Everything is fine except for one thing - there is simply no sound insulation... You can listen to who is doing what at night in the next room without straining. Or maybe this is such a feature of the hotel?

I really liked the hotel, the cozy rooms, of course, if you want, you can find a couple of minor drawbacks, but a huge plus is the staff, breakfast, comfort, animals and also a huge service, purely Japan, purely sauna, purely children's center, purely brewery. It looks beautiful especially in the late afternoon, I recommend everyone to visit a clean hotel.

When traveling to Europe, we often stayed at this hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient location + restaurant + tire service, car wash, service. The hotel is very clean, good breakfast and excellent service. There is a guarded Parking lot. The hotel itself is 3+. But, to stop by and spend the night, without straining. We will be in these parts again, we will definitely choose this hotel. I recommend this hotel.

A great complex, but a very average hotel. Everything seems to be fine, but the shower rooms are cleaned just terribly (or rather, they are not cleaned in the right way). The pillows are knocked down. The water in the cooler on the floor was rotten. The lower floor is normal.
In general, disposable slippers and a bathrobe would be nice too, but compared to the screaming problems, it doesn't matter at all.
If you correct this, then it is quite possible to put 4.

I used to stay at the Chisto often, but last time something went wrong. A very noisy group of guests spent the night at the hotel, having fun in a room on the 2nd floor with an open door to the corridor. At 2 a.m., I asked to be quiet, because even the earplugs did not help me fall asleep.A call to the administrator at about 4 a.m. forced the whole noisy company to move to the 3rd floor, apparently a second room was booked there, which turned out to be above mine. The fun continued..A repeated call to the administrator 20 minutes later (at 5 a.m.) finally put an end to loud conversations, fervent laughter and slamming doors.As a result: a sleepless night before the working day.Next time, I'll think 10 times before booking a room in a hotel.. As far as I know, there have been complaints from your other guests. Administration, I have a question for you: The reception was right under the room where the company was having fun, you have cameras on every floor, why did it last all night??It's one thing when roommates have fun, it's another thing when it happens in a hotel on a paid basis!!!

We stayed in transit for one night.
A good hotel with a claim to originality.
The room has air conditioning, but there is not enough refrigerator.
Clear. It would not hurt to repair the tiles in the shower cabin, the mosaic is falling off in some places.
The usual breakfast: cottage cheese, omelette, sausages, cheese, coffee - without much choice, but fresh and delicious.
The solid four corresponds to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We thank the hotel staff for the wonderful service and cleanliness of the room. We came from Minsk for 1 day to celebrate a birthday, decided to stay in a "purely hotel " and did not regret it! Very clean and well maintained hotel, nice staff and quiet!
Of the disadvantages, only one is stuffy in the room, but this is more of a seasonal issue)
Thank you again, we will definitely return in the summer!

A very nice hotel. A whole range of services is located on site. Excellent beer is brewed, very tasty cuisine, many places of rest for people. Of the disadvantages, I would note the poor sound insulation of the rooms (there is an outlet and a stand near the bed, the phone vibrated all night at the neighbor's room, thereby greatly interfering with sleep).

It's dirty. There was black mold on the head of the shower sprinkler. The room stank of barbecue from the street. There are holes on the pillowcases. The complex itself is like something out of the 90s.
The advantages are good staff and a hearty breakfast.
