The hotel is not 5* away. But it all depends on what you plan to go to Turkey for. We had a goal- the sea. It's amazing here, the beach is sandy. And the hotel was secondary. We took a burning ticket for 7 nights with 2 children 1 year and 5 years old and came here. The room was given in a new building, but there was a burnt-out light bulb in the bathroom, a broken phone and a handle from the balcony, which made it almost impossible to open it. But all this was fixed very quickly and we forgot about it. There are queues for food, yes, we are a little tired of having to fight for food))) but even here they reacted calmly, there were no high expectations. We didn't leave the beach until the evening, the kids were sleeping and we were on the beach in the shade during the day. We had lunch at a restaurant on the beach. There's a more modest menu, but we've never been hungry. About fruits: apples are amazing, sweet, oranges and watermelon. We had enough. We'll eat the rest at home. And the watermelon was always juicy.
The hotel staff is very diligent, responsive, everything except the photographer. This is a real boor. He introduced a fly in the ointment.
The animation is very average. For 5 days, the mini disco looked like a video displayed on the screen by means of a projector, where silhouettes of dancing people are depicted, looking at which children, standing with their backs to their parents, repeated the movements. We had a shock on the first day, but the children were very happy. But on the 6th and 7th day, a real person came out, very pleasant, sweet, tried to dance with them, but many children left, it was boring, I couldn't keep my attention and interest them. On-screen dancing turned out to be more fun.
For adult animation - 1 day - Turkish dances from the category of amateur school activities, then a quiz, karaoke, Mr. hotel and, lo and behold, an acrobat show from Morocco (it was great), a foam party and that's it. I repeat, we were fine, we found something to do.
The playground is also tired, as is the whole hotel. The water in the pool was icy in September, I don't know how it was in the summer at the peak of the heat.
According to the weather: from September 10 to 17, 2023, the air temperature was over 30 degrees daily, and the water in the sea was about 27-28 for sure. It's fresher in the morning, and super warm in the afternoon.
It takes 10-12 minutes to walk to the sea. The bus goes quite often, but we were happy to walk. True, of course, there is a walk down the mountain, uphill. If it's hard for anyone, then the option to get to the sea is only a bus. But he walks until 17 o'clock, then on foot.
About the beach towels. The delivery schedule is very inconvenient. From 8.30 to 12, clean ones are given out, Dirty ones are taken away until 19. And if you had breakfast at 7, then clean towels will have to wait. That's why we went with the same set all the days.
Will we come to this hotel again?
Hardly. But as an option for a budget vacation, there is a place to be.

A family hotel, with children. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception, attentive and responsive. We arrived at seven in the evening, checked in immediately. I asked those who arrived before 12, they were put on bracelets immediately and they could eat at the pool bar, worked from 11-30 to 17-00. In general, the service is at a high level, inconspicuous. Everything is clean, lots of greenery, flowers.
The food is ordinary, without frills, but delicious. But they don't know how to cook an omelet (there was a desire to show it). At the beginning of July, the hotel was in a stop and I think this was due to the fact that for three days in a row they beat the chicken backs on the grill. But I must admit it was delicious. There are PP, steamed vegetables, boiled chicken. Decent coffee from the coffee machine, tea bags. Sweets? Well, so-so. Only when it was Turkey Day at the hotel, there were their national sweets, well, very tasty. Fruits are only apples, orange and watermelon. We were hoping for apricots and peaches, but alas....
We lived in room 5506, in a new building. View of the nearby hotel and the police station. It was quiet, except for a disco in a nearby hotel, until 23-30, and then not every day. The room itself is spacious, bright, clean. The mattresses are hard, the pillows are normal, there were no blankets. The plumbing didn't leak, the water was always hot. There was no cleaning, then we sleep at lunch, then we need to take a shower. But the towels were changed. She only went without us once, took a dollar, changed towels, left paper, but did not touch the bed, did not wash the plumbing and mirrors, well, did not vacuum.
The beach is far away, about 700 meters, it takes 15 minutes to walk, but uphill. Carries a minibus from 8 to 17. The beach is equipped, there are enough sun beds for everyone, although they occupy things. There is a coffee machine on the beach itself, and a zuko-type vending machine. There is clean drinking water unlimited. There is also a bar, beer, wine, cola, sprite from 10 to 17. Food and tortillas from 11-30.
Animation. They say it used to be cooler. There was no beach or our building, although we had a large swimming pool. There was a minidiscoe every day. It was a Turkish night, a foam party. Aqua aerobics at the central building, at the small pool. There was no activity alert of any kind.
A good budget hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, we expected the worst for 142,000 for 3x9 days.

