It is not very clear why this institution has such good grades. After visiting Georgia and then coming to this institution... There are no words. They ruined the Georgian cuisine completely.
Let's start with the Georgian salad. It is worth noting that the spices were spicy and rich in taste, but! Tomatoes... The cheapest and not delicious. At a minimum, a pink tomato variety should be used. The salad is cut in a European way - quite finely, since in Georgia it is served with coarse coarse cuts.
Then khinkali... I ordered it with cheese. And it was definitely not suluguni cheese, but a pathetic semblance. Although the waiter assured us otherwise. The cheese that was added in this place was limp, not stringy, as it should be. Well, the taste goes without saying.... One name comes from suluguni.
And finally, Morse. I ordered cranberry juice.. The color, like jelly, is cloudy and very pale... The taste is terrible, that is, it was not there. It's like in a burger king, as if they've been boosted to the maximum...
In general, the result is this: this institution does not reflect Georgian cuisine in any way, but only disgraces.

But when we sat down and talked with the waiter, everything changed!
Delicious! Quick, normal portions.

We came to the institution on Monday evening. There were decent people, but there were also empty tables. We waited for the waiter for 10 minutes. We stopped a running waitress to place an order - she said "our" waiter would come to us. We waited another 10 minutes. A young man came, we decided to immediately find out how much khinkali would be prepared, because we were hungry and decided to order the simplest and fastest dish. The answer was 40 minutes. Other dishes are about the same. The feeling that the kitchen works without blanks. Personally, we didn't want to spend just an hour waiting.
I didn't like the place.

The establishment is located in the historical center of the city next to Sovetskaya square, which is very convenient when walking around the city to stop for a snack. When I was in the kitchen, immediately after the opening, I took khinkali, lyulyakebab, khachapuri in Adjarian. I am satisfied with the order and service, khachapuri was unexpectedly delicious. Currently, I can recommend you to visit: convenient location, delicious, prices correspond to the expected quality of dishes. I think I'll go there more than once myself)

I live in Minsk, the menu is different. The order was waiting for 30 minutes, first the khachapuri was brought and then after another 20 minutes the salad was brought. The salad was cold, and the menu was written warm. I didn't really like this place. The service in Minsk is much better.

It is one of the few places in Grodno where the concept, content and cost of visiting harmonize. The food is simple, but cooked decently. Shish kebab (pork) 5 out of 5. Good cognac. Khinkali could have been better (I didn't like the filling). In general, the establishment is excellent, the choice of this place for lunch / dinner / small event will not disappoint.

The waiter forgot about the promotion with free doubling of khinkali. When they asked to double it, they were not free in the receipt.
