place, but they WOULDN'T LET us IN!!!! The receptionist came out drunk (or under something else) with mayonnaise on his lips and said that our appointment was for Thursday, we're leaving guys, it's busy here. He did not let us contact the management, did not provide a recording of the conversation, did not answer the question, why did they not call us on Thursday, did not answer the question, why two hours earlier, when I confirmed the reservation, they told me that they were waiting for us, and the question of how to solve our problem now and where to go To 10 people with 20 boxes of pizzas, pies and sushi, he replied: go for a walk on Oktyabrskaya. I am sure you will not find such rudeness, arrogance and humiliation in a normal civilized society. The small VIP room is very small, there will be little room to dance in it, only if you sit on the couch and sing. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, but in hot weather the room turns into a steam room.
I really liked the large VIP room with a projector, there is plenty of space for dancing and air conditioning.

We rested in VIP 1, a company of 6 people, and it feels like the maximum for such a room. Karaoke is so-so, a lot of difficulties, control from the game joystick, the microphone is ringing, the sound is quiet. Karaoke via YouTube, there is advertising (since it is not YouTube premium).
The staff is good, they immediately came up and fixed problems.
