The general condition of the hotel is excellent. The rooms have everything you need, except for kettles. For boiling water and drinking water, you have to go to the cooler (located on each floor) The rooms are well cleaned. Linen is changed every three days. The linen is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice bar, Clean dining room. They only took breakfast. It's delicious, satisfying, and quite diverse. Always fresh and delicious pastries. Very convenient location of the hotel. Practically on the embankment. Literally 50 meters from the beach. Not far from the city market. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Its own nice, clean outdoor pool. I'd love to go back there again. One of the disadvantages is a very bad Internet connection.

Technically, it's three stars, but let's look further. Rooms. Clean, cozy, but… Firstly, there is no phone in the room for communication. For reference or, God forbid, emergency. Secondly, there is no electric kettle. There is a water dispenser in the hallway, but only a pitcher and two glasses are provided for guests in the room. The minibar cools down fine — thanks already. The linen is not ironed. TV. There are YouTube and Netflix buttons on the remote, which is a nice addition for a Russian guest. You can watch your favorite educational and entertainment programs. Bathroom. I am attaching a photo with an unusual repair. As they say, it's better to see it once. The roll of paper was clearly not neglected by the previous guests — it was used up to the middle (saving?) Balcony. Before opening the door to the healing Sukhumi air, it is necessary to install an anti-mosquito net the size of an entire door. It takes skill and practice to deal with it (otherwise, why did you come?). Otherwise, a dozen mosquitoes will get into your room (I am attaching a photo with traces of downed mosquitoes even before our arrival). We never experienced the happiness of swimming in it on the May holidays — in the evening, in the dark, well, such a pleasure. The bonus to this is the lack of dressing gowns. Without music, which would at least slightly brighten up the frail silence of the guests at the neighboring tables. Of the advantages: 1. Price 2. If you go outside, turn right, after 150 meters there will be a cool shop with Turkish products and cosmetics. I really like the hotel, I go to Sukhum and only to this hotel. Great location - right on the waterfront, nice beach. I have my own dining room, I prefer only breakfast - a buffet, there is just a little bit: porridge, vegetables, salads, eggs and omelets, pastries, fruits, sausages - it's fine. Instant coffee, but if you don't drink, there are so many cafes nearby with excellent Abkhazian coffee, and tea is also available in the dining room.Lunches and dinners are quite simple, so I recommend only breakfast, since there are so many national cafes and restaurants nearby, it's better to go there in the evening. Everything is within walking distance, go left along the embankment and reach the most picturesque place of Sukhum - Brekhalovka, there is also a theater, there is also a fountain with griffins. Go to the right and around the corner - my favorite Sukhumi market. It's both delicious and wonderful there. Why did you put 4 instead of 5? It's a little hard to clean, but if you ask, they'll clean it up. I've celebrated New Year's Eve there 2 times - great, I recommend it.
