It was unforgettable, the best vacation ever.

Tour to Georgia 15.06-30.06
Georgia is beautiful, nature is fascinating, swimming in the sea is a pleasure, khachapuri is a must every day.
But I wanted to write about Eurotrips, which, unfortunately, disappointed.
I'll start with the representatives of Eurotrips: Misha and Zhenya are cute, there are no complaints about them, wonderful guys. However, Andrey, against whom we have already written a collective complaint, was simply shocked. A constantly drinking, late person who, in a drunken stupor, allowed himself to attack one of the tourists. A man whose word is worthless, it is pointless to believe promises, he considers himself the best of all and always snaps back.
Next, the hotel: rooms are not cleaned at all, dirty towels, something may be broken (we have a rain shower, a towel hook, a strangely working air conditioner), an absolutely meager breakfast of sandwich ingredients is hardly Swedish. The hotel is unfinished, although a newly built hotel was promised.
Organization: the accompanying people throw off the information in circles, which is absolutely not professional and is not perceived, you have to listen to all the circles every time. Not all the excursions that are stated in the guide were conducted (saps, a tour of Batumi, khachapuri modeling, hiking).
We organized an amazing vacation for ourselves, it's a pity Eurotrips threw a fly in the ointment in the form of impressions about this trip. As a tip to those who go on this tour, take excursions not to Eurotrip, because they are two or even three times more expensive.

Review of arrival 12.07-27.07 in Georgia
The escort to Georgia was quite comfortable. The bus is good, the air conditioners worked properly, the seats reclined. The accompanying Mikhail was very pleasant in communication, answered all questions, and solved problems if necessary. Everything was calm. I went on tour for the first time, so there were a lot of worries, but the path turned out to be quite easy. The stops on the way "to eat" were also good, we ate in roadside canteens, safe food for a normal price. I heard that some people did not pay with a card, it is better to have cash (Russian rubles).
The hotel in Voronezh was generally not bad, but there was no elevator, so I had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. To connect to WiFi, you had to log in via a Russian number, which also caused difficulties.
Thanks to Mikhail for a short walk around Voronezh at night for everyone.
At the border with Georgia, they gave half an hour for 40+ people to exchange currency. This time, of course, was not enough for everyone. They promised that they would take him to an exchange in Tbilisi, but in the end I had to look for him on the cards myself and go alone.
In Tbilisi, we were checked into two different hotels, which was not very convenient for some of the people in the group, as they had to go from their hotel to another for breakfast (it took ~ 5 minutes to walk), and also carry things to another hotel for departure.
The tour of Tbilisi in the evening was wonderful. The guide, Arthur, told me interestingly, with love for the motherland. But he really wanted to give him a microphone, because he had to constantly be sophisticated so that everyone could see and hear.
After breakfast, we went to Gonio, visiting Mtskheta and Jvari on the way. The guide has already failed here. He was almost inaudible, he did not even try to tell everyone, but only 2-3 people from the group. It's a pity, because the places are really historically interesting and I would like to learn more about them, but, alas, it didn't work out.

We went to Georgia on 08/18/2024-09/22/2024. There were good impressions from the tour (except for the way back, as I did not want to part with such a team). I would like to immediately express my great gratitude to the accompanying Misha, Wife, Andrey Stanislav and Gleb)
Super pleasant and positive people, positive, friendly communication appeared from the first minutes. We always responded to any request /question and tried to solve it, without these people this tour would not have been so wonderful. Do not expect that everyone will be brought to you on a plate, bow at your feet and say, "my lord, here are your khinkali." Eurotrip is when you feel like you are in a big and friendly family in which everyone helps each other.
With regard to the road, there were almost no questions either, the drivers Yuri and Igor drove us, everything was comfortable except for the way back (all our suitcases in the luggage compartment got wet), but even here the organizers tried and quickly organized washing and drying of clothes at the expense of the company, and money was compensated for things that were spoiled.
With regard to hotels, I will say the following:
1. The hotel in Voronezh is a good, delicious breakfast. It was a huge disadvantage for me that there was no elevator
2. Hotel in Tbilisi - as for me, the best hotel we were in during the whole trip, convenient location, swimming pool, clean rooms, double normal bed, generally Relax
3. The hotel in Gonio - I would call it a "Guest house". As I understand it, it is owned by one family, in which all family members work, but they work well. There were moments with the long check-in of some people, as they did not have time to clean the rooms after the last tourists. Well, everything is fine, a clean pool, a delicious cafe on site (the food is very cheap), the staff are positive and responsive, although they do not always understand what you are telling them)))
In general, after a trip with this company, only positive emotions remained. We will definitely go again, again and again. (It's good that we didn't read other people's reviews before the trip)

