We bought a refrigerator in the Electrosila store (Atrium shopping center). The service in the store is excellent. But the movers who brought the refrigerator last Thursday behaved rudely. I managed to choose this outlet of the Electrosila company for the purchase of goods. The sales manager helped with the selection, the specialist working that day wrote out an invoice for the bank. That was the end of the positive moment. When communicating by phone on the booking of the day for the delivery of goods, the information was clarified what is required and the installation of this product. I was strongly assured that this would happen in one day (delivery + installation). For me, this was fundamental, since I live in another city and driving 400 km on different days is not very convenient. When the moment of payment for delivery and installation came, problems began at the checkout. The cashier said that this offer is not relevant and this is not possible (delivery + installation) in one day. Other employees joined in, began to raise their tone, and administrator Oksana indirectly accused me of not understanding the information they provided. Bottom line: I do not recommend contacting this point of sale because of the boorish attitude towards customers.

Moreover, the consultants have always been very friendly and competent. However, today we were very surprised: changes were made not only in the redevelopment, but also in the staff. Quite friendly at first, Alexander Shvets was friendly until the moment when we refused to take an additional warranty on the laptop. The sarcastic remarks of the homegrown stand-up artist could not stop either the age of the buyers or the ordinary sense of proportion. The desire to troll the uncooperative prevailed over the norms of etiquette (although, perhaps, Alexander is not familiar with this word). Of course, the "specialist" has the right to express his opinion and offer additional services, but I think being boorishly persistent is not part of his job responsibilities.
