A normal budget Hotel was vacationing in June 2024. The food is meager, you can always find grilled meat, usually chicken or cutlets, there are plenty of different fresh vegetables, apples and watermelon fruits. The animation is normal. Alcohol is good vodka raki, gin or whiskey. The service is good, the hotel is convenient, the sea is 7 minutes away on foot, and there is also a free bus.

I stayed at this hotel from October 13th to 20th, I liked the rooms cool, they were cleaned every day, the staff is friendly, they are coming to meet me. We were settled not at 14 o'clock, but as soon as we arrived, thank you so much for that. The next day, the room was changed from the quiet side. The sea, the sun, the beach, everything was great. I'm not picky about food, everything is fine. In the evenings, entertainment for vacationers. I recommend the hotel!

A very nice hotel. The food was better than in previous hotels. Two adult pools with slides. One without music., near the other there is always music. Generally for an amateur. And another pool for children. The beach is about 0.5 km away. You can get there by shuttle (free of charge). The beach is sandy. However, there are stone slabs. We need to check everything first. But when you find a place, it's a good visit. Lots of shallow water- convenient for children. A great restaurant on the beach. The choice is certainly less than in the main restaurant, but you will not stay hungry. But the view is awesome. In general, lunch on the beach is beyond praise. The only thing that was missing was a poorly equipped playground.

We had a rest at the hotel recently, just returned, from July 18 to 27, 2023. I liked the hotel , the staff is friendly , they speak excellent Russian at the reception , they will always help with all questions. Of course, the waiters and maids do not speak Russian, but there will be communication in English. The hotel is mainly occupied by Russians , Germans and Poles. The rooms are small but cozy, cleaned every day, towels are changed on demand (throw on the floor). The room also has air conditioning , a refrigerator ( there is cola , fanta and water on arrival) in the future , water is added every day . Our room was an attic, on the 4th floor , overlooking the pool. The hotel has 2 swimming pools ( at the main building and the new one), slides work. Meals are served all day breakfast, lunch , snack bar (by the pool ) they give hamburgers , Salads , donuts . Then dinner. There is a lot of food of all kinds and various , of course they do not give crabs , but you will definitely not stay hungry . There is also a Restaurant on the beach - you can have lunch + a Turkish woman bakes tortillas. From drinks - coffee from the machines ( you can drink ) carbonated drinks, juice drinks , vodka , gin , whiskey , beer , white , red , pink wine - it 's free . Complex cocktails are paid for . When we rested, it was hot - up to 44 degrees , it was 35 at night, by the time we left, the temperature dropped to 35 in the afternoon, it was much more comfortable. In general, I liked the rest, I rate it at a solid 4. I recommend it

Good day, that's the end of our vacation. I would like to express my gratitude to all the employees of the hotel, and in particular - Mustafa, Mahren and Olesya - they quickly and clearly solved all the issues that arose.
I have already written earlier that by the opening of the new season, all previous nuances and misunderstandings were taken into account.
The hotel is cozy, modest, clean. To anyone who writes bad reviews, you clearly need to go to deluxe. There is no gilding, mirrors, glass and crystal - this is a budget five. For such a price - above all praise!!! On the Black Sea coast, such a service and a hotel will cost much more!!! So, people, if you don't have the opportunity to pay for deluxe hotels two or even three times more expensive, stop hailing this hotel. For such a price, everything is just amazing and wonderful!!! Yes, not enough new linen and towels, broken dishes in some places, but all these are little things that you should not pay attention to!
The staff is trying hard, the hotel is clean. Cleaning is carried out constantly, on the bar counters they let go as much as you ask. Coffee machines and tea stations are everywhere.
The food is varied and delicious, I am a fish lover, so everything is fine for me - red trout fish - in the form of steaks or portioned daily. There is a snack bar on site for lovers of pizza, burgers, fast food. It also has coffee time, donuts and sweets from 16 to 17.
The complete delight of the restaurant on the beach is the view of the endless blue sea!!!
There is more than enough in restaurants! Again, people create queues themselves, it's terrible, one takes ten and everyone starts typing in four hands! What for??? It's impossible to eat it!!! And then they are outraged that something was missing! You don't need to recruit that guy for yourself, and then everyone will be happy!!!
Another advantage of the hotel is the location, 20 minutes by minibus for $ 1, and you get to Antique Side, Manavgat, Novomoll.....
To summarize: for a budget price, this is an amazing hotel, we are happy with everything. Once again, a huge thank you to all the staff of the hotel

A good hotel, we were on May holidays 2024, good food, helpful staff. The flight was overnight, we arrived at the hotel early, we were offered breakfast, after breakfast we were immediately given the keys, thank you very much. We took the Family room, at first they offered it on the top floor, the big minus is that the window does not open in the second room, they asked us to change it, they immediately changed it on the 1st floor. In this regard, I recommend taking two standards then, because all the Families are mainly located on the upper floors in the old building.

