This restaurant is 100% included in my TOP restaurants! For the 2nd year we have been coming and looking into Fiori. Everything is always very tasty)) The atmosphere of this place creates a cool vibe of a European breakfast, or a pleasant winter dinner with the family) I definitely recommend trying whipped cottage cheese and scrambled eggs with crab!

Today we visited the Fiori restaurant. We had dinner with the family. Full of delight and gratitude! Thanks to Veronica for the service, a master of his craft. We express our deep gratitude to chef Vladislav for his high professionalism. Everything is delicious, good serving, clean, neat. And the cherry on the cake is a compliment from the restaurant - the tastiest homemade sorbet. We recommend it!

A very beautiful cafe! It is cozy, a sea of fresh flowers, the bar counter is unusual: it is served with beautiful dishes and filled with fresh flowers. Smiling and friendly waiters and bartenders. I stopped by for coffee on the way - flat white is wonderful! I'll run in for breakfast, they really praise me.

Atmospheric, beautiful place, excellent location. We had dinner a couple of times, everything was delicious. It is very cozy, cool dishes, unusual serving of dishes, cool waiters tell everything, communication is on 5. We will definitely return if we are in Minsk.

Two stars for the efforts of the owner or manager for aesthetics in design, rooms, decoration and style.
It would be great if the dishes were served faster, the waitress was more attentive and the cook cooked instead of cooked. For breakfast with a not very crowded room, while we were waiting for the dishes, people ate at the next table, ordered dessert, ate it, paid off and left. The waitress offered a poached egg to my buckwheat pancakes, which she seems to have cooked herself, judging by her absence in the hall. The egg was not poached, but even almost hard boiled. We ordered dessert and coffee, dessert was brought to us first, and when we had already eaten it and were about to leave, coffee was brought to us! Apparently, dissatisfaction was visible on my face, we were kindly offered a compliment, sherbet! I didn't even want to touch it, the children ate and just so as not to spoil the mood, I tried it too.
The overall impression is that there is a dispute at every step! Alas.

The food and cocktails/wine list are at a decent level. You can come here for a date, a birthday party in a narrow circle, and bring your mother to a family dinner. The famous series of dishes with dogs. Aesthetics, taste, balance. Of the minor flaws: the staff is not too friendly, but not so much that they take away the star because of it. Three stars plus: one for the place, the second for the interior and one for the wonderful administrator Elena.
Two stars minus: one for the portion size. You will leave hungry! The second disadvantage is the price is higher than the quality. The impression of the kitchen is either "neutral" or "not very".
We tried half of the menu and unanimously said "delicious" only to bread :)
The service is sad. One waiter for 12 people couldn't cope, got confused and didn't clean up on time.
Would I have gone there again? No.
Would you recommend to visit? No.

We would like to leave a sincere and positive feedback about our visit to the Fiori restaurant and especially thank the waitress Daria. It took us a long time to choose a restaurant for a birthday celebration and could not find a suitable one. However, when we came to Fiori, Daria immediately helped us. She quickly got her bearings and booked a great table for us.
On the day of our dinner, Daria exceeded all our expectations. She gave us all the information about the dishes, advised us on the best options and created the most comfortable conditions for our holiday. A restaurant with a request for super premium, prices are high, but the choice of food and drinks is very limited and the main thing in the restaurant should not be deceived. Ordered focaccia, to clarify which one you are making (it is not on the menu) He explained that the classic tortilla is divided into three parts. As a result, they brought three slices of ordinary cold bread. To my remark, why focaccia is not at all the way it should be, this bread was warmed up and said that they only have focaccia like this. I would have put one in the estimates, but the risotto was quite edible.

I really liked the furnishings and the interior, the aesthetics are just on top, all the smallest details are perfectly matched - plates with drawings of dogs are just a work of art.
The service is at the highest level, the waiters are tactful, not annoying, very attentive - they brought a high chair for a handbag.
The dishes are beautiful - the presentation is appropriate, the taste is also not bad, although the ingredients themselves are simple. But the prices of course correspond to the level of service - tea and omelet for breakfast came out at 50 rubles

I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff of the restaurant for the attentive, but at the same time unobtrusive service and incredible atmosphere. Today we celebrated a small celebration in a narrow family circle, absolutely everyone was delighted. Every detail is thought out to the smallest detail, aesthetics is felt in everything. Fresh flowers, serving dishes and decor complement the harmonious and modern interior and create the very atmosphere that you want to come back for again and again.
The cocktails were excellent, good coffee and desserts, delicious salads. The waiting time is within 20 minutes after the order.
I recommend the pasta in the head of the cheese, the presentation is spectacular and memorable.
I would like to note that both the main dishes (including pasta, which is prepared in front of guests) and desserts with coffee were brought for all guests at the same time. We made a sweet compliment for the guests, which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise.
The dishes were brought and taken away in such a way as not to cause discomfort to the guests during the conversation, trying to do it as unobtrusively as possible, while there was never anything superfluous on the table, there was always water and clean appliances. We thought about the comfort of each of the guests and anticipated all possible nuances.
Separately, I would like to note that the water in the institution is free. In my personal opinion, this is an indicator of the high level of service in the institution and the attitude towards guests that wins sympathy and loyalty for a long time.

