Galata Bridge. In short:
A unique place.
I would never have thought that I would come back in the process of traveling again and again. The structure itself is nothing unusual. The bridge is like a bridge, without any special engineering frills, but I can safely classify it as an authentic place, like the Arbat in Moscow. The bridge is divided into two levels. The upper one for transport and pedestrians captivated me with its spontaneity. Hundreds of scaffolding hung from the bridge on both sides, fishermen lined up in orderly rows along both sides at full length and their own special life was boiling here. Everyone from 30 to 70 years old fished, including grannies. It was funny to see the blurring wrinkles of Granny's happy face, who pulled out some snotty little thing shaped like a roach in front of me. It was not uncommon to meet the pros of their hobby. Their catch was strikingly different in both volume and size. Tourists most often liked to be photographed next to them. While I was walking, I counted three more points of sale of baits for fish from hooks to maggots.