I was in September 24.
Let's start with a simple one. An ideal hotel for those who want to relax. If you need the sea, eat and sleep, this is the place for you.
There is not much animation as such. In the evenings there is a "program", volleyball and basically everything.
If you do not pay attention to flaws in the tiles and plaster, and do not find fault with the little things-it's fine. There is a migros 150 meters away, where you can buy small change for souvenirs or what you need.
About the cleaning. The one dollar rule works wonders. You leave a dollar and they clean up well. If you didn't like it, show me what you didn't like.
Sea. Perfect for me. The entrance is sandy and sloping. 30-50 meters from the shore, the depth of one and a half meters is no more. In September, it warms up to 24-26 degrees. There are no bays, so prepare for waves if there is a storm.
Side can be reached in 15 minutes by minibus.
Now for the cons.
There are no lifeguards at sea.
It seemed to me that there were more people in the hotel than he could really afford. Hence the problems with food and sun beds at sea.
There are problems with meat. The chicken is at the base. But if you didn't make it, and people are very hungry, then you didn't make it. With sun beds as well. We managed to take it -well done. No, no luck.

We had a rest with our daughter and grandson in September 2024, settled into a room on the first floor in the old building on the side of the road. We liked it. because the noise from the road is not particularly audible, palm trees grow near the balcony like a greenhouse, music is not heard from the pool. The baby's cot was brought within an hour, shampoos and a boy were left a few pieces, they did not put any more, there are no slippers. Cleaning is almost daily, the old-fashioned way they left a bonus a couple of times. The TV is working, with a Russian-speaking channel. The territory of the hotel is cozy, well-groomed, but small, occupied by bars and pools, there is not much place to walk. The food is typical for Turkey without frills, sometimes there was not enough space. I had to wait for the tables to be cleared. The waiters are pleasant, friendly and skillful guys. A large beach with free sun beds under an awning and towels, there was enough space for everyone. If you walk, looking at the sea. to the right side. after a couple of expensive hotels, there is a mini zoo in one of the hotels, the kids will be interested, there is also an olive alley, a romantic walk. If you walk to the left side for half an hour along the beach, you will reach the river where there are turtles, but this is in the morning. As the locals said, I went to lunch, there were no turtles. In general, we liked our stay at this hotel, we booked through Corel trevel, the flight and transfer went smoothly, thanks to the hotel staff and tour operators for organizing our vacation!

We had a rest in May, we liked everything with two children, the weather really let us down, it rained, it was cloudy but we swam. The disadvantage of this hotel is the beach bar, there is never anything but lemonade and stale beer. The food is normal, we were pleased with trout steaks, grilled meat. I didn't like almost everything. Disgusting level, pulls on 3+. Of the advantages, a great sandy and clean beach (the sea in October was gorgeous). Disgusting quality of raw meat, soy food (cutlets, meatballs, burgers, etc., "rusty" fish. For the first time in my life , I decided that I would be a vegetarian here . I ate salads , greens, rice , potatoes . I 'm sick of eating already on the third day .The food is the same every day, hot and cold drinks made of powder. Special attention should be paid to the bar .... You can get drunk if you want, strong raw materials are diluted (there will be no poisoning ). Beer is in tuborg kegs , there is no carbonated substance there . Next to them are gas cylinders with the inscription "tank gas tuborg". In a word, it's not beer. Also, bartenders with a dissatisfied look collect dirty glasses, try not to wash them too much and re-pour the drink (you will notice lipstick and stains). Animation is at zero. Before choosing this hotel, we read a lot of reviews, both positive and negative.. But we decided to look and check for ourselves.. Risk is a noble thing 😂
We booked, flew in, arrived at the hotel early in the morning, came to the reception, checked out, put our suitcases next to it and drove to inspect the territory, then walked to the sea (by the way, it takes only 7 minutes to walk, but carries a minibus during the day). We returned to the hotel, had breakfast and waited for check-in to the rooms. The rooms (we were in the old building) are quite normal, clean, towels, brushes, paste, shampoos, gel, everything was there.. The service is not bad, the staff is polite. The food is as good as we like, everything is included, take what you like)) But beer is of course byadaaaa 🙈I would certainly like better and tastier 😂👆 there is also no fish for beer and there are no other snacks for beer 🤷♂️🫣
The pool is normal, but I don't like the strongly chlorinated smell.. Although I understand that there are no options, otherwise any infection will survive! I flew to the sea and, accordingly, swam only in the sea. You can go to the pool in Russia at any time..

