Great hotel! Just a palace! We had a rest in October, we were very satisfied! The room was cleaned every day, once every three days there was a change of linen and towels. The buffet breakfasts are great, and there has always been a generous selection. We ordered dinner, inexpensive and delicious. We walked along the central park leisurely for 10 minutes to the sea. The hosts and all the staff are very nice, polite people. We definitely recommend the hotel, we wish the owners prosperity and all the best!

We have already rested here more than once, a good place. The location is good, not on the first line, but close to the sea and the park. It's even a plus, it's quiet outside the window. We really liked the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful.
The hotel grounds and rooms are very clean. The bed and towels were changed every 2 days.
VERY TASTY, included in the accommodation, breakfast. There was always fresh slicing of cheese and sausage products. In addition to porridge, there was always a second course (cheesecakes, casserole, scrambled eggs) flakes.
Additionally, lunch or dinner could be ordered.

We really liked this hotel. Nice spacious room with air conditioning and access to the terrace. There is a table on the terrace near each room. The room has a safe, refrigerator, kettle, dishes. The bathroom is spacious. There are no questions about cleaning and replacing linen and towels. Breakfast is included, there is always fresh porridge, cuts, something from sweets. There is no coffee machine, it's sad, but it's quite bearable.
You have to go to the beach through Victory Park, not to say that it's close, but you go back and forth a couple of times and it's fine. There are many cafes, shops, and a pharmacy nearby.
We organized a transfer from Sochi airport and crossed the border very quickly. 600 rubles per person.
The only drawback is that I'm waiting for the way. Not to say that trains run often, but nevertheless. You can hear well in the rooms towards the sea.

Daily cleaning service. Change of bed linen and towels every three days.
Air conditioning,TV, wi-fi, kitchen, large refrigerator,shower room, toilet in the room.
There were no problems with hot and cold water. There was also no electric energy (even in a Blackout).
Breakfast was included. Of course it's not super super, but it's decent for a private guest house!
On request, you can have lunch and dinner in the morning. The cook cooks well, at home from the heart.
There is always water, drinks, and alcohol on sale at the reception.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful, headed by the owner.
On a ten-point scale of 9+.
The guest house is conveniently located in the new part of Gagra. To the sea 10 minutes on foot without hurrying. There is also a Ferris wheel, a water park, and attractions.

almost the center. one of the disadvantages is there is no elevator... although there are only 4 floors (there are two rooms on the fourth), the Wi-Fi is very bad.... problems with electricity. but the master's chacha is beyond praise! I regret that I didn't buy enough ... :)

We had a rest in September 2022. There are no complaints about the hotel as an infrastructure, it was built on the principle of "expensive-rich". Comfortable beds, good bed linen, unkempt towels, balconies with good outdoor furniture, a kettle in the room (but bring your own tea and sugar), a present in the form of a bottle of homemade wine upon arrival.
But breakfast is a complete fiasco of the hotel. They looked like we were living with a poor family that was trying its best to feed the relatives who had descended. Not every morning there was a hot dish of eggs, but boiled eggs, at some point it seemed to me that it was time to bury them - so many times they were taken out of the refrigerator every morning, we waited for a new batch a few days later. A plate of cheap sausage, cheap cheese, tea bags.And some kind of milk porridge. There was never any fruit. In Abkhazia. In September. The "cherry on the cake" was a jar of Jacobs!!! 8 thousand per night, and there is no coffee machine in the hotel! In general, if breakfast and a cup of good coffee set the tone of the day for you, then the beginning will be quite unimportant. Light music during breakfast would also not hurt, it's not a memorial meal...Well, I would argue a lot about the responsiveness of the owners, when I was with one guest, he complained about the work of kondei, he was recommended... "to rustle." We ignored the request to replace the battery in the safe. But the maids did their job well, thanks to them.
The hotel is located in a well-maintained part of Gagra, the road to the beach through Victory Park. The city beach is a separate story: about every 10-15 meters streams of unknown origin flow into the sea, it is not surprising that few vacationers manage to avoid intestinal disorders. And just endless garbage around: cans, bottles, bags...But what a paradise the city could be.

We rested for the first time with our daughter in New Gagra in 2022, booked a room at the San Arda hotel in advance, chose according to reviews and were not mistaken. The room was chosen on the third floor with a terrace. The room has everything you need for a stay and a bathroom too. The service is excellent. The price included breakfast. We cooked well and served with respect, special thanks to Katerina. In general, the owner of the hotel Vadim and all his staff are respectful and wonderful people. We fell in love with Abkhazia, its irresistible nature and wonderful people. Thanks for the vacation!

We are resting here for the second time. We had our first vacation at the end of September 2020.Firstly, the owners of the hotel treat their visitors very well! The rooms are very clean and cozy and the hotel is very well located, overlooking the sea and the mountains. The food at the hotel is just great and the chef Marina is a super person who does everything with a soul. If you decide to relax in Gagra, then choose this hotel and you will not regret anything.If you are without a car, then a transfer will be arranged for you on any excursion. At the meeting, you will be treated to homemade wine. The hotel was built in 2017 and is fresh. This year we went to Sochi at the end of April, but after staying there for 3 days, my family and I decided to move to Gagra and did not regret it. Who needs the beauty of nature, come here!!!

