I would like to leave a review about the company Floors and in particular to the realtor Kazyuk Marina Vladimirovna! It was time to buy an apartment, we were very wary of contacting real estate agencies, so we searched for ourselves right away. There were meetings with realtors from other companies, but there was always doubt when communicating. But the approach of the realtor Kazyuk Marina and the company as a whole immediately dispelled doubts! They showed everything around the apartment, consulted on all points, promptly resolved issues, and even at the first viewing they handed over the agency's branded folder with information about the apartment and a business card - I have not seen this anywhere! All sudden problems were quickly and efficiently resolved when I had a jamb with a certificate, we agreed to extend the contract, for which my wife and I are very grateful to Kazyuk Marina and her colleague Malyshko Sergey Mikhailovich, who also participated and explained the basic details. As a result, housing was purchased, nerves and effort were spent at least, the result is simply excellent! As a result, I refused, which I do not regret, because: when making a purchase and sale transaction, the specialist who works for them made it up with an error, and since the registration of the contract had to be certified in Dzerzhinsk, I had to go 2 times, but then at the final settlement with the seller, and when the agency issued a transfer certificate the act, it was also drawn up with an error and again 2 trips to Dzerzhinsk. The office is buzzing, there are a lot of people, agents are running around, deals are being done in front of our eyes, the rating of sellers on the wall - in general, everything is as it should be. According to the deal itself, I was calm. It was immediately clear that the guys were working as they should: they checked everything, prepared everything, did not bother us once again - my wife and I just arrived for a preliminary agreement, for registration, and then for the "reception" of the apartment. The realtor lawyer is very intelligent (Tatyana Vasilyevna). He is guided in all the nuances: I quickly did all the documents, told everyone everything, suggested what nuances there would be, what everyone should pay attention to. The agent (we had Alexey Sukhetsky) is mega positive, open, clear, at first glance it is clear that he is responsible, decent, loves his job and works conscientiously. We received answers to all questions immediately and in detail, we were led like children by the hand: why this way and not that way, any point of the contract, where to say what is better, why it is important, etc. If my wife and I had any questions or concerns, Alexey quickly gave us explanations. We were behind a stone wall in the deal :) I am a perfectionist in my life and I really appreciate when there are people to whom you can safely trust and delegate your worries.
