I am very disappointed with this store. My dad is a pensioner who lives in the village and bought a TV. Together with him, extended warranty services and Smart TV+IVI 12 setup were sold to him. The last service was not fully distributed to him (he does not know what it is). By the way, he doesn't need her from the word at all. We asked the store for a refund for this service. The rejection response came. It turns out that the setup includes the following actions: connecting to a working Internet network, installing applications for online viewing, activating a subscription, demonstrating the work done, learning how to use, etc. But the employees of this store did not do any of this. They just shoved a service for 115 rubles into the pensioner and gave him to sign the documents.

Then we approached another consultant and asked him to turn on the monitor, he replied that he did not want to do this in principle, since it would take him a long time, which he would turn on only if we definitely bought it (although he was standing idle). I asked how then to understand whether he is suitable for us or not.
It is very rude and ugly, I think that such people should not work in shops where everything is tied to communicating with people. I'm not lowering my stars just because of a nice woman who told us everything.

To be honest, there has always been an opinion that Electrosila is a fairly strong network with a high level of service, but something specifically went wrong in this place and on this day (namely 06/07 at around 18.00). It is very strange that such people are put in positions at a seemingly quite popular point, but let's take it in order.
In short: we bought a watch, immediately purchased a film for it, and immediately paid for the goods. We were directed to the queue for the sticker, which was included in the price of the service.
We waited for 20 minutes at an empty cash register (or whatever you have) where one woman was served (one consultant, if there are several others who are absolutely not busy, although, of course, this is my subjective opinion, perhaps they have more important things to do than serve a client, discuss news, for example) and received a question from passers-by three times past the consultants, "have you been paid?" (to which a positive answer was given), I asked a logical question. The whole point of which was expressed in a very polite way to all the employees of the store present, and was a simple "can I be served already, please?". After all, everyone had enough time to ask if it was "paid". To which, in a rather rude form, a response was received from the ADMINISTRATOR by the name of Drogomeretsky, which sounded, I quote: "woman, if something does not suit you, make a refund and get out of here, your manager is generally on the weekend, say thank you that we serve you at all." Of course, I understand everything, but no one demanded special treatment, at least the usual one, as a buyer. In response, I asked for a complaint book, to which this subject decided to try to supplement his neglect: "not a complaint book, but a book of comments and suggestions, and in general I don't care about your complaints, you can write what you want, I won't get anything for it anyway."