I do not understand the rave reviews for this hotel, it definitely does not pull at 5*, maximum 3 *. No one talked to anyone at the hotel - no one liked him. The beach is 1 km away, and not as it is withered in their cards 250-600 m, buses do not travel often, so they are packed. The rooms are in terrible condition: mold, cockroaches, dirty floors, old shabby furniture, cleaning was begged for three days, toilet paper had to be taken from a public toilet. Beach towels are provided purely on schedule - is it 5*? Everything is also bad with food, the fish is disassembled quickly, the queue is large, there is not enough for everyone, only half-dead legs were given from chicken, there is also no meat (only soy), even salads are not enough for everyone, all the food is cold even for the opening of breakfast / lunch / dinner. Restaurants on site, of course, do not work. We left early, asked to pack a lunch box, came to the reception at 7 a.m., and of course they didn't give us anything with us. The animation is weak, one can say no word at all, once some "acrobats" arrived, who laughed more and gave each other a kick than they showed the show. Among the advantages: a normal sandy beach with good access to the sea. That's all, decide for yourself whether to go to 5*, which pull on a solid 2*, or go to a good 4*. I do not recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of April for the May holidays. The hotel is not bad, I will put 4 stars. The food was monotonous, there were few fruits. Meat and soups every day. I and the children can find something to eat. The staff is good, they speak Russian. The playground is small but comfortable. You can walk to the sea or take a bus. The bus runs every 10-15 minutes. I am happy with my vacation, the hotel is worth the money. The only drawback was that they gave ice cream in the evening, according to the schedule at 20.00. Nevertheless, it is necessary to give it earlier in time.

The three of us were at this hotel in July. I don't understand those people who write negative reviews. Everything is fine! I liked everything. Food- I haven't even tasted everything in a week. Some are delicious, some are not. Well, it's like for any person.The rooms are cleaned, they take you to the sea, they feed you on the beach, Super and not rest. The staff is friendly, always goes to a meeting. Wi-Fi in the old building takes almost everywhere. The safe is free in the room. The air conditioner was working. And if you bend your fingers and do not understand what you are, then do not expect a good attitude towards yourself. If you behave like a pig, then in any place and hotel you will be treated with negativity.

We had a rest in June 2023. The hotel is a budget five, excellent value for money, we liked everything very much in general.
Number:
- after reading the reviews about the hotel in advance, I found out that it has old and new buildings. Therefore, when buying the tour, I indicated in my wishes that I would like a room in a new building with two single beds. But I didn't really hope for anything, because we bought a burning tour a week before departure. What was my surprise when, upon check-in, I realized that we were given a room in a new building, and not a double, but a triple. They also kindly escorted him to him (I had to give the guy a 20 lira tip)). Many thanks to the staff of the hotel for taking into account the wish! The room in the new building is really amazing - spacious, with modern renovation and floor-to-ceiling Windows. But I know that not everyone was so lucky, and people in the old building complained.
- The room is very clean, the bed linen is spotless, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
- On the very first day, we realized that our shower was clogged, the water was up to our ankles and did not drain. We called a technician, and on the third attempt he came and fixed everything.
- After a couple of days, the door to the room began to close tightly, perhaps it flew off its hinges. They also came and fixed it quickly.
- The lamp didn't work on the balcony, but we didn't really need the light there, so we didn't call anyone. But if they had, I'm sure they would have fixed it too.
- Some vacationers said that if you leave a 20 lira tip to the maid, she will wind swans out of towels)) we left it, it didn't twist for us) but the cleaning quality is good.
- The air conditioner is working, starting from the 20th of June it was very saving, because the heat was 30-33 degrees.
- We are very satisfied with the service of the hotel!
Food:
- There is a main restaurant, a snack bar, a pool bar and a beach bar.
- Beer flows like a river (not bad), local white and red wine (tastes like alcohol, I didn't like it), whiskey and so on have not tried stronger alcohol. Cocktails are paid, 5 euros.
- there is a huge variety of food and everything is very tasty! They had never been poisoned during their vacation and there were no digestive problems. There is grilled meat every day, the fish is white. There are a lot of desserts, not all are delicious, but many are not bad.
- For lunch, you can stay at the beach bar, there is much less choice than in the main restaurant, but nevertheless, there is meat, side dishes, salads, freshly baked tortillas with stuffing and watermelon.
- The waiters are very attentive and promptly clean the dishes, change the tablecloths, etc.
- The only disadvantage for us in the main restaurant is that smoking is allowed on the terrace, and it is usually impossible for non-smokers to eat outside - smokers smoke shamelessly right in the face, next to children, etc. Sometimes I had to transfer inside the building, but it was very stuffy there, there were no air conditioners.

