due to this innovation, there are constant queues at the regular cash register in the store (not everyone uses cards all the time) and only 1 of the 2 cash registers always works
also, the queue is not 2-3 people, but 10 people each, and the store employees are interested in reducing it
they do not try to help people who have cards to deal with self-service cash desks, they do not help to figure out how to pay in cash in other ways

With a large flow of people, it causes a crush. There are few places at the ticket offices, the aisles are narrow. In winter, the automatic door is closed and only the side door remains.

In response to the remarks of an elderly man, an employee sarcastically called him to the self-service checkout. Then she tried in every possible way to prevent me from making the payment. I had to ask her to leave. Farther... rudeness.
This store is the face of the city. Put the cash registers in order and replace the staff. It is unacceptable to be rude to the elderly. It is a pity that in our city there is such an attitude towards pensioners.

The new settlement system is more like one big joke. Instead of one queue, you stand in two. Grandmothers crowd for ignorance of use, sellers ignore two ordinary cash registers. The cash registers are located close enough, the tape is small, it is impossible to spread out all the goods. The saleswoman is a real boor. It feels like it's impossible to pay in cash in this store, because the saleswoman literally made a scandal that why would they give her this money if she didn't have any change, literally accusing her of now having no coins in the cash register because she had to change.

It is quite a decent store similar to the Russian five-dollar bill. By local standards, the prices are decent, cheaper than buying in a simple warehouse. A wide selection of goods, groceries and milk are always fresh. There are self-service terminals, which significantly reduces the queue at the checkout. I really liked that you can pay with a Russian MIR card, the conversion takes place automatically at the exchange rate for the day. 5 stars, no less.

For a small shop at home, it's just fine. The assortment is maintained, the shelves are not empty and, the most noticeable difference from 90% of similar stores, they do not leave the cash registers empty. They always have a sufficient number of people at the cash desks, all 5-6 cash desks actually work during peak hours. Moreover, the employees have been the same for years, they work very fast. Respect to the store director for such an organization of work!

A normal store for the selection of goods, but there is a huge minus - the smell of chebureks and other frying products in oil. It is impossible to be in the store and calmly choose goods, because all clothes and hair are soaked with this terrible smell. It is impossible to finish the working day in this cloud of the smell of chebureks and be the source of this "beautiful" fragrance for the rest of the day.
I have a big request to isolate the cooking area and make a good hood in it.

There are a lot of people in the store, there are self-service cash desks, but they often hang because of the weight of goods (pastries, fruits, vegetables) and the staff near them is impolite.