Last year I wanted to spend a vacation in the mountains and at sea, and the choice fell on a tour to Georgia from Eurotrip - I can say that it was one of the most memorable trips!
The tour started from Minsk, but I was glad that it was possible to join in Gomel, because it greatly simplified the road. The bus trip was comfortable: the seats were comfortable, there were USB charging. Every couple of hours we took a break, we could go to the toilet, stretch or have a snack, so the road was quite easy.
On the route to Gonio, we had two overnight stays — in Voronezh and Tbilisi. The hotel in Voronezh was just wonderful (pictured), in Tbilisi it was a little more modest, but quite acceptable. In Gonio, we stayed in a hotel with excellent facilities: spacious rooms, good breakfasts, a swimming pool and close proximity to the sea. The only thing that upset me a little was the rare cleaning in the room. I wish this moment had been better organized, but overall it didn't have much effect on the overall impression.
The excursions were at the highest level! Yes, perhaps, as they wrote in other reviews, excursions from locals could have cost less, but here it was not the price that was important, but convenience. There was no need to run around looking for guides and think about how to organize trips — everything had already been prepared by the escorts.
I would especially like to mention our escort Andrey, who was with us in Gonio. He literally charged everyone with positivity, created a friendly atmosphere and was always ready to help.
On the way back, we had a stop in Rostov, where a nice hotel (as far as I remember, Zvezda) with clean, modern rooms was waiting for us. After passing the border and the long road, it was nice to walk around the new city (we had a lot of free time in Rostov, from about 12 o'clock in the afternoon until the next morning), spend the night in comfortable conditions, and in the morning go on with renewed vigor.
In general, the trip left me with only positive emotions. It was not just a trip, but a real adventure with vivid impressions, fun company and excellent organization. If you are thinking whether it is worth going to Georgia with Eurotrip, I can say with confidence — yes! It will be an experience that you will remember with warmth and joy (like me, although it has been a year :)

It's time to leave a review about Eurotrips
The first round of "New Year in St. Petersburg" 30.12.2021-03.01.2022 left the most positive emotions. We celebrated the year in my room for 15 people, and then went for a walk to the city center. There was a cancellation of fireworks in the city and a restriction of space for coronavirus, but this did not affect our trip in any way. Everyone was happy with the trip, there were no toxic people on the bus..

Mountains, sea and wine, that's what immediately came to mind. The stop in Voronezh went well, we managed to walk around the night city.
We stood at the border for about 4-5 hours, visited a couple of beautiful places before Tbilisi. I liked the hotel, there were no problems, 20 minutes walk to the center. The breakfasts were very pleasant.
We spent the next 9 days in the city of Gonio. The beaches are very clean than from Batumi. There were many establishments and bars.
The trip cost me $490)) The trip was definitely worth the money and emotions. There were disadvantages to Gonio hotels, but for this price, you can close your eyes. If you want a 5-star hotel, a large breakfast table, daily cleaning in the room, then you have the wrong address of the tour company.. The main thing is rest, and not to find fault with the little things of the administration. Unfortunately, there were a couple of unhappy guys who expressed their disadvantages and were rude in the chat. The guys probably confused Gonio with Turkey or Dubai. If you wanted a beautiful hotel, then dakin pliz + 500 $ and do not blame the guides. For me, as a tourist who did not live in a room, constantly walking and going on excursions, the rest was not noticeable, the hotel was just an overnight stay. I went on a tour on 14.12 in Murmansk, booked a month in advance! The managers' work leaves much to be desired, like the whole organization in principle, as it turned out. The bus was not comfortable, there was no WI-Fi (as stated). I was not informed about the choice of a hotel and a possible surcharge, half of the group was settled in a hostel with a shared toilet and shower on the floor, everyone was shocked because they did not tell anyone about it! Excursion to Teriberka , access to the Barents Sea to search for whales : we swam in the bay for 2 hours without going out into any sea , thank you , that's 5 thousand rubles. Park with huskies and deer for an additional fee ! Some of the guys had ice suits leaking (you don't have to wait for a super shoot). We saw the Northern Lights in Kirovsk when we just went out to the store) The group was a combined Travel lab and Eurotrip. The accompanying Irina was super, tried to help with all the questions. I advise you to choose other companies , but it 's better to go on your own .

