When serving, they felt an unpleasant smell like rags. It tastes disgusting. The dough is boiled, the meat has not been seen yet. And the smell is unpleasant, and it tastes terrible. I visited this village before leaving Minsk, there was an hour left before the minibus and decided to have a quick snack. I was very pleased! The menu impressed with the variety and exquisite taste of the dishes. I was especially pleased with the fast service speed, which allowed me to enjoy the fragrant khinkali almost instantly. The interior in the national style added atmosphere and harmoniously complemented the impression of the dinner. In general, it is a great place for those who want to enjoy the taste of national Georgian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere!

We entered this institution with a company of 5 people on 09/13/2024 at about 20.00. The waitress immediately showed her dissatisfaction with this situation with all her appearance, although there were no reasons for this, we behaved culturally, quietly and everyone was sober. We sat down on the terrace, at a table where there were 4 chairs, and we were allowed to take another chair and put it next to it. Then another friend of ours came up to whom they said that it was impossible to put 6 chairs. He had to sit behind us, at the next table. They came up to us about 20 minutes later to take an order, I decided to ask if we could put another chair so that our friend would sit at the same table with us, we received a negative answer. I asked why, and the answer was, "How do you imagine if people come and there aren't two chairs at the table." To this, I asked a counter question: "if a person is already sitting at this table, will you kick him out, or what?" To which he received the answer: "no , of course we won't kick him out , but you can't put 6 chairs." We just got up and left. I don't know what we did to displease your waiters. But this is as ugly as possible. I do not believe that a company of 6 people cannot sit in an institution of Georgian cuisine. Despite the fact that a large company was sitting on the same terrace, where 2 tables were made up. And there were 2-3 more tables available. We often go to the Karl Marx khinkalnya and, in general, there have never been any questions about this chain of establishments, as well as about the quality of food. But this situation at this point on Kirova just ruined our Friday night, we just all wanted to have dinner after work. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude.

Unfriendly waiters. After we made the order, we waited for about half an hour for 10 khinkali.
The cook apparently decided to decorate his masterpiece in an original way, so they brought me khinkali with an eyelash. One of them was not the one I ordered. They corrected themselves and brought a new one.
The waiters' good attitude is important to me, but here they had neither the mood nor any desire to create a friendly atmosphere.

In my opinion and taste - Khinkalnya on Kirov is the most cozy and delicious in Minsk!! The service, the staff and the atmosphere are beyond praise! And the dishes - well, just can't come off!

The atmosphere is very Georgian, better than in Georgia. Khachapuri in Adjarian is perfect. Khinkali is also very expensive, alcohol is super expensive. This is the second time in this institution. Last year, we sat down in the middle of the day without any problems, the complex could be taken for two, such portions. This time we came to the SAT in the evening, we had to wait to sit down. I was surprised that there are no eggplant rolls usual for Georgian restaurants, and khachapuri had to wait a long time. It also seemed that the kharcho was not as thick as usual, but delicious. In another institution of this network, children's khinkali was taken to the child, they are not at all - without taste, I do not advise. And the cutlets with mashed potatoes are very good, the child ate them. Homemade wine is not expensive, but also not very high in quality. Chacha has become more expensive.
In general, everything is delicious, the prices are fine, we will come again.

For Friday, there are not many people in the institution, half of the hall is empty, but at the same time the wait is 30-40 minutes. In fact, we waited for Khinkali for 45 minutes, after which, without waiting, we asked for the bill and left. I would also like to note that after the offer to take any available table, we waited for the menu for 5 minutes and without waiting, we had to ask the waiter for the menu ourselves. I do not recommend this institution, it is better to go to another point of the Khinkalni.