- walk for about 10 minutes (there are two small ascents, it's a bit difficult in the heat). Every 10-15 (sometimes 20) minutes from 8 to 17:00 there is a shuttle (minibus), ride it for a couple of minutes. The driver turns on the air conditioner in it according to his mood, apparently, because sometimes it is on, sometimes it is not, and it is very hard to drive without an air conditioner in the heat.
- There are a lot of sun beds, you can find a free one at any time, garbage is regularly cleaned on the beach and the sun beds are cleaned of sand
- There are sun beds both in the sun and in the shade under the canopy
- Specifically, there are large stones on the beach of the hotel at the entrance to the sea, but if you walk 50 m to the right or left, then the entrance is soft without stones
- There are no algae, even at a depth of sand. The entrance is flat. Ideal for children
- There is beach volleyball at 11 and 16:00
- Sunsets are not visible on the beach - the sun sets in the other direction (the same with sunrises)
- Beach towels can be taken from 8:30 and must be returned before 19:00. That is, we could not change them even once during the vacation, because we went to the beach at 7:30 immediately after breakfast.
Animation:
- we didn't go anywhere, because we spent all the time on the beach, but on the information board I saw that there is Zumba, aqua aerobics, water polo, etc. In the evening, a mini disco and a "show" in the amphitheater. The show is a little weak, we got on some boring quizzes a couple of times. Plus, the amphitheater itself looks strange, isolated from the bar and tables, unlike neighboring hotels, even if the Diamond hotel was visible from our window - in it the stage is located right in front of the tables, there is also a dance floor nearby, i.e. you can sit drinking, watch the performance and dance right next to it. By the way, Diamond often had live music, we could hear it perfectly from the room) I really liked this atmosphere with live performance, plus for my taste, the music there was better than ours) well, these are small things, if you really find fault.
Infrastructure:
- for me, the huge disadvantage of this village, rather than a hotel, is that it is an isolated tourist village, there is no embankment, shops especially, the city center as such. There are only hotels in the village, there is nowhere to go. If you need movement, shops, pharmacies, bazaars are normal, take a walk and see the city, then this is only in Side/Manavgat to go by local minibus (travel time 20-40 minutes, cost 18 lira). Therefore, I would say that the hotel is suitable for families with children who do not plan to leave the hotel grounds. Unfortunately, it was the city life that I lacked, and at least the city embankment, along which I could take a walk in the evening.
PS As already written in previous reviews, if you go left along the beach towards Side, walk to the stone cape next to the Seher Hotels (Sea shell resort & spa) hotel, climb the bridge, you can see huge turtles. They eat boiled eggs and cheese. We went at 8 a.m., but they say they hang out there in the evening too. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to this place along the beach.