Вельмі спадабалася прырода і тыя мясціны, якія я паглядзела ў туры. Але ёсць праблемы з арганізацыяй.
У праграме было больш бясплатных экскурсій, чым мы наведалі па факту. Прычына была ў тым, што доўга стаялі на мяжы, але нам гэта не кампенсавалі іншымі бясплатнымі экскурсіямі, хаця на сайце Eurotrips іншая інфармацыя.
Экскурсія на сапбордах пачалася на 40 хвілін пазней. У чым праблема прынесьці сапы загадзя і пачаць роўна ў 18:00, як і планавалася?
У Гоніо арганізатарамі былі Жэня, які таксама вядомы як музыка пад псеўданімам FreddyRed і Карына з гурта Nemiga. Можа, як музыкі, яны добрыя, але ў гэтай сферы яны хутчэй за ўсё першы месяц працуюць. Калі мы гулялі па гарах, нам спачатку сказалі адзін час, але мы мелі значна больш. Калі я звярнула на гэта ўвагу, Жэня сказаў, што гэта мы павольна ідзем, хаця гэта вандроўка была для нас, мы плацілі грошы, яны былі павінны адаптаваць усё для нас, не падрыхтаваных людзей. Некаторыя вельмі стаміліся, ідучы доўга ўгору, нехта пачынай плакаць, камусьці рабілася дрэнна. Калі мы хацелі пайсці назад, Жэня сказаў, каб мы ішлі самі, хаця напрыклад Карына магла падвезці тых, хто стаміўся, назад. А тыя, хто быў гатовы ісці далей, пайшлі б з Жэняй далей. I don't know how it was in other races. But there were no problems at all.

The guys are incredibly cool, friendly, always supportive in everything.
Regarding the road, Mikhail was with us, a good, kind guy, but there are some moments in communication and organization (but you can write off the fact that he is new to this, so you can close your eyes to the little things) the road was comfortable, the bus was big, cool, a lot of space you can safely sit down so that you can sleep comfortably) transit numbers Voronezh, Tbilisi and Good 👍
Upon arrival in Gonio, we were greeted by Eugene, a kind, positive person who made our tour even more top-notch.
The hotel may not be called that, but it is a good multi-storey guest house, the main thing is cozy. You feel like you're in a big friendly family.
About cleaning and toilet paper, as we wrote earlier in the comments. I think it won't be difficult to ask for this unfortunate roll when passing by.
Cleaning-yes, some rooms were not cleaned when they were promised cleaning, but they were cleaned the next day. Think for yourself, the hotel is on the 8th floor, on the floor of 6-8 (I don't remember exactly) rooms for the whole day it is unrealistic to clean, there are not so many staff yet.
The first party on the roof, a night trip to the sea, united our bus even more. The atmosphere is unreal.

The trip to the yacht was scheduled for 19:00 to meet the sunset beautifully. But we were a little late because of the local traffic jams that appear unexpectedly, of course we were a little upset. We thought that the yacht's time would also be reduced, But Eugene sorted out the situation and we got an insanely cool night yacht riding, jumping from a yacht, a cool atmosphere, and by the way, we saw a little sunset.

This is generally something unrealistically beautiful, in those places where eurotrip will take you, no one will take you, climb the highest mountain, while no one throws anyone, but on the contrary encourages. The situation initially, even before departure, seemed sad to me.