The room is mediocre, everything is old, but relatively clean. The plumbing is disgusting, there is no pressure in the washbasin, the drain in the bathroom is clogged. There is animation at the level of competitions, once dancers came, another time there was a foam party, it was fun) It's a long way to the sea, I didn't want to walk in the scorching sun, the minibus only went to 5, it was packed. The cleaning is weak, but everything would be fine if it weren't for one nuance, towels were lifted from the floor and carefully hung back, I noticed this when pieces of dirt literally hung on the towels. Fortunately, they were changed for us, but it's inconvenient to run after the cleaners every time. The air conditioner is weak, mosquitoes fly at night, I had to buy a fumigator.

We have been staying at this hotel since June 25, 9 days. I liked everything very much. Starting from the reception, we were met by a very polite young man (unfortunately I did not consider the name on the badge) who spoke Russian. We arrived early, but we were checked into the room right away. He offered us to see a beautiful three-room suite, since we came as a family. I saw him off, showed him everything in the room. Of course we agreed. Each room has a TV, air conditioning. Two balconies with wonderful views. Everything was clean, the room was well cleaned. There is a large built-in closet in the hallway, and a smaller closet in one of the rooms. It wasn't a big refrigerator, it had Coke and Fanta in it. And 5 bottles of plain water. Water was brought every day. And in general, it could be taken 24 hours a day. The room has a large bathroom.
There are 2 swimming pools on site. Each has slides and children's pools. The slides were turned on according to the schedule. The adult pool is 140cm deep. Which made me very happy. There were always enough sun beds in the sun and in the shade. There was no need to "book" them at 6 a.m. There is a beautiful backlight in the pool at night.
The food was very tasty and very much. The food was varied, there was something to feed the child. I was generally delighted with French fries, I snacked on everything for her, soup, pasta and sweets. Not greasy, well cooked. Sooooooo delicious and different barbecue every evening. And insanely delicious sweets. Especially milk jellies. The variety of fruits is certainly not very good, but always fresh watermelon, apples, oranges, pears. In general, there was always something to eat.
A little misunderstood with cocktails in bars. They were made for a fee for Russians, but for Germans, Poles and the British, they were made for free... in principle, we did not drink, but at the moment I was interested...
they poured Cola in every bar as much as you want.
They also poured various juices and coffee from the coffee machine as much as they wanted. A wide variety of cheeses and all delicious.
The snack bar was cooking nuggets and frying donuts, it smelled delicious and many people were queuing for them. We haven't tried it. But the tortillas that the woman baked at the beach bar are very tasty. The child was forced to stand behind them every day)) she made them with cheese, chocolate, cinnamon, and sausage... It was also possible to have a full lunch at the beach bar without returning to the hotel.
There were two types of free ice cream every evening. The kids were always lining up)) but even adults were not denied ice cream.
The sea was incredibly warm, clean, calm. If you enter the sea directly from the hotel, then the stones. But go 100m left or right, and the entrance is sandy, the depth is not big far enough.
There were also no problems with sun beds on the beach.
Towels were provided at the spa center, at the hotel. But they had to be taken before 12 and returned before 19. On the first day we did not know this, and we arrived at about 2 o'clock. But the girl gave it to us anyway without any problems. Thank her very much!
There is a Migros grocery store next to the hotel. They accepted only lira.
A minibus takes you from the hotel to the beach, every 10 minutes. Sometimes a little more. But it takes 7-10 minutes to walk to the beach, slowly.
We had a guide from Coral Travel, sociable, polite. He didn't insist on anything, he didn't force me to buy anything(as written in some reviews) it is. We turned to him several times for advice, answered everything without any problems and suggested it!
We went for a walk around the hotel several times. Don't get lost)) and no one bothered on the street, although they walked in the evening or at night.
Not far from the hotel, on the way to the beach, there is a mini bazaar. Prices are basically the same in all bazaars. And everywhere they prefer euros...
We had dollars, and in some places if it was written - it costs 5 euros, and I said that I had dollars, then they sold for 5 dollars. But in some places, a dollar was thrown on top. If the price was 5 euros, then they already took 6 dollars.
When our flight was canceled, and we had already handed over the room card, it was returned to us without any problems, and we went to our room and spent another night and half a day there.
The impressions are only positive from this hotel and all the staff! Thank you all very much for your hospitality, I would like to return to your hotel again!

