I will try to provide feedback on visiting the Dolphin pool without bias and excessive praise. Immediately, what catches your eye upon arrival is a fairly spacious parking lot, in any case, there were mornings and evenings, on weekdays and weekends, but a parking space was found on any of these days (competition days do not count). The building is not new, both outside and inside there are moments that need repair. But it is immediately clear that, as far as possible, it is being done, refreshed (in any case, the stands have been varnished), they look after cleanliness, i.e. there is control in this part. The main pool is not bad (25m., about 5 lanes). The water compared to other pools, although it did not look transparent enough (perhaps it was the water, or the cleaning of the pool), but the temperature regime was optimal for training. The locker room (men's) is spacious, there is a camera - this is a plus, but the coverage is incomplete, you can put another one (you can also make a dummy, which will reduce the risks inherent in blind spots). It would be nice if shoe covers were always available. It concerns situations with the lack of replacement shoes, but also the lack of shoe covers. In this case, the rent of rubber slippers is imposed by the cleaner. And it's not even about the money that she needs to pay outside the cash register, but about the lack of choice, which is important for the client. For example, from the point of view of hygiene, not everyone is ready to wear such shoes, because they do not know how to use and store sneakers, etc. The staff is mostly polite and responsive. I don't have any information about coaching, because I visited the Dolphin with my training program, but according to one of the parents, professionals in their field work with children. In total, the rating is three out of five with further development, with good management and sponsorship.
