We were on vacation in Minsk, while walking we decided to go in for a light snack, and as a result we came out overeated, but happy!))) A very good place, a cozy hall, friendly staff, very tasty food and beer (for my husband this is one of the main indicators).

there are no questions about the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. the waiter did not even open a bottle of lemonade elementary, I had to do it myself in a not very comfortable position :)) empty dishes, a bottle and napkins lay for a long time untidy. also, the khinkali that had just been served was on a dirty plate, teach the waiters to wipe the dishes before serving, please;)

Very cool. Although I didn't like all the dishes, but on the whole they were just fine.
Friendly staff, delicious khinkali, pleasant atmosphere. You can also book a table in advance. There don't seem to be any restrictions on the number of people. We did it easily for two people.
If you accidentally or not wander in here, you will not regret it.

As a result, one order out of two brought 4 khinkali, instead of the ordered 6. The girl who brought the food said that 2 khinkali would be delivered now. Another 20 minutes passed, no one reported anything. We asked the waiter who took the dishes about the missing order, promised to sort it out. And he disappeared. I am extremely dissatisfied with the establishment. I made a pre-order by 17:30 (3.5 hours in advance). I repeated the time clearly! 17:30!!! The order was given at 18:20!!!
They referred to the heavy workload. The question arises, why take pre-orders if you are not able to cook on time?
A huge disappointment in this institution. Keep in mind when you place a pre-order.

The most terrible khinkalnya in the whole of Minsk! The service is terrible, even with a small number of visitors, the waiters ignore and pass by several times until you call - they will not come. As for the kitchen, even the banal khachapuri was two times smaller than in other similar establishments, plus burnt. The table was not cleaned in front of new visitors. I do not recommend visiting this particular institution. The rest of the khinkalni are great! This review has nothing to do with them.
