I came to the first free lesson. Login by id. There was already a panic at the entrance. A passing coach showed me how to get by. the receptionist who met at the entrance was as unfriendly as possible, inert, either works recently and knows nothing, or it doesn't matter what. the coaches who were unoccupied pretended not to notice, there were no introductory briefings either, as it turned out. From the first visit, there was a tendency to look for something else.

A good gym!
Convenient location and work schedule (around the clock).
The first trial session with a trainer is offered free of charge, which is an advantage in later choosing a gym to visit (especially for beginners). There is a choice according to the offered subscriptions and programs.
There is parking nearby, but it is difficult to find a place during daytime working hours.

The gym is great, spacious, lots of exercise equipment, but there are also many disadvantages. I am horrified that the windows and doors on Pushkinskaya are open all winter. It's minus 10 outside, the gym is packed with warmed-up people in T-shirts, shorts and open windows, doors, at the same time, coaches walk in bikes with a fleece. Apparently there is no ventilation in the hall or they save on air conditioners.
It is also very dirty. I thought I was being picky, but there are a lot of reviews about dirt, dust hangs on the walls, floor rags stink, soap dispensers are dirty, track screens are dirty, wash track #6 already!
A huge number of people come in the evening, it can be understood, many come after work. But when there are 2-3 more groups with trainers at the same time, it's hell, you just can't get to the simulator.

The gym was pleased with the presence of separate rooms with exercise equipment for all muscle groups, clean locker rooms and toilets. The only sad thing is that in the presence of a large room, there is still a crush from the simulators. Buying subscriptions online is a convenient thing. Running on the path with a view of Svisloch and the house of Chizh is interesting. Of the obvious disadvantages, there are a lot of people. Of the not obvious ones, there are simulators. It would seem that there is plenty of variety in such a hall. Some even look like torture tools from the time of the Inquisition (I don't know if this is a good thing or not). But because of this, there are not enough basic simulators. There are only two squat stands, which is very small with so many people; the bars are wobbly, there are only two separate horizontal bars, and both are in the same stuffy room for stretching. If you like isolated exercises, then here you can pump up what you didn't know about. But basic exercises, for me personally, are inconvenient to do. P.S. Mini-barbells with a fixed weight are a useful thing.

On Grushevka: a cramped locker room with poor ventilation, a problematic shower: then the pressure is weak, then the temperature is not regulated, then you need to turn on every 3-4 seconds. During rush hour, sometimes there are too many visitors. I like that the gym is large and round-the-clock, and there are enough simulators in general, although there is only one Smith simulator for such a large hall. The dumbbell row is too small.

A request to the owners: guys, do not spare money for a cleaner! In the six months that I've been walking, 3 cleaners have already been replaced! Salary is a joke to the chickens! The locker room is dirty, the floor in the gym is dirty.

The receptionists are always friendly.
The coach is always on site, they will answer questions and help.

A beautiful hall. It is bright, cozy, comfortable and spacious! The hall is conveniently located, it is convenient to get from anywhere in the city (near the metro).
A huge plus is the huge panoramic windows and the view from the window - this is a separate love and I'm sure it's not just mine.
The staff is always polite and attentive, cleaning works regularly and carefully, which leaves no doubt about the observance of san.epidem. norm. Everything is disinfected, wiped - a clean room is nice, very nice! I want to go back.
I would like to mention the coaching staff separately. Everyone is very polite and courteous, always with a smile on their face and a good mood! Therefore, many thanks and a sign of respect to dear coaches!)
The project "I'm in shape" is a separate story. A bright, huge gym with new exercise equipment, a professional trainer and polite staff for (attention!!!) 100 rubles per month. I think I dreamed it all. It's a fairy tale! In two months of diligent, but certainly fun and productive work, I lost 6 kg. This is not the limit, but I did not expect such results, honestly)
In general, I have a new love in my life. This is the best investment of money and the best pastime. Everything is at the highest level! I recommend it! 10 out of 10.

I have been training in this gym since the summer of 2020. Everything is fine, the location is convenient, cleanliness is maintained, I buy a subscription for promotions, which are quite often arranged by the hall. Sometimes it happens that you need to wait until the cardio machine is free, but this is 5 minutes, not critical. The coaches on duty will always help and tell you.

The gym on Grushevka is a very pleasant place, from the administrator to the coaches, they are responsive and friendly. The subscription price is also good. The room is "airy", pleasant, always clean, the shower is free, good background music. Parking at the building, there are always places. There are simulators for all muscle groups, all new. And personal training with Dmitry, it's a blast!) I have been in many halls, there is something to compare it with. I highly recommend it!

The locker rooms are small, the lockers are small, the shower and the locker room are literally combined, there are no doors, all steam and moisture goes inside.
Simulators often do not work under repair.
There is a large turnover of coaches. Good coaches leave quickly. Coaches discuss internal conflicts in front of clients right in the gym, they can train themselves in prime time, creating an additional burden on the gym. They can be rude and not attentive to those who train on their own. Administrators, in principle, I cannot solve any issue or situation on the spot. As a result, they try to call somewhere, but they still can't get anything from the owner. They are not interested in the client.
So don't expect anything supernatural from the audience, from the directors and from the staff.
In the price range, you can find a better gym, in locations up to 1 km from 24 gym.

All simulators are good, in case of a breakdown they are repaired very quickly. Filtered drinking water, a decent shower without a queue to wash, hair dryers. It is also worth noting the visitors, many of whom are motivated by their appearance to achieve results!
