Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review about the work of this agency. We were selling our apartment in Minsk and wanted to buy an apartment in Magilev. They were sold without an agency. We found a buyer ourselves and have already contacted this agency together with the buyer. So that the agent and the realtor would conduct a purchase and sale transaction. And we also needed to find a counter option in Magilev, which we also found ourselves without the help of agencies. The buyer we had was an older woman, very smart and difficult to communicate with. In this deal, all hope was on the agent and the realtor that everything would turn out well.(Alexey and the realtor with whom they work together were our agent). But unfortunately, we lost our buyer with great difficulty. Through the fault of the agent and the realtor, the deal just fell apart!!! Since the agent and the realtor were tired of conducting it and without completing the transaction, they just dropped everything a little bit without completing it. And no matter how much we asked to complete the transaction, the agent and the realtor did not want to!!! The buyer got angry and refused to buy us and did not want to go to another agency and waste time again. As a result, we lost time, our buyer, and moreover, we lost the deposit left for the opposite apartment (300 units. they refused to return it to us). Although this agency is considered not bad, we have already contacted it for the second time. But such a setup was not expected. We decided not to contact this agency anymore. Apparently, if the agent had found this buyer for us himself, and not us and a ready-made buyer had come to them. Then they would have acted differently and the deal would have gone through to the end. Since they would have received more interest from this deal for their work than they could have received when we came to them with a ready-made buyer. But in any case, agencies should act like human beings, regardless of how much interest they earn from people from the deal.

In August 2020, I decided to sell my apartment and buy a three-piece instead. The situation, as you all know, was not stable in the market as much as possible, all banks stopped lending for housing, which is why the number of buyers decreased significantly. The price per meter has dropped significantly, and I have already got used to the fact that I will have to take either an apartment with a Mapid renovation or a normal one, but with a smaller square. So, Tatiana did the impossible. First: she managed to find crowds of different people to show my apartment every day, making it the most liquid on the market, although this is far from the case. For each person, she gave me feedback and told me how it was. The most important thing is that she was able to sell my apartment at the price of the beginning of summer, which was almost impossible, thank you so much for that! The buyer was found very quickly. Secondly, it was necessary to choose a three-piece... Everything I liked cost from 115,000 and above, but the budget was much smaller. Tatiana immediately understood what she needed to find. And she found it! And not only did I find an apartment that I could not even dream of, I also threw off an unrealistic difference. She negotiated with the seller of the three-piece about all the things that I additionally got, although they were not originally included in the price. As a result, almost nothing had to be bought, although, I emphasize once again, such apartments were much more expensive. In summary, I want to thank Tatiana for the deal of the century. Good afternoon, I will dilute the laudatory reviews with harsh reality. We contacted the agency "Floors", which is on Pritytsky, during the "fair" of apartments on October 10-11, 2020, agent Ilona Levrikova was with us, as is usually the case at the beginning, potential buyers are trying to offer unattractive options at a high price or with a delivery date in the indefinite future, realizing our disinterest, a couple of options appeared for an affordable price, having stopped at one of them, having discussed the price, allegedly huge discounts of 10% + 20% + 2% (according to the contract, the real cost of the developer is 60% of the cost of the apartment with all discounts). There was also a conversation on the spot about how we were going to pay, immediately or in installments, we paid the entire amount at once, in this case Ilona said that in this case they had an agreement / right to set the rate of 3p per euro. Although the contract itself specifies the fee in rubles at the NBRB exchange rate, the agent pointed out that we had nothing to worry about. We left, choosing an apartment and waiting for the contract to be ready (according to the words of day 4), after some time there was the first call - the developer did not confirm this price per meter, indicating a minimum price of 7 euros higher for each meter, i.e. our price increased by about 500 euros. Well, OK, they were sympathetic, there was nothing to be done, the price was still acceptable. After about 10 days, the contract was ready to be signed, signed, asked again about the course, everything is OK, no changes. A week later, the contract signed in the executive committee came and you can pay. I took the contract, went to the bank on October 30 for payment (another point is that the agent initially said to pay for 1 account, as a result, before the payment itself, I decided to ask again - it turned out to be 2 different accounts after all. I can't imagine paying for 1, dealing with a refund / transfer / interest God knows what. The question of the agent's competence), before paying, I raised the issue with the course again, dropped the amount in rubles whether it was correct so that there were no mistakes, the agent said everything was OK, paid, dropped the receipts. The next day, I asked if the payment had been made and if everything was in order, I said yes, everything was fine. On November 5, a message arrives from the agent that the accounting department has sent a payment debt of more than 1,500 euros! It turns out that now those who are given their 2% discount do not apply the 3p per euro rate, which once again confirms the complete incompetence of the agent and indicates fraud and deception. As a result, a conversation with the department manager did not lead to a solution to the issue, it turns out that the agent can say anything and not be responsible for it. Of course, now she says there was no conversation about 3p per euro, then apparently at least 3 people who heard it have amnesia and a correspondence has been saved where this question was asked several times. I turned to the director (Masalov Alexander Nikolaevich) - 0 sense, to sort out / call back conversations, never called back himself, only refuses, does not know anything about the terms of the fixed rate, what the agent said / offered does not care at all, the payment terms are described in the contract, and what the agent can say, to lure with offers and supposedly conditions, you do not have to believe this, and in general, we are not in the aisles. The director actually said, why does the agent owe me something? Why didn't I check the information after the agent directly with the developer? And then what is an agent needed for? I found out later from the developer that there were no such conditions that were allegedly offered in the Floors at all. The agent deliberately misled about the calculation and payment amounts, because of this, he got to almost $ 1,900, because just on the day of payment there was a high euro exchange rate and no responsibility? If the agent allows himself to throw around such offers, in fact, he does not check anything, then let him pay. Just a "great" agency.
 I do not advise anyone, and most importantly, do not believe a single word! My review is more to ensure that someone else does not get into such a situation, according to an agent like us, to whom the fixed rate was "applied", there were 3-4 people that day. I'm also thinking about whether it's worth contacting the Ministry of Justice/ the court about this situation and whether I can achieve something.