I joined the tour only in Voronezh, on the second day. Knowing this, the company did not take the initiative to communicate in any way, no one contacted me or discussed an action plan, I had to ask and find out everything on my own.
I did not receive an SMS with a link to the group in the telegram, I had to terrorize the manager myself about this. I entered into this conversation a DAY before departure, and only there I found out that it turns out that I need to purchase insurance for a vacation in Georgia. Why this was not said in advance is anyone's guess.
The road went fine, the only thing I can note is that the TV did not work on the way to Georgia. Everything was fine in Tbilisi too.
The hotel in Gonio is normal for its money, but the staff is very relaxed, the breakfasts are delicious, but monotonous, it was always the same.
BUT the escort in Gonio was just a quiet horror. Constantly stoned and drunk.
The relationship of Eurotrip employees leaves much to be desired. Yes, the policy is that these are youth tours and informal communication. BUT at least there must be some kind of subordination. I pay money and I need to be treated like a client who would then want to go with you again. Alas, there is no such desire from the word at all.
Evgeny was constantly in a state of alcoholic and possibly narcotic intoxication. The client-friendship boundary is completely blurred. He solved the problems that arose either reluctantly or in no way at all. Many guys had problems with cleaning the room - there might not be toilet paper, a set of towels for everyone, etc., some of them had their room not cleaned. So Eugene, in response to our complaints, said: "come to Manana, that you, as little ones, cannot do it yourself, you have to run after you." But the bottom line is that the guys came up repeatedly and left with nothing.
Evgeny often resorted to manipulative methods and shamed us. Many did not go on a tour of the bars, because not everyone can drink in such quantities and for so many days in a row. So, due to the small number of people, this bar tour was canceled. And Eugene began to shame us that because of the mass refusal he had to cancel everything, and they could not go with a small company in the way he would be ashamed, because he had agreed.
Rest or die from eurotrips
The peak of his irresponsibility was on an excursion with the saps. The guys went to the wild beach, where they were poured wine, and of course the ESCORT, who is responsible for the safety of the group, also drank)))
Does he work at all or is he just getting high and taking everything from life? Why do I pay money for such an escort?
There were some incidents that evening.
When it was time to set sail, there were no escorts on the horizon. They took his column from our tourist and just went somewhere. Party fire 👍
As a result, the group INDEPENDENTLY, unaccompanied, rafted on saps in the open sea. They were waiting for them, and in the end they did not wait. Someone had a panic attack, one girl couldn't row by herself due to shock and stress. The guys swam alone in the dark for ~ 4 kilometers.
Then began a grandiose show of excuses from Eugene. Eugene, in front of a girl who had a panic attack at sea and could not swim on her own, asked for forgiveness with the words "sorry baby"✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻
And again, the chain of command left the chat.
Then there were attacks from Eugene himself. That day, in addition to the saps, there was a farewell party. We went on the tour "Georgia + the sea" the first race on 06/15/2024 with accompanying Mikhail, Evgeny and Andrey. It should be noted right away that the Eurotrips company itself does not consider Andrey to be an escort, but an instructor in sapboards. However, this person took on most of the organizational issues, both on the bus and in Georgia itself, a lot of responsibility for a "sapboard instructor", don't you think? There were no questions for Mikhail or Eugene, but Andrey managed to impress us and not in a good way. Questions to him appeared on the day of departure, when the departure time of the bus was marked as 04:10, however, at 04:14 our escort was waiting for his taxi to our bus and we all had to wait for him for at least another 20 minutes in the cold, because no one was allowed on the bus without an escort. He promised to drop information on some excursions, but in the end he talked about it only in video messages in telegrams, not very professionally. Not a single excursion in which the time frame was indicated was observed.The accompanying Andrey had a clear addiction to alcohol, which, as it turns out later, has an extremely detrimental effect on him, but he explained this as the fact that it is impossible not to drink at his job to maintain general fun. Constant violation of subordination. And like the cherry on the cake, the use of physical force to their customers in a drunken stupor, verbal insults, causing discomfort and endangering the safety of others in moving transport. Verbal reproaches and threats. And all this is only in a short form. A collective complaint was written, to which, after 3 weeks, no response was received.