We were here in June 2018 with young children. The price corresponds to the quality. We rested from 24.05 to 05/31/2024. Two adults and 4 children (2 families).
An amateur hotel. And it doesn't pull at 5* at all.
Reception. Friendly administrators. We arrived at 20.00. They immediately put bracelets on us and invited us to dinner. They settled in after. We answered all the questions. When we were there, some people gave us a compliment in the form of valuable pieces of paper to give us a better room. We don't know what we actually received. But there is absolutely no logic with the distribution of numbers. This is discussed below in the description of the rooms.
Rooms. I had two children with me: 17l and 2g. We were given a large room in the far building. The room has a large bed, a bunk bed, an armchair and a table. Additionally, a playpen bed for the baby was brought on request. And with all the variety, there was a lot of free space, there was a place to turn around. There is a balcony, a large one, 2 chairs and a table. Large built-in wardrobe with 2 compartments. There is a lot of space for things. Designed for a large family. There was carpet in the room, but, as many write, there was no smell. The furniture is in good condition. Mini-bar for free: cola and Fanta for 1 liter at check-in, water daily (4 bottles of 0.5 liters were brought to us). The trash can is only in the bathroom, not very convenient. Well, this is certainly not about 5*... There are no slippers or bathrobes. Shampoos and dry soap were brought. There were always 3 rolls of toilet paper. The bed linen is clean. Instead of blankets, there are hard covers. 2 blankets were in the closet. The lighting is dim, as in the entire hotel. The air conditioner was not turned on. View of the wall of the neighboring hotel. Until 23.00, you can hear music from there even with the balcony door closed.
The second room was given in the main building in the attic. No balcony, a view through the skylight to the sky. The room is small. There is a double and a single bed. 1 adult and two children spent the night in it: 14L and 8L . We took turns sleeping with mom))) Everything else is the same, except there was no carpet and no balcony. Things were dried, one might say, on the window. Once it rained in the morning, of course, they did not dry out, they got even more wet. In general, the room is so-so. It'll do for two. But not for the family.
Cleaning. It is daily. The beds were made. The linen seems to have been changed 1 time in a week. Towels too. The rest of the time they were just folded, supposedly clean ones were brought. But at the same time they were wet, as I took a shower in the morning. They have never been vacuumed. The baby's socks turned black in the evening. The shower room has never been washed. The floor at the entrance to the room was also washed a couple of times at most. The sink was being cleaned. The glasses were not washed. The garbage was taken out only from the bucket in the bathroom. We left the bottle under the table in the room on the 1st day of arrival. She stood there untouched. Another proof that they don't vacuum. The ashtray from the balcony was cleaned by dumping all the contents into the toilet. Was it possible?! 😅 In general, again, not 5*.
The territory of the hotel is not large. 2 pools with slides, with areas for children. 2 bars. The main restaurant. Sports and children's playgrounds. The playground is open. So you can use it only with the setting of the bright sun. It is convenient to move around the territory with a stroller everywhere: there are ramps and elevators.
There are no lifeguards at the pools. Get ready to take care of your child on your own, especially when the slides are turned off. They just crowd up them. Fortunately, without incident. But still. There is no animation during the day. Two guys and a girl, allegedly animators, in branded T-shirts, go out to the main pool in the morning, afternoon and evening. They dance a dance that supposedly opens the day, invites you to lunch and closes the day. And then they disappear. We never found out where these animators are the rest of the time. There is only music playing by the pool all day. Water polo was held a couple of times. And everything. There is no music at the second pool and it is always free there. You can take a sunbed at any time. But there is no Internet. He catches well at the main pool. Maybe that's also why there are always a lot of people there.
In the evenings, sometimes there are mini-discos, karaoke, and some kind of contests. Once there were visiting artists. Events are held in the amphitheater, which is hidden behind the pool bar, with a very inconspicuous entrance. But, again, the feeling remains that there is no animation at all.
There is a regular shuttle service from the hotel to the beach and back. Every 15-20 minutes.
The beach is a 10-15-minute walk away, with a 2-minute shuttle service. A staircase leads down to the beach on one side, a ramp on the other. If you go down the ramp with a stroller, then you need to carry it further to the left, because this descent to the beach of another hotel, and there are no wooden paths. If you lower the stroller down the stairs, you immediately get to your beach. There are tracks on it, but only in the center. Here, of course, it is not thought out. There is a canopy on the beach. The entrance to the sea is made of large stones. It is necessary to move a little to the side to the neighboring beaches. The sand is good, it is leveled every day. There is a restaurant upstairs. You can have lunch there. They bake tortillas. The lunches are not bad, there are hot dishes, fruits and vegetables. The view is gorgeous on the sea. Drinks both in the restaurant and on the beach itself.
Food. Standard for Turkey. Almost everything is spicy. There are few soups. Lots of sweets. For dinner, both meat and fish. Trout steaks were fried once. The rest of the days are the usual cheap fish. The tortillas are delicious, the cookies are in the snack bar. There have always been watermelons in large quantities. For very young children, mashed potatoes, rice, boiled eggs, omelette, vegetables and fruits. In the morning, something like porridge: rice or Oatmeal in hot milk. I caught cereals, but the child refused to eat. Cottage cheese is very sour.
Drinks are both cold and hot everywhere on the hotel grounds, on the beach. There is water everywhere too.
There are small shops outside the hotel, you can walk to the market, the supermarket. No gorgeous views, of course. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the promenade. The embankment is standard. There is nothing to do there in the evening: no lighting, no music, no cafes, restaurants, or shops.
From the hotel you can take a bus to the center of Side, it's more fun there. To Manavgat: there are many shops in the center; you can go to the park and see the waterfall (by the way, the park has the most delicious real goat's milk ice cream).
I do not recommend going to malls. There are no stores that have left Russia there. There is no choice either. You're wasting your time. It is better to walk through the center of Manavgat, you can still find something there.
In general, the hotel is very, very budget. Everywhere you look, something is missing. They don't pull 5* in any way, only 3*. Personally, I decided to myself that I would not come here anymore, no matter how it turned out.

