I was confronted with blatant incompetence and negligence on the part of the clinic administrators. The calls are not being answered, it was possible to get through only on the fifth day. Messages on Telegram and Instagram are completely ignored. It is almost impossible to get information on the NIPT: the administrators refused to announce prices, referring to the "ban", did not explain what was included in the analysis, and did not name the deadlines. A legitimate question arises - on what basis does a medical organization conceal the cost and conditions of a paid medical service? Given that this is an expensive analysis, such an attitude towards potential patients is unacceptable. The low price does not compensate for the lack of transparency, service and basic respect for the customer. As a result, I basically refused to apply to this clinic and chose another one - more expensive, but with open information and adequate communication. The owner of the company should urgently pay attention to what is happening. Otherwise, I believe that the issue of hiding prices and information should be in the focus of the Ministry of Health and tax authorities.