Hotels in Voronezh and Tbilisi are above all praise, BUT hotels in Gonio and Rostov are just something ... the buffet in Gonio implies all the components of a sandwich and tap water with a taste of chlorine. The rooms are rarely cleaned, and it's hard to call it cleaning. Upon check-in, everyone had problems, something was broken somewhere, something was not working and everything like that. In our room, a part of the power supply was sticking out of the socket and was being electrocuted. We were told to write it all in the chat and the problems will be fixed, as you can guess, we solved our problems ourselves with the hotel staff.
Hotel in Rostov… A hotel that stinks of dampness, basement, water smells of sulfur, doors jam, smelly and scary mattresses. Eurotrips is well-known to many. And in fact - an office that is not responsible for anything. Their limit is tours around Belarus.
It all started very well. Good bus and drivers. Accompanying Misha (the only positive thing from Eurotrip).
In Tbilisi, some people were moved to another hotel, they didn't even take us there. We got there by taxi ourselves. I had to go to another hotel for breakfast.
Although the hotel is good in terms of conditions.
The hotel in Gonio is a nightmare. Transit hotels were better. Running after the hostess of the hotel, give me towels and toilet paper. There are a lot of small children of hotel employees in the hotel, you can't swim in the pool. The food is meager (pancakes, vegetables, bread, black tea). Whoever had time, had time to eat. Water is poured into the cooler from the tap.
The organizers in Georgia are people who came just to show off, they don't care about you. At what point did we cross personal boundaries and become friends? In my opinion, I am the customer, and you are the performers. I turned to you for services. And they acted like I came for free and we were friends. The organizers will leave you alone in the dark in the open sea for a couple of girls (this is how the tour on the saps went). No declared photographer was provided. Prices for excursions - three skins will be removed. It's just space. From the locals, the SAME tour costs 2 times cheaper. And what they will say, you will get poisoned there, everything is bad there - do not listen to them. We went - everything was too high-level, and those who went from eurotrips were not so cool.
It was our choice who to take the tour from. We chose a different place. So there was a whole drama that we didn't let them earn, and they put it down on arrival (although it was included in the price) . They wrote us a huge message "you are behaving like little spoiled children." That's what I understand communication between the customer and the contractor . So there was no need to tear three skins and everyone would have gone to you.
The last day of departure is the day in the trash. Evict everyone before 12. You're sitting on your bags in the lobby, and we left at 8 p.m. What's the problem with turning on this day so that everyone can quietly go about their business all day.
The cherry on the cake. Transit hotel in Rostov. We arrived at 12 a.m. AND THERE IS NO WATER. Neither to eat, nor to wash, nor to go to the toilet. To the cries for help and the demand for normal conditions (to move to another hotel), the managers said "wait, wait and pulled the rubber" and so only by 4 a.m. we were able to wash up!
Everyone makes their own rest. That's what we did for ourselves, and where the Eurotrips hand touched, everything was in one place. This company doesn't know how to organize anything at all , they don't have a plan B. They can't solve any problems.

I really liked the tour of the front doors and entrances, it was definitely worth the money. A trip to Karelia is for an additional fee.a fee of $35 (lunch is not included) from a person and here is exactly the money thrown away (we expected much more from the trip). In fact, 7 hours of a tedious trip with a guide (there were only san.stops), just to bring to Karelia to try a couple of local tinctures, have lunch and go back, stopping on the way back to the quarry for an excursion (they paid separately 600 rubles per person)yes, it was beautiful at the quarry, but such a road definitely does not cost $ 35. The same questions apply to the bus. There were 2 groups of us and we rode on different buses. 4. In a couple of days, we were informed that another group was allegedly moving in with us and instead of ~ 30 people, there were ~ 60 of us…
5. The tour program has changed. They reported this already on the bus as they approached the border. I had to rebuild my plans.
6. The expected tour of the front doors and roofs eventually turned out to be a good cardio workout for climbing to the 6th floor on foot with access to some kind of playground. Spoiler: you will not walk on the roofs of Peter's houses.

I went with the company "Eurotrips" on a tour of St. Petersburg + Karelia. I was very pleased with the organization, the program and the employees of the company.