We stayed at this hotel from August 18 to August 28, 2023 with a family (2 adults+2 children aged 12 and 15)
We enjoyed our vacation! yes, the hotel has many minor drawbacks, not everything is super-clean, etc. ... but this is definitely a solid four, no less!
I +- agree with everyone who gives 4 stars, so I won't repeat myself, but rather tell you about the moments that few people write about:
1. Many rooms do not have a main light. Yes, you heard right! there is no chandelier ... only small lanterns + backlight on the mirror ... just be prepared for the fact that it is not very convenient…
2. there is no air conditioning in the lobby + classic, Wi-Fi works at the speed of a turtle)) the heaviest workload was at 20-22 pm, we came after, it was already not so hot, and there were few people = it was possible to sit on the Internet normally
3. Elevators. there are a lot of them, but they are all incredibly slow... so if you need to go down-go up one floor, it's better to walk. + do not pay attention to the inscription "service elevator", everyone rides them and no one forbids)
4. Swimming pool. I have vacationed in Turkey many times, but this is the first hotel in which you could swim in the pool almost at any time ... every day even after dinner, and even at night there were 3-4 people who swim, they all see it and again no one forbids)
5. Animation. weakly ... often in the pool at the old building around 11-12 at first, a cool cheerful girl conducts aqua aerobics (really cool! be sure to go!), and then the main presenter comes and holds some kind of competition ... and firstly, the contests are monotonous, secondly, children are not allowed to participate ... there is practically no animation for children at all ... very boring in this regard ... the evening program is also about nothing…
6. Working hours of the slides: from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00
7. Sun beds: the new building always has plenty of them by the pool, the old one needs to be occupied until 10 a.m., but at least 1 sunbed is always magically free! there are definitely enough sun beds by the sea for everyone and always!
8. the river with turtles: we advise you to go! walk along the beach for 30-40 minutes, then you need to walk to the bridge and further along the river (the river is long, so you can go as long as you have enough), DEFINITELY!!! take your sneakers with you to see the turtles, you need to get closer to the river, and there are all sorts of thorns and so on ... well, the road itself is hot from the sun, it hurts to walk. and one more thing: the turtles come out around 16:00, but you still need to wait for them, and be prepared that the turtles will not swim out completely to you for a long time, no, they literally show up for a short time and dive again ... but it's worth it)) they are really huge)
9. staff: as always, there are cool, positive, responsive employees, and there are those who communicate and do everything "to fuck off", at the speed of a turtle, greedy, "face with a brick" and so on. but most belong to the first group and it pleases! thanks to the bartenders, waiters, cleaners, animators, chefs, the guys from the reception! all real hard workers are doing everything for the benefit of the hotel!!!

The air conditioners are working, but they were not useful to us since we flew in the velvet season, there is a TV in the room. They were from 06/16/2024 to 06/25/2024. The hotel consists of two buildings located along a noisy road, while the second-newer building is partially deployed to the road, but the old building is along the road. Active traffic starts on this road at 5.30 am and until 23 o'clock
We lived in the OLD building, the first floor.

