I had a short working experience of about 3 weeks. It was really surprising that senior management, especially the CEO and managers, were so 'closely' and 'passionately' involved in the operational affairs of employees and, in particular, in the testing processes. Unfortunately, however, this intensive micromanaging approach and the preferred quite different communication language bring the work to a standstill rather than supporting the staff's capacity to produce work. It can be a tiring experience for those who are looking for a corporate culture that trusts its employee, recognizes autonomous space and embraces professional respect.
