I will start telling my story by saying that before purchasing a tour through an agent.we "bombarded" him with questions, which were actively and kindly answered by the hotel assistant.
1-Do not check into the Laguna Golf Swim Up and Laguna Beach Swim up rooms during the cold season.
Initially, the hotel gave the answer that the heated pools were in fact icy, for some reason the heating was not turned on!!!!! With the scandal, turn on the "underfloor heating in the room"
We lived here from 11.11.22 to 11/18/12
The location is very uncomfortable. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the main building-if you are with a child like us, this category does not suit you either in spring or summer, etc.
After all, room service is paid 10€ for 1 week of the desired dish, which also costs from 15€ to 90€
During this period of the year, one pool was heated coming out of the spa
And the pools are accessed from the main building.
There is a lot of food here.it is the same and not diverse, especially the children's menu does not change at all.
Despite the fact that the hotel is new, it is "dead"
By the way, the upgrade was paid in our case in order for us to be moved to the Femeli duplex, the payment is 150€ per day in addition 😅😅🤦🏼♀️
We bought the tour for 240,000₽
The rooms have a smart home system, but here it is as dumb as possible. At night, the systems periodically went out of order and turned on the lights or beeped loudly, in general, I repeat if your Child from 1.5 to 5 years old will not be comfortable here.
