My friends praised this place, I decided to go sit and eat, I was in a wonderful mood. After visiting, there is little left of him) the staff does not fit, you have to wait a long time, the hookah does not change the coals, after they called, he came in 10-15 minutes when he had already inhaled carbon monoxide. The roast beef salad was terribly spicy, the Indian cuisine is resting, I ate only meat, they cheated on the checks, I had to return the money through the administrator. There is no desire to return anymore )

We could not try the cuisine of this institution, because they simply did not put us in. The three of us came, and they announced to us that there were only so many for two, although we saw a lot of empty tables, the landing was about 50%. Thanks to the firewood for the fact that we went to another restaurant, had a great dinner and still took with us good impressions of Baranovichi.

We were at the institution on 06.01.2023 at about 14:00.
The kitchen is good, but the service was disappointing:
1. We booked a table very much in advance - no one was ready for arrival, we waited for food for more than an hour and a half
2. The order of serving drinks: coffee was brought in 5-10 minutes, hot and cold cocktails after another 30 minutes, beer was waited for another 15 minutes longer. The order of submission has not been agreed upon. As a result, I had to order coffee again at the end. After the comment about the coffee, the staff did not offer to pick it up and cook it again later, they simply offered to bring a book of complaints, although there was no question of it. The staff, as you can see, did not care about the image of the institution.
3. The girl ordered a burger and a cocktail, because she didn't want anything else. As a result, 15 minutes later they came and reported that there were no burger rolls. At the same time, they refused to cancel the drink order, although they brought it 15 minutes after that. Why you might need a drink without a main course - employees don't care.
4. In addition, there were several key ingredients missing (tongue, salmon, buns), so half of the menu was unavailable.
5. No one warned that the dishes should be expected much longer than usual. As a result, we waited for a two-course lunch for about two hours.
6. Some of the dishes (with poultry) were brought cold. They were obviously ready much earlier than the meat ones, but they were just too lazy to bring them.
The kitchen in the establishment is really delicious, but the service is completely worthless. By the way, when paying the check, another waiter at least somewhat corrected the situation and apologized for the inconvenience, however, the waiter Polina, who served us all the time before, did not even think about such a thing and generally performed her job extremely unprofessionally.

They said that the third one is being prepared. They wanted to give it up already. But you can't. Pay and take it with you. Their stove is broken. And they did not bother to warn the client about this, because the cooking time increases 3-4 times. In decent establishments in such situations, some kind of compliment from the chef is offered for waiting. The third portion was brought in 1h. 35 min. They took it with them in a container. They didn't let us out until we paid for the third portion and took it with us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
