Breakfast was not taken. It costs 25/35 local rubles. The course is 24.66. It's a bit expensive. There is a good old McDonald's nearby. The metro is 5 minutes away. There are new buildings nearby. The room was extended until 9 p.m. The cost is 50% of the room price. Tolerable. For 1-2 nights it is a good option.

The room came across smelling of something incomprehensible, a feeling of the presence of a stale neighbor.
The companion immediately saw a woman's hair on the bed (and I just arrived, I definitely didn't bring anyone).
The hotel offers nothing but overnight accommodation.
I did not sleep well, there are issues with ventilation - open windows do not ventilate the room. The hood in the bathroom was straining, it is not clear on what principle it was turned off.
There was a little confusion at the reception with the paid breakfast - as a result, we figured it out
Public parking is an ambush, the locals force everything and if you arrive late, then walk around Minsk in the evening in search of parking (not critical - the city is beautiful). The location is good. In general, for this money, I tested better solutions in the same Minsk. I liked the breakfast very much. Only in winter it's not very pleasant to walk across the street.

Excellent price/quality ratio. Cozy rooms, a varied menu. There is no buffet, but the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The Windows overlook the courtyard, the rooms are quiet, conducive to rest after an active day. The TV is high-quality, new, and the air conditioners are working properly.

The room is small, there are no pillows, it is very inconvenient to do in the shower - the floor is without tilt and the water flows into the room, you have to put a towel. There is a shower gel (none), no shampoo. And this is a 3 star hotel. The air conditioner is very noisy. The reception service is sluggish, without smiles. The service at the hotel restaurant is very slow. There is water in the cooler on the floor. The view from the 4th floor from the corridor through the panoramic windows is more or less, especially at night. The hotel is for 1-2 nights if you want to see the city.

The hotel is absolutely not worth the money. Mediocre mattresses and pillows, a very cramped toilet/shower room in a standard room, a loud hood in the toilet prevents you from falling asleep and it turns on automatically and does not turn it off on your own. No slippers, no minimal hygiene kit, there is only soap in the shower and water in the hallway in the cooler. At least there's a kettle. The room can only be opened from the inside with a key. In general, these disadvantages do not mean that the hotel is definitely bad, you can live, but it is clearly not worth the money. The staff is attentive and friendly.

In general, everything is fine, but the floor covering of the room in the form of carpet, which accumulated a long-term smell of dust, spoiled the whole impression (minus two only for this). It (carpet) is certainly vacuumed - it's obvious, but the hotel is not young and the fatigue of this coating has accumulated. On the other hand, if you just need to pass the night, that's it. The staff is adequate.