Guides are real pros. They told me well, it's SOOO interesting. You'll learn a lot of new things. The guide from the trip to Karelia could be listened to forever. The tour of Peterhof was so interesting that I wanted to stay for another hour and listen to more about the story. As for the tourist service, here you are lucky, someone will get lucky, and someone will not. About the "youth-only tour" - what year do you live in? Everyone wants to eat, they survive as best they can, we need to understand and accept this, times are desperate now, what can we do. I would also like to share my impressions of the experience of interacting with Eurotrips.
We also went on a tour to Karelia 05.05.23-09.05.23 and were very pleased with it. Everything turned out well, the tour actually had a youth group, a cool escort Andrey, a comfortable Piter Inn hotel, photographers (_waka_media), who also made a very atmospheric video with moments from the trip. Despite the fact that it was quite cold in Karelia at the beginning of May and there was snow in places, we had a great time.
Also, we started planning our summer holidays in Europe very early and became interested in the Costa Brava + Paris tour. 4 tours were planned for the summer and the company offered visa support.
We had no experience in opening visas, and we decided to apply for the Spanish Schengen in Moscow with the help of an agency. Unfortunately, the information provided was constantly changing (yes, somewhere it did not depend on the agency), but all the information had to be begged literally every week. The managers never wrote about the changes themselves (for example, that the cost of the service increased from 200 rubles to 650).
Visas for the tour in August were recorded only for July dates, they say, we will do everything in time. We signed the contract for the tour in May, but we were told to issue visas in July, when in fact you can apply for a visa six months before the trip.
As a result, a week before departure to apply for a visa, when they were already ready, we were informed that the application was canceled. A couple of days ago, it was reported that the tour would also not take place, since the right number of people had not been recruited.
By the way, none of the four planned Costa Brava + Paris tours took place, but after the visa situation, we no longer hoped for it. Well, judging by social networks, this tour is good if it appeared in stories once a month for a day, that is, it was not particularly promoted for recruiting people.
The money for the travel service is non-refundable, since the contract is drawn up in such a way that the service is considered rendered on the day of the conclusion of the contract. The money was refunded for the visas.
In general, I do not advise you to apply for tours to Europe (especially for visa support), since there is a high probability that the vacation will be disrupted.
Peter/Georgia - maybe, although the reviews below do not motivate you to apply for the company's services in the future.

Peter has been a great love for a long time, but this time it turned out with the bitterness of a spoiled trip from the Eurotrip company. New Year's tour of St. Petersburg, Karelia. Everything was so disorganized that it seemed that the tour was planned on the day of departure. The beautiful bus actually turned out to be some kind of junk, which in appearance and condition should have been written off a long time ago. The sockets did not work everywhere, the seats and pockets in them did not seem to have been cleaned since the release of this car, the footrests simply did not hold. The trip was with a breeze, but unfortunately in a literal, not figurative sense, because a "beautiful" December breeze blew from the windows of the neck, head and shoulder. Someone will say romance, but for everyone who was on the bus, starting from minus 10 at the beginning of the trip, to minus 27 overboard, these were extremely negative feelings, I do not recommend it, although, of course, I was lucky to be in the front of the bus, where it was not like in a fairy tale about the Snow Queen, but looking at the guys from behind in jackets, scarves and hats under blankets, it was sad. The next disappointment of the trip was the hotel, which was announced "in the city center", but in fact turned out to be in its so-called suburban part, where a light December St. Petersburg breeze was blowing from the windows, although due to good heating and curtains it felt much less than on our vehicle. In general, except for the location and cardboard walls through which it was possible to talk not only with neighbors on the floor, but even from below and above and a cracked bathtub, there are no more complaints about the hotel as a whole. Excursions are a separate topic, the front doors and roofs turned into just front ones, which of course got rid of the desire to go there. The cherry on the cake was Karelia, which, despite the cold, I was really looking forward to. I still don't understand how you can leave St. Petersburg at 6 a.m. and come to the park to admire the winter beauty at half past five in the evening, when you first have time to run for 30 minutes to at least look at the snow-covered landscape at dusk, and then just walk in the dark through the forest for the rest of the time, the company blames the maintainer for everything and does not assume any responsibility. In general, it is worth deciding individually whether to apply for tours to this company, I personally have no desire after this trip. Have a great trip to everyone and avoid such negative impressions.