We had a rest at the end of August 2022, in general we liked everything, it was close to the airport, we got there quickly, we settled in too quickly, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, we rested with the children, immediately went to the dining room to eat, everything was fine too, there was plenty of food, children of different ages had something to eat, they never left hungry,the dishes were clean tables, appliances, everything is clean. Yes, there were queues, but standing for 5-10 minutes is not cretical, chicken and turkey are made from meat, watermelons, oranges, apples, soups, porridges, sweets, etc., during breaks they cook at each bar, in general there is enough food, two large pools with slides and a children's area, everything is fine, our little children did not get out, no one got sick, although the hotel was crowded, it was close enough to the sea, you can walk 10 minutes, there is a bus from the hotel, the only thing is until 17.00, you can of course stay longer, the sea is clean, the sand is long, there are a lot of sunbeds, generally good, the price-quality ratio is quite, one minus is there is no Internet in the hotel, but in general I liked everything, I give a good rating, it's great for a holiday with children

1. Rooms: First we were given a room on the 4th floor under the roof. The room is hot, it is small, the balcony is high and brick. To see something, you need to stand on your toes. For 70 bucks, they changed our room the next day. The room was great, but the windows overlooked the pool, and it's insanely loud music until 23:30.
2. Food: it's a nightmare. It's the same thing every day. In the morning, eggs, boiled, mixed, fried. Lunch there is almost no choice, one kind of soup. The dishes are monotonous. And almost everything consists of a terrible kind of sausage, eggs in any form and chicken. You can cackle.
3. Employees: Violetta and Misha and the maid girls are great. Thanks to them. There is no guide.
4. Sea: gazelle rides to the sea every 30 minutes. The beach is sand, but go down to it first from the slide, then up the steps. And the toilet is upstairs, and this is not an option for people with sore legs. As a result, we went to the beaches in Side.
5. There is no kettle, soap and shampoo are of poor quality. The safe is paid. WiFi is only in lobio and very slow. There is no paid one.
This is not a five, but a good three. There is no desire to go to this hotel for the second time.

We were at this hotel from 08.06 to 12.06.2023 with a 10-year-old daughter. Only the beach is good here! Sand, shallow sea! It's a good approach for children. There are no more advantages. There is little food, there are a lot of people behind it. Unsanitary conditions! My daughter got sick with rotavirus, had to go to the hospital, was on a drip! The staff does not speak Russian. I paid $30 for a doctor's call plus $20 for a taxi. You wouldn't wish such a rest on an enemy! I don't advise anyone!

The sea is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. There are rocks at the entrance to the sea. There are queues at the restaurant. Lots of fast food. The cleaning in the room is weak, only the garbage is taken out. Towels are changed every three days. The hotel pulls on a weak 4th. We spontaneously went on vacation to Turkey - in June of this year there was an excellent price-quality ratio. The tour operator is CORAL Travel. We chose a budget hotel. We stopped at Club Side Coast. Our friends are coming to this hotel for the fourth time! For three people: dad, mom, student son - we took a two-room family room. We were comfortable in the room, everything worked. Towels were changed (it is better to throw them on the floor), water was added to the refrigerator regularly. Mattresses are a bit harsh for my taste, it was fine for men. It's a long flight from Moscow this year - about five hours. Turkish charter flight, in flight: a small sandwich, a bottle of water and a cupcake - very modest. We arrived at the hotel after 23 o'clock - respect to the guys at the reception, they made us out with lightning speed, showed us which way to go, settled in without any problems. The beach and the sea are magnificent. The minibus to the beach runs quite often, it takes two or three minutes to drive, minus that it runs only until five in the evening - it's too early. It's not that far to go, but towards the hotel from the sea - uphill. There is a wonderful, large and beautiful park next to the Alba Hotel (nearby), it was not hot in the evening, you can walk. Yes, as they say, deck chairs and mattresses on the beach are not new, it was uncritical for us. After breakfast, around 9 a.m., there were free places on the sun beds. The pools in the hotel are quite nice and clean. The children are riding down the slides, everything is fine. The animation is unobtrusive, there is aqua aerobics, yoga on the grass, volleyball on the beach, bocce, a little bit more. There is a mini club, there was a mini disco, we did not go. In a nearby hotel, the music is loud until late. There is a SPA. I went for a massage to the girl Madina. She speaks Russian, knows various massage techniques, is attentive, does a wonderful massage, from feet to head, gives a lot of useful advice: on nutrition, on health. I can recommend it. An important point of rest is nutrition. The food is weak. As they say, "you won't stay hungry," but, frankly, it's not very tasty. Chicken, fish and turkey are mostly cooked hard. On the beach, grandma grills chicken for lunch - it turns out delicious. Stewed, baked vegetables, rice, soup - it's delicious. Sliced vegetables, greens, watermelons and others are in abundance. I'm not a fan of desserts- I wasn't tempted, my son, my husband took it, ate it. That's the average way. The coffee in the coffee machine is not bad. Tea is only in tea bags. We were also surprised by the absence of the usually delicious brewed leaf tea. Apparently, there are few staff, they work like clockwork. Breakfast is not very tasty either. In general, there are a lot of snacks, as usual in hotels in Turkey. Everything was freshly prepared, without the risk of poisoning. We came to the restaurant opening for lunch and dinner to get a table. Later, you'll come and wait for a table to be available. The hotel has shops from a local factory: fur, leather, textiles, shoes. Good quality. We succumbed to persuasion - they took us to a store nearby. Taking into account the bargaining, payment on the MIR card at the current exchange rate, it was a sin not to buy things made of natural fur and wool. You only need to bargain, sellers significantly reduce prices. You can also get to the Novamall shopping center, a lot of branded and Turkish things at very good prices. The hotel guide tells you how to get to Dolmusha. Near the hotel there is a supermarket Migros - with fruits, olive oil, and everything else, also at low prices. We immediately bought a local SIM card, and distributed the Internet to our phones, because WIFI is only in the lobby, I didn't want to sit there. In general, there are more advantages in our vacation. Of the disadvantages, it's an average meal, and a long flight, but it's not to the hotel. For the price that we paid, the rest was just wonderful!