I stayed at this hotel in June, it is believed that this is not quite the season yet. Because of this, according to the owner, there was no permanent cook yet, but breakfast was prepared: sliced cheese and sausage, boiled eggs, butter, a full plate of milk porridge + casserole (delicious cottage cheese - will get if you have time to come early, or not tasty - from boiled pasta, this could stay for tomorrow... )
The renovation at the hotel is fresh and pleasant, in bright colors, beautiful steep stairs, high ceilings (do not take heavy suitcases - there is no elevator there).
The room is very spacious, the bed is changed every 3 days, towels if necessary. There is a TV, but the TV is not connected, you can watch on YouTube, good Internet. During the thunderstorm, the electricity in the city was cut off, the hotel has a generator - the lights were quickly connected and the Internet connection was restored.
10 minutes to the sea, 20-25 minutes to the market, 5 minutes to the shopping center with a large grocery store.
There are enough places to eat - we used the dining room 7 minutes from the hotel - good prices and a varied selection, a whole baked trout, for example, cost 300 rubles, but closes quite early. There is also a cafe 2 minutes from the hotel, where delicious national dishes and kebabs are prepared.

Every year we go to our beloved Abkhazia for the New Year and are always very satisfied. But not this time. We chose this hotel based on reviews and unfortunately made a mistake. We were accommodated in room 201, I am writing a review about this room, which I do not know about others. There are no questions about the area of the room, it's just huge. The room is clean, homemade wine and tangerines were presented upon arrival, there were also 2 towels per person, a set of soap and shampoo. The bed linen is ironed, snow-white. There is an air conditioner and a battery. The room is very warm. The mattresses are comfortable, the pillows are too. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Drain too. That's all the positives out of the positives. One of the disadvantages is very poor lighting, you can say there is none. There is one window in the room and it looks directly into the neighboring house under construction. You can reach out and touch it right now. So there's no view. And in general, there is no view from the second floor of the hotel, so that they do not write here. The balcony is small, but it is combined with the common terrace of the house, so the size of the balcony can be experienced. There are tables and chairs on the balcony, I think it will be cool in summer. But due to the fact that the balcony is shared, you have to pass in front of other people's windows and create inconveniences for others. We got caught in the rain and it was torture. All night we listened to the raindrops pattering on the iron roof. The audibility is such that even the phone at maximum sound did not interrupt the sound of drops... And in general, there is no sound insulation in the room. I could hear what the neighbors were talking about. And this is just a huge minus, which spoiled the whole vacation for us. I had to leave exhausted the next day. The hotel itself is cool, but damn - it's not located in a super place, as they say. This is a new Gagra. The road to the sea by crossing the railway road (by the way, it does not interfere with accommodation - trains rarely go there), then through the highway and through the park. It's nothing complicated, but it may not be convenient for someone. Especially if you know the driving style in Abkhazia... The food is served at the hotel and I must say very little (Marina, thank you very much). But if you decide to buy groceries, it takes a long time to get to the market, and there are no normal shops nearby. The hotel itself is fresh and clean. There is a small parking lot. There is no more territory. About the sea - it's cool, a wide coastal strip, but the embankment is small. In 10 minutes you will go through everything from the beginning to the end. So you won't be able to take a walk. In staraya Gagra, the embankment is much longer, more habitable, and more fun... That's how it is. I liked the hotel. But I wouldn't choose it because of the location and the lack of sound insulation... It's terrible to be tortured by the rain all night. In general, if you decide to choose it, ask for a different number than 201, or carefully look at the weather forecast.

The owner Vadim and his wonderful wife, Asida, were very warmly welcomed and treated with homemade wine. The excellent chef Marina cooks delicious, homemade, the portions are large. You can also order lunch and dinner at modest prices. The bar is open until late in the evening, where you can buy wine, beer, juices, and tea and coffee at any time you can drink at any time of the day. The room is cozy with excellent renovation and new furniture. There is everything you need: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe, clothes dryer. There is an ironing board and an iron on each floor. The room was cleaned every day, snow-white bed linen and towels were changed every three days. 5-7 min walk to the sea. The beach is small pebbles. Within walking distance of shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacies. There is a city market nearby. You can book any tour right at the hotel, which is very convenient.

My husband and I had a rest on July 18-25, ordered a transfer from the airport, quickly took us across the border and took us there just as quickly. Upon arrival, we were treated to delicious homemade wine (as a result, we bought 5 more bottles home), the cook Marina fed us homemade khinkali, because we arrived late. Our room was just amazing, with a view of the sea. A day later, the towel was changed, the cleaning was also on schedule, the bed linen was changed. There was always a freshener and toilet paper in the bathroom, as well as a set of soap, shampoo and shower gel. It was possible to book excursions at the hotel, which we actually used) the only drawback was that the lights were turned off at night and pressure problems, but this is no longer the fault of the hotel. When we left, they allowed us to stay in the room, and they also treated us to homemade jam. We had a very nice time, the hotel is amazing! And there was a very nice girl, Angela, sitting at the reception - an amazing person. I advise everyone to go on vacation to San Arda!

We stayed at this hotel for the first time, although we have been coming to Gagra every year for 7 years. We booked 2 rooms with a terrace with friends. The nice thing is that the rooms are clean, well-maintained (cleaning, by the way, is done on a daily basis!!!), with modern furniture. So also the terrace is just a fairy tale! It is impossible to describe the gatherings on it with a glass of wine, which the owner treated us to upon arrival)) I can't help but note the hospitality with which everyone is greeted at the hotel and the attention of the receptionists. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea. The view from the 4th floor balcony is amazing. You can watch the sunset every evening. Because it is located a little uphill (but it is easy to walk along a beautiful alley), it does not interfere at night. Music and the noise of cars can be heard very distantly. The nearby railway does not interfere at all, because there are only two trains a day and then at 8 am. I highly recommend this hotel and I think I will come again.