The first time I went with a guy on a trip from Eurotrips (New Year's here Minsk - Peter + Karelia) according to his recommendations (he went 3 times already, I really liked it)
What can't be said about this trip
The organization is at a very low level
The old-style bus was not ready for such temperature conditions (it was - 23), the wind blew terribly from the windows, the guys were sitting in hats, fully dressed, I had to move because it was impossible to sit.
The questions that were asked about the organization, time, places, and money collection were unanswered (everything was clarified along the way).
The last day was set aside for an excursion to Karelia, some of the people who did not go were simply evicted from the hotel for "free swimming" until late in the evening (it is not clear what and how to occupy themselves, many simply did not have the Internet, and it was very cold outside for walking around St. Petersburg)
My impressions of the banquet were not the best either
1) we were not allowed inside the establishment for about half an hour (we were just freezing on the street)
2) the wardrobe was unattended: at some point all the jackets ended up in a pile on the floor (they were searched for themselves, the guy could not find 40 minutes)
3) we sat down ourselves, there was no group of people who were traveling together (there was no idea to rally people)
4) the stated limit of 500 rubles for alcohol was miraculously spent, although everyone paid for alcohol themselves
5) the music sucked (everyone went downstairs to dance)
6) the food that everyone ordered for themselves in portions was on common plates, salads were filled, and bruschettes felt like someone had already eaten
According to the banquet, there were rather questions about the institution, but it was clear that the organizers did not make any effort for the money that we gave

We checked into the Bristol Hotel. The hotel itself leaves much to be desired. The rooms are very small and cold. It pulls heavily from the windows. The hotel itself is clean, but for some reason I had someone's dirty socks and a water bottle under my bed.
Then we went to the banquet, to the institution "Everything is fine". In fact, everything turned out to be so-so. The banquet cost $80 per person. It was difficult to call what was brought to us food. The promised deposit of 500 rubles /person has disappeared somewhere. Apparently the other table was drinking at our expense. From the neighboring Eurotrip group (there were 2 buses from Minsk), a certain Irina was responsible for the banquet, which I found out about 2 days after arriving home. I will omit the stories with security and wardrobe, which simply surprised me with their irresponsibility.
Next, I would like to tell you about an amazing trip to Karelia that I was not originally going to take 😂
This tour was scheduled on the last day of arrival. I was unpleasantly surprised when they said that those who are not going should check out of the hotel before 12 p.m. and then wait until 23.00 for the bus to return from Karelia anywhere For a second, it was -24 outside!!! Well, I had to go.
The trip was memorable because I didn't want to go to the toilet so much for a long time 😂😂😂
We arrived in the late afternoon. In Karelia itself it was already -28! After a short walk, we returned to the bus and drove back to St. Petersburg.
The frost was getting stronger, as well as insanity. The stops were still as rare, the stove was breaking, the bus was pulled from all the cracks by an icy wind! We drove all night in a hard cab, dressed and wrapped up in everything we had. Upon arrival home, a lot of people got sick. The tour operator does not comment on this trip in any way, except to make our escort Andrey guilty.
I wonder who will be responsible for the sick tourists who have come down with a fever?! And there are a lot of them!

We went with this company on a tour of St. Petersburg- Karelia for the New Year. There were negative impressions of the trip.The organization is at the lowest level. The bus was not prepared for the weather conditions, the wind blew out of the windows. The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, and the temperature in the rooms was 17 degrees. It was finished off by the fact that the excursion to Karelia was organized on the last day of the trip and half of the people were left in the cold minus 22 degrees outside, without the proposed options and a plan from the organizers. I had to urgently look for options for what to do. The collection point after Karelia was located 1 hour from the metro without Internet access. It's up to you to decide whether to choose this travel company.

Recently, my husband and I wanted to buy a tour to Europe.
To do this, you need to get a visa. The company offered visa support.
2 visas to choose from - Spanish and Polish work visas.
A Polish work visa at a pleasant price is 400 rubles + a consular fee of 46 euros.
"Cool," we thought. And it's good that my husband needed to redo his passport, and we delayed the visa a little.
I have some questions. One of which is like this: "OK, the visa is working, so you need to pay tax, otherwise no one at the border will be able to confirm that you are really going to work (or at least for an interview)." To which I received an answer: "yes, the invitation is valid for three months, then you need to make an invitation again. It will cost another 350 rubles."
In total, if you calculate, the visa comes out at a good 1,500 rubles per year, and not 550 rubles, as promised.