About the staff: the boys and girls at the reception and in the bar are friendly, smiling. There was no cleaning in the room as such, but after I showed the maid what needed to be done, cleaning + water + shampoos + changing towels and linen became permanent. Not pleasant: on the eve of departure, they came to the reception, asked us to prepare lunch boxes for us. The girl said that it would be better if we took something for ourselves from the restaurant, since lunch boxes are about nothing.. We made sandwiches (4 pieces on a plate) and then a man, a hotel employee, comes up to us and begins to make rude claims that you can't do this, it's not beautiful, etc. As a result, we left the hotel at three in the morning, we were not provided with lunch boxes, you know what they offer on the plane, that is, only on the water all day. And about the sea: this is the most pleasant moment. The sea is gorgeous, I can't find any other words)

But we weren't interested at all, we didn't come to sit on the balcony. Meeting with the guide in the morning. Anar is a disgusting character. The main thing is to sell excursions, we were not interested in this, because we were already everywhere, I offered to change rubles for lira. As a result, we sat and waited for 2 hours until he finished his stupid chatter. Then he changed our rubles at the rate of 4.80, which is of course a complete trash. I immediately returned the money back. The course at this point was 3.5. he freaked out, of course. The hotel corresponds to two stars, well, not 5* as they claim. The worst hotel in Side, the worst I've ever seen. We stayed at this hotel from 25.06.- 08.07.2023. The staff is extremely unfriendly (Violetta, Boris the bartender are the exception - thank you very much!. There is no cleaning in the rooms (the bathroom is wiped with a cloth), I begged for towels myself, for 14 days of rest, we changed the sheets 1 time, thanks to my complaint at the reception. There are queues everywhere and for everything: the dining room, the bar. The food is monotonous, mostly chicken. For 14 days, the fruits were apples, lemons and oranges, and then the old ones were sluggish. There is no WiFi, from the word at all. 15min walk to the beach. The beach is nice, sandy. I don't want to visit the beach bar because of the queues. The children stood in line for 1 hour to get a Gozleme tortilla. Children's cocktails are paid, ice cream is given 1 time a day from 20:00 to 21:00. Adult cocktails are all paid, only 1 free cocktail Mix (gin + syrup + ice). There is no animation. Video surveillance does not work, our cap and glasses were stolen in the dining room, none of the staff even cares, they did not even begin to figure it out, they said keep an eye on your things. We had a conflict between children, there was a fight between children (we are from Russia, those are from Germany).. To which an adult man (the father of another child, beat my child for 12 years). The general manager for this situation started yelling at us and kicking us out of the hotel at 21:30, with two minor children) without understanding the situation. I shouted at the reception in front of tourists, of course it was terrible, such an attitude towards tourists from Russia!!!!!!! When asked to call the police, they refused us and threatened that you would have problems. The request to raise the video, where an adult man and his two sons raise their legs and arms on my son, was also refused. All information was transferred to the representative office of our tour operator and legal support. As a result, the hotel apologized to us and offered cocktails. A terrible vacation. There is no confidence in the protection of this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for any money.
