We often had lunch in the restaurants of this chain in Minsk and in the Trinity shopping center in Grodno. We were always satisfied with both the service and the freshly prepared dishes. A visit to the Khinkalnaya on Uritsky str., 5 not only left moral damage, but also harmed the health of an adult with two children aged 10 and 5. Not only did the children and I arrive there at 15:45 ... we waited for the order for more than 1.5 hours, while the visitors who came after us had already left after lunch, they brought us poorly prepared dishes. Khachapuri in Mingrelian, for some reason in this institution is cooked like a dry flatbread lightly greased with cheese, which turned into a hard crust when baked. How hungry we were after walking in the park and waiting for a long time, but still could not overpower this dish, which turned into a biscuit in a few minutes after cooling down. Khinkali with chicken turned out to be warm on the outside and cold-sour on the inside, there was no question of any broth. The only thing we could eat was Adjarian khachapuri... although we were very surprised by the abundance of bread and the reduced amount of cheese. We took the sourness of khinkali with a bird for adding cheese to the filling, but in vain ... Literally after 15 minutes, the stomach of the youngest granddaughter twisted, then the disorder in the body covered everyone. In the evening we drank coal, we vowed to go to this particular "Khinkalnaya", because everything depends on the people who work there…

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the waiter named Vitaly, a very customer-oriented young man. We came and after 10 minutes the lights went out, he advised us to go to the Odessa Mama cafe, where he appeared after 1 hour, where he later served us very professionally and thereby closed the gaps in the service of the local waiter. It is very difficult to meet such conscientious workers, I think this is a precious find!!!

We went specifically to the set from the Gastrofest. There are many dishes for two)) they are quite tasty, to the extent of spices and sharpness. Khinkali was made of chicken meat, generally neutral. Khachapuri is hot, straight yum-yum, delicious sauces for meat. I didn't understand the Georgian salad. Eggplant and lobio are my favorites. The service is fast, the young waiters are smiling and cute.
One of the disadvantages is that there is not enough mirror at the entrance, instead of a picture above the banquette, I would hang it)

Imho, one of the best places in the city for me, if not the best. At least with my wife, we probably don't go anywhere more often than to the khinkalnya.
The dishes are delicious, colorful, and beautiful. We take the classics most often: khinkali and khachapuri in Adjarian style, washing everything down with pear or grape natakhtari, and the mood for the rest of the day is ensured. Regarding khinkali: I have tried all the positions, I consider classic ones to be my favorites, as well as with greens, which are a little sharper. Mushrooms occupy a separate place in the heart, they are also very tasty. Still super chicken, but they are on the secret menu))) If you haven't tried it with chicken, I recommend it. Personally, from my taste preferences, I did not like Kakhetian, with mutton and fried (fried ones seem to be Kakhetian to taste too.) They were cooked well, just the classic ones seemed tastier, although someone may be a lover and connoisseur of mutton, I personally did not understand, huh. Khachapuri tasted only in Adjarian, the rest did not attract somehow. "Adjarik" looked the juiciest and lived up to expectations, a lot of cheese, even yummy. Of the other dishes I tried dolma, I did not understand. Either there was something wrong with her, or it just didn't suit me. I didn't like the seasoning, it was very thermonuclear. I don't know what the rules should be, there's nothing to compare it with, but I didn't like it, the leaves were dry too. I also tried this type of stewed goulash with potatoes and zucchini, I forgot what it was called, nothing unusual, just a roast. Mom tried phali, and as a lover of all that, she said it was delicious. Oh, I forgot about the fried suluguni. For cheese lovers, I also recommend 4 cubes of yummy.
Staff: there don't seem to be any complaints, so that you want to get up and leave. But as in any institution, if you're lucky. I can single out a few people for myself. I don't remember the names, I'm sorry, I'll try to describe it that way, I think the management will find out anyway) A girl of small stature, with short blond hair, like a square, or something; a chubby guy with a short haircut - these are my favorite waiters. They always make wonderful impressions, it is clear that they are trained, every detail, very polite and tactful. They observe all the little things of "waiter" etiquette, I notice this and appreciate it very much, and I always thank them with a tip. There is also an administrator girl, also blonde, I always saw her in a red jacket, she is also smart, it's nice to see her, and she always greets "gamarjoba", the mood is already rising)) But once I saw some guy at the reception desk, who not only sat with his face buried in the phone, practically did not talk, silently led us into the hall and while we were choosing a table, he just put down the menu and left. No please, no good rest for you, nothing. It's strange, he was still wearing jeans and a sweater, I think his attitude to work is obvious here. I don't know who he is. It seems that he was even without a badge.
Waiting time: well, there were no complaints, everything is within the norm. If you order a lot, you will wait longer, but usually everything is within 15-20 minutes, there have never been any problems with this.
The atmosphere: just great! The color is felt from the entrance to the hall, good wooden furniture, skins on the sofas, I even saw papakhas before, beautiful paintings, all sorts of ornamental elements, very cool, it is clear that the restaurant is Georgian. Music: I am one of those who believes that it occupies a huge place in creating the atmosphere of the institution. Georgian music is always playing, but sometimes something modern is playing, something that can be put on the radio. I would like to hear some kind of classical folk and Georgian tunes, well, these are my personal pens. Not Russian rap, and thanks for that hahah.
Drinks and wine: of the drinks I tried only natakhtari, delicious lemonade with lemon, barberry, grape, pear flavor. That seems to be it. Very cool and refreshing. I don't drink alcohol, so I can't say anything about it, but from memory, from what I've seen, do people take wine quite often, bring it in glass decanters of this type? Or whatever it's called. It looks homely, well, and probably good, since they take it. By reputation, Georgian wines have usually always been held in high esteem.
I am not in the habit of photographing dishes, there are many photos on the menu, you can get an idea from it. The interior can also be googled. So, I'll leave it without photos, I'm sorry) I bet 5/5, I have not met any worthy competitors in Khinkalny. Thank you so much for such a place where you can "get married" :D is very worthy, as can be seen from the three-time victory in the gastrofest.

Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere. These are all advantages, I do not know who this restaurant is designed for, but there are more disadvantages than advantages. We ordered khinkali and pie. When we ordered khinkali, we were not offered sauce, when they were brought to us, we remembered about the sauce. The sauce was served in a small bowl, without the possibility to pour it without pouring it on the table, on yourself, they asked for a spoon to it.... As a result, by the time the order was fully assembled, the khinkali had turned icy. The second is a pie... They were served without additional plates, which could be guessed, but that's not all, the cook was apparently very much in love, the salt was crunching on his teeth. They didn't get poisoned, but the impression was spoiled.

The review is hot on the trail. We had dinner at the institution with a family of five people. The interior is simple, the music is too loud, so visitors have to shout over it, so the restaurant is very noisy. They didn't sit down right away, I had to wait for a table for about ten minutes. The order was accepted fairly quickly, but the waitress immediately warned that the dishes from the grill should be waited for about 50 minutes. Well okay. We ordered khinkali, ajdapsandal, khachapuri, lamb lula with potatoes, homemade wine, mors. Food and wine are three-fold in quality and taste. Khinkali are small and not spicy enough, and one of the kebabs turned out to be not fried at all. We didn't get any pleasure from visiting this place. And they left the same amount of money as for a very good and delicious lunch in Minsk in one of the establishments on Independence Avenue, where the kitchen and interior were much higher.

We came to see Grodno, after walking along the pedestrian street we went to Khinkalnaya. We ordered, we were warned that they would serve us within 50 minutes, after an hour of waiting for the main course, they asked for either a receipt for what they brought, or a dish, since they could no longer wait due to the departure of the bus. They waited another 15 minutes, then tried to cheat, then called them problematic. As a result: the kitchen is on the level, the staff is polite, but insensitive and callous, you need to be careful when calculating-they are politely and responsibly ready to cheat.

We recommended this restaurant, of course we came to see the beautiful city and got hungry.
It was Sunday, not a full boarding, about 60%, but it was clear that everyone was sitting and waiting for the waiters (please do not skimp on staff).
When ordering, the waiter warned that the readiness is 30-45 minutes.
Of the advantages :
delicious cold brew and serving, there are no questions about the hinkals.
Minuses:
A barbecue was ordered, the waiter accepted the order, after 40 minutes he came up and said that we had to wait another 30-40 minutes,
we refused, the remaining time was waiting for khachapuri in Mengrelian.
Not a good one...dry flatbread, little cheese.
We were there for more than an hour, 20 minutes of it was food, the rest was waiting and searching for a waiter.

A good atmospheric establishment with pleasant service, courteous staff, calm, quiet, unobtrusive music (not the ubiquitous chanson! This is important!), where you can spend a pleasant evening, eat delicious food and chat with friends. It is suitable for family lunch/dinner, and for large companies. The menu is varied, tasty, and satisfying. Various promotions are often held, which are very beneficial for the guests.
For me, the only disadvantage is that outerwear has to be hung next to the table on a hanger, it is probably better to identify some one place somewhere in a corner on the first floor and on the second so that all the clothes of all visitors can fit there and separate it from the tables.

There is nothing in common with a good Georgian restaurant. The main thing I came for was khinkali with mutton. I studied the composition of the dish, so to speak, and was very surprised when I felt a fierce burning sensation in my mouth. I double-checked the menu and indeed there was no hint of anything spicy in the composition. In another place where I had a chance to try khinkali, when they were brought they were scalding hot. They brought it right there and had to be put in your mouth right away, otherwise they will just be oak.
