I liked the hotel, good mattress, hard, sleep great. But the pillow is high and we suffered while we crushed it. There is a kettle and dishes. There is no tea. Soap and shampoos are also available. The breakfast is awesome big, we didn't expect it. A loaf with sausage, scrambled eggs with ham and 2 pancakes. Coffee or tea. 2nd cup of coffee for money, but moderate. There is also a sauna and a swimming pool. The gate is locked at night, so you need to have a reception phone at hand. The price with breakfast is about $ 22.for a person in a double, which is just fine for such services.

I stayed for one night on August 18-19 in a single room on the 3rd floor.
Positive:
- checked in 2-3 hours ahead of check-in time. The room was already ready;
- pleasant, polite and helpful staff;
- clean and bright room;
- air conditioning;
- comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful at night, slept well;
- a good standard breakfast (eggs, omelette, sausages, bacon, vegetables, fruits, tea, coffee, cookies...);
- ironing room and water cooler on the floor;
Minuses:
- the shower curtain is missing, splashes fall on the floor;
- from the train station, 30-40 minutes on foot, not close;
In general, the 3* hotel is decent, I recommend it.

Of the disadvantages, the lack of a refrigerator in the family room?!?!? Are you serious?!?! How to store or cook something for children, they also proudly offer to use the refrigerator at the reception), poor location, consider it in the industrial zone, there is no infrastructure around, a normal store is 20 minutes on foot. There is no mat in the room, as a result, dirt from 4 people can be spread throughout the room.The photos on the site are too photoshopped, it would be better to take a simpler picture, the contrast is too high.

A hotel with minimal comfort. It is located far enough from the center. The room was with two single beds, which are already asking for renovation. They rock, creak – if your sleep is a little bit, you are unlikely to be able to get enough sleep. A very unfortunate decision with a "bench" at the entrance. It is not attached and when you leave the room, it will be able to block the door for you. The hotel is part of a common complex where there is a gym, a car wash, a restaurant and a "zoo" with a goat and a pig. Part of the restaurant is located above the aviaries and, as you might guess, the aroma penetrates into the restaurant hall. A restaurant with very loud music. Be prepared for this. We chose this hotel only because we didn't have time to book anything else. During the May holidays, everything is very actively booked. If there is an alternative, I recommend choosing another hotel.

Plan your trip in advance. On holidays it is unrealistic at all. There are playrooms for children, Parking is overloaded, but you can find a place. Of the minuses: There are no elevators, very narrow rooms and passages.

We visited Gomel for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel.
It turned out that this complex consists of a hotel, a restaurant, a bar, a children's entertainment center, a sauna, a fitness club!
I liked everything in the hotel except one thing!
There are saunas on the ground floor and they work until three in the morning, our room was on the second floor, the audibility is perfect! The music and laughter of vacationers in the sauna does not allow you to sleep peacefully in the room! At seven in the morning, there is music in the sauna again!
I do not recommend rooms on the second floor of the hotel, I do not know what audibility is on the other floors!
We didn't get into the restaurant, there were no seats (you need to book in advance). We ordered food in the room, the menu at the hotel reception does not indicate the weight of the portion, only the price, I did not like it, it is unclear how much order!
The children liked the children's center!
We were there from Friday to Sunday!

The hotel is great. All we had was breakfast. The same type, without much choice, but you can have breakfast. If you eat in a restaurant, then everything is very expensive. The room is cleaned every day, but if you do not need it, you can hang a sign ,, do not disturb,,. Also, change towels, bed linen, in general, according to your desire. The hotel is excellent and I recommend it. The staff is friendly and courteous. The price is not cheap, but also not exorbitant prices. He met my expectations.

But what was my surprise when I entered the room 😳
The room is very tired, there are no slippers, a bathrobe, chips on the walls and doors, there is not even a phone to contact the reception for questions, but the audibility in the room just amazed me when you hear a guest relieving himself in the next room. It's just a nightmare!
The room was a single standard, one bed is stated in the photo and in the description, in fact the room does not correspond to the photo and description there are two beds in the room. I was not warned about the changes
I do not understand why it is impossible to fix elementary cosmetic issues, putty and painting, there are just stains on the walls, doors can also be repaired.
The quality of room cleaning is a separate conversation, the plumbing is very poorly washed.
Yes, simply replace the stickers and signs - it's just a shame and a shame!!! The room is your face, you are pleased to see such a reflection ???
Well, you are not ready to provide a bathrobe and slippers, so include them in the price for an additional fee, normal guests will pay, and you will earn.
You have a restaurant in the complex, but you can only make an order by going down to the reception, because there is no possibility of room service and in general communication with the reception or the restaurant, although you can also make money on this, as it has been done all over the world for a long time.
Breakfast, too, cannot be ordered to the room and coffee cannot be ordered to the room at early check-out, but why can't additional services be introduced for an additional fee????
After all, your guests (guests)- these are not residents of the city, but people most often from other countries and cities who are willing to pay for service and their comfort! And I'll tell you more, most of the guests are used to the fact that this can be done in a normal average hotel.
If you don't want to provide comfort for free, then sell it to people who need it and need it!
I am very disappointed!!!

I am ashamed of what I see in the city where I used to live, the service seems to have stopped somewhere in 2015 and does not want to develop. Nothing flows into the bathroom, the room itself and the furniture are in good condition, not shabby. Convenient access around the hotel building. Very good parking near the hotel and next to it on the street.

After checking in, at 14.30, we immediately went to the restaurant. It was already open. They sat down and asked for a menu. The waiter said that from eating only wings and one soup, and the kitchen will work according to the menu from 18.00!!! We decided to go for lunch in the city and book a table for the evening. But no! All seats are occupied for the evening. Okay. We asked for dinner delivery (Texas steak, tobacco chicken and sliced vegetables) to the room (there is such a service) at 21.00. The order was made in 4.5 hours! As a result, we had to remind about our order at the beginning of the tenth. They forgot about us! The order was delivered at 21.45! The steak turned out to be a piece of old dry beef, and the tapaka chicken was a huge oven-dried chicken. And the "cherry on the cake" was a terrible breakfast with a burnt omelet. We will not come to this place again and we do not advise you!
