2. If you paid for a ticket for a month of travel and wished to hand it over immediately, then you lose 25%. And this is if there is more than 3 days left before the trip. Less than 3 days, 40% loss.
After reading the latest reviews, you can conclude that the carrier has problems with the place of departure and there is a high probability that the flight may be canceled.

We ran there, but there were no signs of the bus near the indicated platform by the dispatcher, as well as our passenger, who was out of touch (the German SIM card did not work). After another call with the dispatcher, she reports that she cannot reach the driver, but an hour ago he was somewhere in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. As a result, a tearful teenage passenger without communication found kind people who gave us a call from their Russian number to inform us that we had been waiting for an hour with huge luggage on platform 15 of the bus station, since the driver arrived on time, lingering only for 15 minutes (this is the only positive moment for the entire trip for the passenger that the driver was friendly and agreed quickly at the border). But as the dispatcher does not know at all that the driver has already arrived and takes us to platform 11 instead of 15 (and the bus station is not so small and there is just a mountain of buses and minibuses, and it is just very crowded). In short, there are so many nerves for a newly arrived teenager who has not been to his homeland for two years simply because of the lack of organization of the company and disregard for his customers. There are also questions with the trunk, since some of the luggage was asked to be taken to the salon, and this is completely inconvenient, since it is possible to place them only under the seat, and there the stove works so hard that if there are products in the bags, they can deteriorate. And the most important problem is that when you travel with this carrier, the bus or minibus has the status of "Registered", which means that in the territory of the Republic of Belarus it must pass all regular buses that arrive at least once an hour, or even more often, the driver cannot solve the problem. Passengers went to the head of the border guards shift several times themselves, to which the chief said that we would not help you in any way, negotiate with regular buses so that they would let you through. The passengers from our minibus tried to negotiate with the regular ones, the drivers said they would let them through, but when they were allowed to go, the buses passed and, of course, did not let them through. We drive behind the barrier and see how the minibus leaves. The dispatcher has been in touch with me all this time. A taxi is chasing a minibus around the city, the dispatcher says that the driver is in the parking lot at the airport. Meanwhile, we catch up and I hear the dispatcher asking the minibus to stop.
