The staff at Reseption is one of the best I've ever met!
The only thing (not even a minus) is the huge key rings from the room keys - not all pockets will fit.

We were with my daughter in mid-April. We really liked it. It was quiet until the next room was checked in. The conversation and music didn't seem to be loud, but it seemed like it was all in our room. The room was clean. Everything is cooked very tasty in the restaurant except seafood, mussels and shrimp for some reason the chefs do not succeed (these dishes were ordered several times). Overall a good hotel.

I happened to have breakfast. There was a Mexican breakfast. Very tasty. The signature cheesecake is simply amazing. The interior is very calm in bed tones. I liked it. A lot of space. Very tasty and pleasant staff. Good background music in the morning. Clean, neat, delicious!!! If possible, I will definitely come back.

Quite a decent 2-star hotel. There are young people at the reception who are always ready to help. Breakfast buffet in terms of the Russian ruble 900 rubles. The hotel has 4 floors, rooms are located on the shady side, there is a cooler on the floor, a kettle in the room, glasses, mugs, tea and coffee are provided upon arrival. The mini-bar refrigerator works only for cooling, it is better not to store food. From soap accessories, liquid soap. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, but for 8 days we only had towels changed. It's 400 meters from the metro, it's quiet at night, weddings are held only on Saturdays and you can't sleep a little, so you need to take rooms after 205, 305, 306.

I can't assess the quality of the food, because I only ate salad and drank wine) it was all delicious. We stayed for one night. Among the amenities: near the city center, there are 3 metro stops. There is a grocery supermarket near the hotel, which is open until 23:00. The room is clean and tidy. You can take breakfast for a fee. Be prepared to bring your toothpaste and a brush, as this option is paid. In general, the hotel corresponds to the declared 3*.

The first 2 days-everything is fine, clean, high quality. And then they moved into the next room and it's hell. The neighbors are absolutely adequate, they didn't make any noise, but the sound insulation is so disgusting that it feels like people are talking right next to the bed. We had to turn on the TV at night just to avoid eavesdropping on the essence of the conversation. And then we couldn't stand it and moved out.

The room is comfortable, good sound insulation. A little tired, but not critical. The hotel itself was built in collaboration with German architects in the 90s. I really liked the architecture. The restaurant is next to the hotel, you have to go across the street for breakfast. I liked the restaurant very much, I was not impressed from the outside, but inside it was unexpectedly amazing! Great 3-star hotel, good location, nice new neighborhood where everything is within walking distance. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, and a cooler on the floor.
The bad news is that WiFi in the room for some reason practically did not work, and there were no problems on the territory of the hotel. Of course, I understand 3 stars, but in prominent places it would be possible to wipe the dirt for decency. I am shocked by the paid slippers at the reception, I have not seen this yet …
In general, it's great for a short trip, I'll stay there for the second time.

The location is great - not the center, quiet. There is a great supermarket nearby. A wonderful restaurant with German draft beer and a West German menu. A good hotel. Everything is quite simple and standard, but the quality is good - German. There is a patio where you can have lunch or rest. There is also a Westphalia German restaurant at the hotel. There will be breakfasts there. Be careful when booking with breakfast included - breakfast will be continental - some one specific dish in the restaurant - mostly meat cuisine. I recommend clarifying and changing the breakfast to a la buffet for an additional 11 Belarusian rubles through the reception.

Bad hotel. It is very strange that there are so many good reviews that I read before settling in. Booked for 2 nights, but were able to stay there only 1. For the second night, the money was returned. There was dust, mold and an unpleasant smell in the room. Because of which I started having allergies. The staff replaced the room, but it wasn't much better there - Dust and dirt remained. I attach a photo. Otherwise, if you are not afraid of dust and unsanitary conditions, then I warn you that mattresses fail, from hygiene products only liquid soap. Slippers need to be bought separately. In general, I have never met such a hotel. If we compare hotels with 3 stars, the Belarus Hotel is much better in terms of price, service, and room stock.

It's terrible! The evening is ruined! The administrator on 24.02 gave the reserved one almost a week in advance!!! a table for other visitors! When we arrived, they did not find a more reasonable explanation for what was pre-booked (a week in advance!!!) the table was given to other guests, because there was an overlap due to the fact that they did not pay attention to the reservation!!! Then why is there a reservation at all?
We will definitely not come back here!
By the way, in another restaurant we were given a warm, cordial welcome and, as a result, we were glad that we did not get to Westphalia!