It's not worth it.
The only plus is the interior and the dishes. It looks decent
Further cons:
- food. Snacks. Meat carpaccio is filled with sauce and pepper. The taste of meat is not felt. Tuna tartare is covered with pickled onions. What for?
It's hotter. The pasta cooked in the cheese head was cold. A portion of scallops is a Michelin winner, but not by taste, but by portion size. But the prices are with a claim to.
- maintenance. The waiter disappeared all the time, and when he appeared, he "rushed" to the next table with two more visitors than there were of us. I had to pour the wine myself. It wouldn't have been so scary, but the bucket was far away and I had to get up. I hope he got a tip there too.
"The cherry on the cake." - before our eyes, a stain on the tablecloth at the next table was cleaned with a napkin. They didn't change the tablecloth, but cleaned it.

Cooking is highly controversial. There are dishes that do not cause complaints - octopus, duck, desserts, salads. But how can fried scallops be made greasy? Spaghetti on cheese is spectacular, but it tastes average. Non-alcoholic cocktails for the amateur. But the bread is just amazing. The staff is qualified and friendly. The price level is high, but the quality of the kitchen is not up to par. There is something to work on. The location and interior are great.

- for 18 Belarusian (540 Russian) I drank a non-alcoholic cocktail syrup diluted with water in the amount of 50 ml, on top of a slice of lemon and a boulder of ice, it's kind of beautiful and cools. The ice did not melt in 40 minutes and the contents are so small that the question is what did I pay for? For a boulder of ice.

Yes, I was there with my family last Sunday. We sat down mentally. Nikita the waiter did a good service, thanks to him.
There is one feature of this institution - the portions are small. So if you are hungry, order more dishes. Prices are the same as in most similar restaurants in the city.
One disadvantage (from my point of view) is the illiterate selection of dishes for alcohol. For example, cognac was brought to me in a grappa/liqueur glass. And the jaegermeister is in a thin-walled, albeit chilled, shot.
Perhaps they have such a policy on the issue of dishes.
Although in general, the atmosphere is closer to the classic, so I would like to see the pitch closer to the classic.
These nuances did not spoil the dinner, but they did not decorate it either.

We were there last week. We went in the evening to drink tea with desserts. Everything looks beautiful. The dishes are very beautiful, the desserts are delicious. But I give 1 star for the service. Well, because it's rudeness, not service.
We were seated in the hall on the left. My girlfriend hung her little denim jacket on the back of a chair and went to the toilet. The waiter came with the menu and offered to take the jeans to the wardrobe, I said that the girl would come and figure it out, maybe she was cold and she would put it on. To which I was told in an ultimatum form that either she was wearing jeans or he would take her away! What kind of nonsense is this? The denim jacket is not dirty, there was no rain outside, so it is dry. Of course, we were shocked by such ignorance. Then tea was brought to us and our lovely waiter put the kettle in front of my uncle. Is this for what? For my uncle to pour tea for everyone? Why not to the center of the table? Why not offer to pour tea into cups or inform. what's brewing. He put the kettle on and left. If it weren't for the delicious desserts that were brought in within a minute, I think we would have invited the manager to clarify what kind of service it is. In general, it is not clear whether this is a restaurant or a diner, since good service is one of the most important things of a restaurant that is missing here.

A summer terrace has appeared. It's right in the heart. Sitting enjoying a cup of coffee, at a table with a snow-white tablecloth, overlooking nemiga.
The staff is excellent. They were politely greeted, offered accommodation options, led to a table, immediately gave a menu and politely clarified to bring coffee / tea immediately. They offered a blanket and after a couple of minutes, the waiter gently and carefully wrapped it in a warm and soft blanket.
I ordered coffee and scramble from the breakfast menu. Everything was brought quickly.
The food is delicious.
I want to point out a very important point: the bathroom is clean and the guys are watching this. The cleaner often came to check that there was enough paper and it was clean.

It's delicious and stylish here. The veranda is nice. And I would come here on a day when "I am the administrator here" is not working. But I do not know his schedule, and I think that it is normal to behave like this in a restaurant, so I'd better look for (have already found) other delicious restaurants

Good: the interior, the work of the waiters, most of the dishes are on the level.
Badly: the pasta in the cheese head (one of the most expensive dishes on the menu, by the way) turned out to be frankly inedible (so hard that the jaw gets tired of chewing). I returned it to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the staff did not react the way you would expect from a high-level establishment: "cooked to standard, everything is fine." The disappointed guest didn't bother much. No discount, not even a banal "very sorry."
It's ugly and wrong. We need to work on the service.

However, the advantages end there.
The waiters are too affected, you can see this strained smile, exaggerated care. You can ask the guest about the quality of the dishes, but you do not need to do this every 5 minutes.
I would also like the waiters to warn about the cost of a particular product that is not included in the menu.
For example, if you serve salmon riet, then when adding focaccia to the order (the waiter added it himself without warning), you need to warn that it comes for an additional fee and is not included in the price of the dish. Riet, by the way, is at the level of Santa Bremor for 3 rubles.
Also, if you are preparing cocktails that are not included in your cocktail list, then you need to warn the guest that the cocktail will cost 26, 29 rubles, and not 23 as usual, so that the guest will not be surprised by the amounts displayed.
