Great hotel. Polite staff. Excellent and delicious breakfasts. I would especially like to mention the rooftop bar: excellent and not expensive (compared to some cafes in the city) food and drinks. Great view from the bar window, wonderful music. The roof is opened in the evening. Bed linen and toiletries are changed daily at the hotel. A liter of water, tea, coffee, and sugar are provided free of charge daily. There is a kettle in the room. I highly recommend the hotel!

After a long trip to Mangystau, it is a very good place to relax. The hotel is clean, there is a cafe and a dining room, the food is delicious. The rooms have everything you need. We had a great rest and went on to explore the beauty of these places.

I overslept breakfast, and when I got up 20 minutes late, the lounge bar receptionist, who manages the breakfast service, said that she would arrange for room service tomorrow. In general, it's not bad, it's standard. But apparently the hotel is not for Russian-speaking guests, the inscriptions are everywhere only in English and Kazakh. Outside the window, hard workers roam the forests and restore the facade - it's uncomfortable.

Great hotel!
We booked a room through Smartway, paid in rubles, found out the prices in tenge at the reception - it turned out decently more expensive.
Daily room cleaning, always 2 sets of fresh towels (although only one lived in the room), a bathrobe and normal thick slippers, a liter bottle of water. The room has a safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle and tea pairs, refrigerator. Very good bed linen!))
The breakfasts are excellent, a lot of meat, sausages, milk porridge is only one, unfortunately. The waiter prepares tea/coffee and brings it to the table. There is a restaurant on the top floor (terrace) - business lunches in the afternoon, a good restaurant in the evening, prices are not low, but not particularly high, and on weekends there is also a cultural program. There is a mark-up for the service. There is a bar in the lobby, you can only order drinks - if you order food, it is still carried from the terrace, it is easier to go there right away. You can order food and drinks in the room, but there will be a surcharge.
Overall, the impression is wonderful, everything is clean, cozy, comfortable.

Very comfortable rooms (even standard) and a wonderful view from the restaurant on the top floor). A very decent kitchen in the format of a business lunch. We rented a small conference room for a training event, it turned out to be the most affordable price offer in the city. 10 min walk to the "rock trail" on the seashore.

I'll start with the fact that in hotels of this level, probably, after all, there should be security, there was none here. Strangers calmly entered the hotel. On the top floor there is a sky bar, where people came to hang out, from 19 to 2 at night. The entrance to this institution was common to all, central. It seemed to me that in a good way, it would be necessary to have a separate entrance - this is, first of all, the safety of vacationers. In general, everyone walks around the hotel.
The room is good, everything is there, including slippers, cloths, soap and soap, water, tea. I was surprised that there was 1 bottle and a liter of water. I asked to give the second one - only if for a fee. And one more thing - the shower is open on one side, that is, not to splash and dance under the shower)) I'll post a photo.
Well, for breakfast: in general, it was not bad, but there were no vegetables at all and at least some greens.
The location of the hotel is good:It takes 7 minutes to walk to the sea, 10 minutes to the rock trail.
Separately, I will praise the Sky bar: cook FIRE!!! The steaks are excellent! Respect is simple) The place is very atmospheric, with a view of the sea :)

Here I go with my friends to play intellectual games "Shaker quiz" in the "sky bar" on the 7th floor. Go through the central door. The letter "T" is on the left side of the elevator. We allow ourselves to take 0.5 beer for 1100 tenge. It's delicious. Coffee is a little cheaper. Tea is a 2000tenge tea. The rest of the food is like in all restaurants. The bar is very cozy. The interesting view from the windows on both sides is excellent. I can't say about the hotel itself.