it is very noisy in rooms 2103,05,07,09,11,13 and further on the second floor 2203 and so on...all are odd, there are 4 floors in this building.
The night buses were especially infuriating, which were noisy all night like diesel spaceships...
Tourists arrive at the hotel at night.
Thanks to the reviews of our predecessors: we used life hacks for accommodation: we took disposable slippers, a sewing kit, normal soap (mini pieces are very inconvenient to use), rags (because plumbing is a nightmare and we had to wipe the water, and it was useful for cleaning) and sponges, our shampoo, shower gel (there is none).
Instead of a hotel card, they always left a discount card of one brand in the room. And the air conditioner was working and the lights were on. They did not take the safe, they did not hear that someone had lost something.
On check-in and check-out: a huge plus is the bracelets, which are put on immediately, and the minus is the last one with the check-in, the hotel is full.
WI-Fi works in the lobby and close to it, the speed is very bad during rush hours, and it's not fast enough. But it is possible to read mail or messenger.
Guests: mostly Russians, there are Belarusians, Poles. Russians are different, there are those who drink all night and make noise in the hallway.
Food: buffet, medium, but every day at lunch and dinner there is chicken, fish, lamb cutlets, wine, beer, whiskey, vodka are poured-strong from small bottles. No one was left hungry, but breakfast was the most mediocre, pancakes were fried a lot, eggs were rarely fried, they managed to digest ordinary eggs to brown. The cheese is all salty, the toaster oven worked both comfortably, then one... in general, you should immediately turn a blind eye to these little things so as not to get nervous.
At lunch and dinner, the restaurant always had French fries or rustic. Snacks and fries at the pool bar from 12. There are a lot of children there... we ate on the beach once and didn't do it anymore: the choice is bad, a lot of sour vegetables, people drink beer at the beach bar (we didn't go in, but who knows how).
Doughnuts at the hotel pool bar: deep-fried pieces of unleavened dough, many liked it.
Along the beach: excellent sand after entering the sea. Indeed, there are stones, we went near the volleyball net, stones only at the entrance, which did not bother us or bother us, the sea is excellent, warm, sometimes stormy, then everything sailed, but mostly vegetable... there were enough sun beds for everyone, the staff went and cleaned, but our tourists persistently shit: they throw cigarette butts, disposable jars, and pieces of paper, so the claims are only to vacationers. The road to the sea made us very happy, up the hill once and back up the hill twice. About 7 minutes. However, vacationers with babies and strollers, sore feet, attention! You are not.
The super shuttle that takes you to the beach doesn't go often, and you can't get into it during rush hours.
Entertainment: do not rely on them, weak animation, terrible karaoke in the evening (tourists order songs and sing them at a minus), beach volleyball, a parody of a foam party and aqua aerobics...
Better go feed boiled eggs to the turtles in the river... you need to go to the promenade near the Sidelia hotel, you can go to the antique Side.
Coral Travel offers guided tours. A separate respect, as salespeople, they are able to persuade you to come to a meeting with a guide: they will give you a code by which you will track the departure and transfer (in fact, no one canceled the placement at the reception of information on departure and departure, that is, it is not necessary to go to the meeting).
The excursions are typical .. it will be cheaper around the corner, but you will be masterfully convinced at the meeting that it is dangerous there and in general, today it is cheaper than tomorrow, the Excursions themselves are from 45 euros per person, decent from 75 euros, not bad, it is expensive for us to crowd, we went to a budget hotel for obvious reasons.
PLUS FROM THE GUIDES: general information about excursions, you can make an exchange for lira and pay for excursions in rubles according to the SBP. You can rent a car through them.
The hotel staff is different: there are wonderful guys at the reception and at the bar, and there are others, just like everywhere else. In general, everyone is trying, the authorities have arrived, they began to try twice as hard :)
Conclusions: we wanted a good sea and got it. The hotel is budget-friendly, it's worth the money, but you shouldn't expect a "Level" from it.

The rooms were cleaned daily, the food is always fresh, animations, cleanliness, 7 minutes walk to the sea, but on the contrary it is good to walk! I do not know where so many positive reviews come from, probably people cannot compare with the real five (well, at least with a solid four!)
I will start in order:
- the hotel is small, the territory is tiny
-there have been no ala-maps here for 4 years (who cares)
-the photos do not correspond to reality in many ways (for example, slides work only in 1 pool, chains just hang in the second, they work for 2 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the evening)
-playground for kids, old, dead
-the food is monotonous, the same thing every day (true, greens and watermelons are above all praise)
- queues. Queues are everywhere. I got up behind the grill and stood for 35 minutes. I didn't take it anymore, it's a nightmare to stand in the heat. Ice cream starts to be given at 20.00, one ice cream in one hand)
-a key card is issued upon arrival for 1 piece! It doesn't matter how many adults there are. If you want the second one, pay. It's the same with the safe (it's in the room), 2€ per day.
-Wi-Fi. It catches only in the lobby and by the pool, the speed is low, there are a lot of people. I went to the browser page for 2 days to see the check-out time
-in the lobby, all coffee machines are turned off at night, tea and granulated sugar are taken away. Well, this is some kind of nonsense. I had a check-out at 2 am, the transfer was delayed, no coffee to drink, no hot tea to give to the child. Customer orientation is 0.
And now the pros:
- The sea is clean and warm. We passed to the left, because playing volleyball on the right, the ball often flew into the heads of vacationers on a chaise longue. But entering the water through the rocks.
- we cleaned regularly, put some water (cola and fanta are issued only on the day of arrival)
- proximity to cities. We went by ourselves to Side and Manavgat by minibus ($ 2 for one, by taxi $ 25 one way). The antique Side is under reconstruction, you can only enter the museum (entrance 17€), but you cannot enter the Colosseum and the territory.
We did not change rubles for lira, we took $. In general, the exchange rate is 1$ =1€ everywhere. But, large bills cannot be changed, they will be handed over in Turkish lira.
Overall, a solid three. Well, not 5 at all.

