The room is spacious, but there is a lack of tidiness, everything is not very fresh. The hotel is tired, but the price is also appropriate. For a couple, three days will do. In the room: clean linen, no bathrobe, slippers, old towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, dental kit, water, black and green tea. There is a kettle.

I would like more comfort in the hotel.
Change the mattresses to newer ones. The ones that are there are very tough. Plumbing is a separate song, everything pours out of the shower onto the floor like from a leaky trough. Mold in the bathroom. The coffee shop did not work. The on-site restaurant with Chinese cuisine. Children don't eat it. I had to run around looking for where to feed them.
One of the advantages is the polite staff, they go to a meeting. It is very warm in the room. The Internet was working fine.
But there is no desire to return.

The furniture is tired. The plumbing is leaking, the outlets were not working. They made an application, promised to do it, but they did not come in three days. It was cold, the air conditioner was blowing cold air, they brought an old heater that you can't leave overnight, that's all. I didn't like the restaurant. We took breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I didn't like anything. Everything is tasteless. You also have to go and ask for missing appliances, milk, tea, napkins. Dishes with chips and cracks.
Bathrobes and toothbrushes are available on request. The pastel is clean. Wi-Fi is available in the room.

Because we checked in very late and were tired, and the bed linen and towels turned out to be clean, we decided not to sort it out right away, wait for cleaning. The next day after the "cleaning" nothing changed, all the dirt remained in its place, although the cleaner definitely came into the room (towels and bed linen were changed).

We were in Astana for 3 days with an excursion tour. We stayed at this hotel. We liked it, got room 802. Large, cozy, warm. Comfortable beds. Minus: the inconvenient location of the faucet at the sink, the water flows past and the trouble with almost all hotels is that the shower cabin doors do not close tightly, respectively, the water also flows to the floor.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a trip to Astana. A very cozy and pleasant hotel, located near a nice park. The beds are large, so you can sleep well and comfortably. The food is delicious, the portions are large. There is a salad, and the first, and the second, and sweets for tea. The staff knows their job perfectly well, they do everything quickly, trying to provide maximum comfort to hotel guests. If I am still in Astana, I will be happy to stay in this hotel again!

We settled in some cold room at the beginning, we had to swear and demand to move to a normal warm room, because I stayed there for a month. In the shower cabin - all the water is poured on the floor, the drain in the sink is clogged, the room keys were blocked several times (they referred to a technical malfunction, despite the fact that the room was paid for at check-in in full a month in advance), and many more things, I don't even want to remember. If in one word and in short, then - darkness. I would never stay there a second time and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are large and cozy. They are replenished daily with 0.5 water per person, green and black tea, sugar and hygiene products (shower gel, soap, shampoo, paste, brush). There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, TV.
One of the disadvantages is that the walls of the shower are leaking, all the water is on the floor. The second drawback was that there was a lot of hair on the bed, on the carpet, as if someone had lived, but they hadn't done the cleaning, they just folded the bed back. From now on, I ask you to clean up more carefully. The staff is friendly. Everything is fine, but the cleaning needs to be done more carefully.

For reasons I don't understand, this hotel is listed as a four-star hotel, but this absolutely does not correspond to the fact. Yes, another plus is good and stable wi-fi.
The whole hotel looks extremely "tired".
The entrance group requires renovation and cosmetic repairs. The easiest thing is to at least cut the grass on the lawn.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room.
All the furniture in the room was a kind of nostalgic immersion in the early 90s of the last century.
Breakfast for a 4* hotel looks like a mockery: the main course is a choice of 2 fried eggs or an omelette, 3 slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, two pieces of sausage (a poor Combination group with its retro hit), two slices of cheese, two fried toast and tea... Are you kidding? Four stars?
Chips were sent out on the carpet next to our room in the corridor, these crumbs lay for a day and no one cleaned them. Unfortunately, I do not know their further fate, because they left the hotel a day later.
All the towels looked extremely emaciated, the terry cloth was knocked out, the seams were worn to holes, the color was gray.
Location is a separate topic, it's kind of close to the center, but you can't call this distance close either.
In general, it's a pity for the lost time.

the breakfast is average: we ordered an omelet and scrambled eggs - we were given porridge and overcooked sausage with scrambled eggs (most likely they were reheated), the rest was in the form of a buffet. the girls in the cafe are friendly and friendly.
Pay attention to the fish in the fountain! I noticed them only on the second day. 😂

We visited this hotel from June 10 to 11, 2023 as part of a tour group. The hotel does not pull in the declared 4 stars. The only plus is comfortable beds and clean bed linen. The furniture is old, a refrigerator with a "smell", a dilapidated electric kettle. The buffet breakfast is meager and not the first freshness in appearance, with a large number of tourists who came for breakfast, the staff can not cope, the food is not delivered on time, so only those who are braver can have a full breakfast. Lunches and dinners are brought from somewhere, the food is cold and tasteless. The hotel was disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-July for 5 days. We won't come here anymore.
At first we were given the wrong room (ordered with a single bed, given a double). Then, we went to the reception, they changed our room and apologized. We also extended the room, as our flight was delayed. In general, this is all of the advantages.
Cons DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE HAD A JUNIOR SUITE:
- the furniture is all old, everything creaks
- the bed is terribly hard when you sleep, your arm even gets numb
- the bed is torn in some places
- the corner of the bed is torn
- there were 3 cobwebs in the room, which were NOT CLEANED during cleaning
- there was a moment when a small spider ran across the bed
- the windows on the balcony are dirty
- the carpet is stained all over
- in the bathtub, in the sink and in the shower, the water runs TERRIBLY, while you wash, the water gets up to your ankles
- from the sink, half of the water pours on the table, half on the mirror, and half on the person!!! This always happens: when you wash, wash, rinse. And all because there is a strong and thin pressure coming from the tap.
- towels are not like in 4*. There should have been 8 towels for two, but in fact 5. Towels were NOT CHANGED for all 5 days!!!!
