Unfortunately, I wasn't inside, I can't express my impressions. Ready for dislikes. The next time I visit Yerevan, I will definitely come in and add my review here 🙌

An absolutely useless visit. Only 6 halls were open. Languages: Armenian and English. The staff can't tell you anything. There are no audio guides, as well as other modern sources of information. The Ethnographic Museum in St. Petersburg will provide more information on the history and life of the Armenian people. Sadly.

A good museum with a rich collection, but waiting for a Russian-speaking guide is too long:(

There are 6 halls open, tours take place in 5 halls. An absolutely uninteresting story. It's hard to call it a story. The guide just spoke the memorized text very quickly, without expression.. We didn't have time to catch information. Running through the halls, 50 minutes. In this form, the tour is not needed, you need to record information on an audio guide. It will be more useful.

A wonderful museum! I especially liked the carpet room. I saw the carpet being woven. The staff was happy to answer the questions

To be honest, we were not impressed. Complex logistics. Plus, we were unlucky - some of the halls were closed for repairs. I think it would have been more interesting with a guide, but it didn't work out to take a tour on the spot, there was no audio guide either.

Interestingly, however, there is no information in Russian, although there are plenty of tourists from Russia.

How so?! Everyone speaks Russian and Armenian, and the description in the museum is only in Armenian and English! It's a pity!

They did not appreciate it, because the entrance ticket is 1500 rubles + 5000 rubles for the tour!!

The museum opens after reconstruction, and even one floor is enough to get lost there for three hours

The halls are closed for repairs. There are no inscriptions in Russian, only in Armenian and English. They don't warn you about this at the checkout. The staff happily explains that the inscriptions are in the "international language". Don't go. One disorder, it's a shame to tears

There were 7 halls out of more than 20, but they took the full cost (they went in mid-September). The price of the visit is small (about 150 rubles for our money), so we still did not regret going

03..09.22 the museum was closed, it says on the website that it is working. It is written in all Google Yandex maps that it works. There is a piece of paper on the museum itself that there is no electricity. We got there in the heat from the other side of the city, thanks

An Armenian himself, he decided to lead Russian-speaking friends, but it would be better not to do this. We took the service of a guide for the general group. Not only did she speak extremely illiterate, but also as bland and uninteresting as possible. Any tomato merchant from a neighboring country will tell you more interesting things about his product than this guide about the great history of my homeland. Everything is a blunder, as in many areas of Armenia. Sorry…

To be honest, the museum is poorly organized, there are only exhibits up to the 15th century, the guide reads only the texts and does not control the tours. There is no information about group tours on the official website.

Three rooms at full cost. Not a single inscription under the exhibits in Russian! This is when the ratio of the Russian-speaking to English speakers is 18/1. Unequivocal and direct disrespect . However, this is everywhere in Yerevan. I do not recommend the museum to anyone..a waste of time.

I liked the museum. There are a lot of escpanates of antiquity. It's a pity that there are no explanations in Russian. It would be much clearer that way.

As of April 2022, only 2 rooms of the museum are open. It's not interesting at all, the presentation and the exhibits themselves are about nothing. Apparently, all the most interesting things are at the restoration
