I read people's reviews about long-term service, then the comment of the institution that they will take this into account and correct themselves and in the end nothing changes.
The steaks were waiting for an hour and twenty minutes in total. All the time the waiters walked by and ignored us. After an hour of waiting and asking when the order would be brought to us, they said that there were some problems in the kitchen and everything would be ready in 10 minutes. Why not come right up and warn me that the wait will increase? We are all human and we all have things to do. Naturally, after 10 minutes it was not ready yet and every 2 minutes we were told that they were about to bring it. When time became very tight and we realized that we couldn't wait any longer, we left. And just everything was ready. But we didn't have time to eat and enjoy the food anymore. And desires, too.

When you're needed, you hang out at the bar, and from there you can't see what's going on in the main room at all. Fortunately, hookah people are running around who can call you.

What was the surprise when, with such an order volume, the administrator (or manager) made a remark to us that a 3-year-old child had a watermelon that was not bought from them (by the way, they did not have a watermelon on sale), saying that it was impossible with his own.
I recommend working on the logical thinking of employees. There is no limit to their arrogance.
Perhaps this is the behavior of the owners. If so, then include watermelons in the sale :)
As a result, I highly recommend not to visit, until the attitude towards visitors changes

I did not expect to find such a place in Baranovichi, I came by chance and realized that I would come more than once! It was terrible. Three families of 14 people stopped by. We made an order.