We rested from 28.05 to 09.06. room 3305. I liked the hotel as a whole, but the cleaning of the room left a very negative impression: I have not seen worse than once: plumbing is not cleaned, the foot towel has not been changed once in 12 days, although it lay dirty and wet on the floor, as a result, I just washed myself, bed linen was not changed in 12 days. The floors in the room were washed with a dirty rag, once after washing there was a smell of sewage, I had to ventilate the room for a long time. On the last day, some strange huge insect was found in the room (like a cockroach, but many times larger), which was running around the floor and furniture, my daughter had a real tantrum, as a result, we spent the last hours at the reception to avoid meeting this creature, as they promised to send someone to check only the next day. In general, despite all the advantages: the sea, food and territory, we will no longer go to the hotel, cleaning and the presence of insects are also an important component of recreation.

It was at the end of May 2024. The hotel was inexpensive compared to other public sector employees, so there were no special expectations. Everything was in accordance with the money paid, without frills, but quite acceptable. I didn't get the number very well, it was the "weakest link". I liked the rest more: the food is delicious, the sea is warm, the beach is sandy, the territory is nice. I just want to warn you that there is a steep descent and steps from the minibus stop to the beach. But I was quite coping with my sore knees.

We rested at the hotel from 04.06 to 06/14.24. Overall, I enjoyed the rest. A huge minus is that Wi-Fi only works at the reception, but it is impossible to stay in the lobby even for 5 minutes, because the air conditioner does not work, and this is in the heat of 39-40 degrees. It seems that the administration does not specifically turn on the air conditioning system so that people cannot use the Internet for a long time, thus saving money. And also, while waiting for check-in to the room, tourists, some with young children, have to stay for 5-6 hours in such heat. And one more minus - the room will be cleaned and towels will be changed, if only you ask. The bed linen has not been changed in 10 days.

Good day everyone! We had a rest at the Club Side from June 29 to July 7. There are like a million people in the hotel. Because of this, there is no place by the pool (occupied in the morning), the problem is to find a table for lunch and dinner for four people, as well as a shortage of dishes and cutlery. The hotel administration, the question is, why cram people literally off their feet and not provide all of the above?! In general, everything is not bad. Check-in, cleaning, food and everything else is quite on the level. Will I come back again? Maybe. But not at the peak of tourist activity.

It 's just a terrible hotel . It draws 2 stars . Disgusting food . There is nothing but chicken , very rarely there was river trout , which is not possible to eat . Rotten fruits ., spread out to hotel guests .Moreover , apples and oranges are made from fruits . And this is in the month of August .It 's very dirty . The room cleaning is terrible. As the hair lay in the bathroom , so it lay before my departure . We stayed at the hotel for 12 days . There 's mold in the pool . The staff is rude , they smile only at Poles and Germans . Hearing the Russian speech , their faces immediately contort . The ticket cost 273,000 , one adult and two children . I wouldn't even go back there for nothing.

I was vacationing with my child from 05/26/24 - 06/24.24 at this hotel. I liked everything. Starting from check-in at the hotel: they immediately sent us to the dining room, as we arrived at 13:45, and lunch before 14. Then we continued the registration at the hotel. The room is budget, but everything is clean. Cleaning every day.
The staff, starting from the dining room and ending with the beach, is very attentive, everything is cleaned immediately. Hardworking bees)
The beach is sandy and clean. For fans of beach volleyball. They play every day
