We rented a house for 2 families for 3 nights.The house has everything you need:2 bathrooms with shower, dishes, TV,3 bedrooms and a kitchen-living room. A large green area with a pine forest.mini playground,spa (there is a small pool, which you can go to for a fee!There is no store nearby!the restaurant is specific..I didn't really like the food (Breakfast was included in our price, you wait for it for a very long time / or you can order it the next day at a certain time (breakfast before 11 o'clock). What surprised me was that there is no security at the entrance and it is not on the territory at all (well, I did not see it).We just drove through and parked the car. There is no entertainment, there are no people in sight. Who knows what , of course , but there is absolutely nothing to do there. Anyone interested in living in the forest is welcome!nature is there at 5+.

We had a rest recently as girls for the first time. The place leaves much to be desired. The wallpaper is torn in the room. The faucet was beeping all night. The aquazone is so small when the three of us came like normal. Then people started coming, even there weren't enough sunbeds. The paths have not been cleaned at all. In the evening, it's as deaf as in a tank. If it wasn't for a room with a sauna and a font and a fireplace, then the rest would suck. The font was collected for almost 1.5 hours. For that kind of money, you can look for better rooms.

In general, there were only pleasant impressions from the rest. The perfect place for a romantic weekend. Beautiful nature. The room was booked superior on the 3rd floor - very cozy. The only negative is that it was cool, grab something warmer from things) The food in the restaurant is delicious, the breakfasts are very hearty (included in the room rate). All the staff are pleasant and polite. The spa area is small, but good enough to relax. The complex is conveniently located near Minsk, you can come without an overnight stay. Of course, there are more activities in the summer. But the place is ideal for those who just want to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The territory is quiet and peaceful. I think we'll come back more than once.

I will immediately write that I liked my vacation in Isloch Park.
A quiet place for a secluded family vacation. The three of us went in autumn (the child is 6 years old) for 6 nights.
A picturesque area for walking (a pine forest and a river), a low density of residents for such a territory (i.e. you walk almost by yourself).
It is very good that the toilets in the forest are made in a stationary design (not toilet cubicles)! Great idea!
If with children, then I do not recommend staying for more than 6 days – it will be boring for children. Among the activities for children: a trampoline and a small playground. And everything. There is also a rope town – but this is specific, not suitable for everyone by age and temperament. In our case, it was saved by the fact that the child likes long walks.
We lived in a Double Superior room on the second floor. We liked it. There is enough space, the beds (both adults and children) are comfortable. Excellent panoramic window with a view of the pine forest. Among the disadvantages, I can note the following. There is an "oilcloth" curtain hanging in the shower, which is inconvenient (it clings to the body cornyly when you wash). The entrance door to the room without sufficient sound insulation. In fact, this is an ordinary interior door. The toilet seat is very delicate (maybe it is disposable?), that the plastic itself, that its attachment to the bowl.
Sound insulation between rooms, traditionally (so almost everywhere, not only here) "for a C grade" -- if the neighbors behave quietly, there will be no discomfort. But the sound insulation of sewer risers is very poorly done (I constantly hear the sounds of water flow from neighbors from above).
The rooms are clean, but the dust layer of 5 mm on the vent in the bathroom is discordant with this cleanliness. The design of the door lock tongue in the bathroom also caused confusion: it is installed in a mirror, i.e. the door opens outwards without pressing the handle.
It is inconvenient that there is no umbrella in the room (such a large family umbrella). If you forgot your umbrella at home, then going to a restaurant and SPA during precipitation will be inconvenient.
I liked the SPA complex to a greater extent. We had massages, a sauna complex, water treatments, plus cosmetic complexes for the spouse.
Massage therapists are good, correct in behavior. Thanks separately for that.
The massage appointment system is strange, to put it mildly. Three days ahead. At the same time, at the time I made the payment for the accommodation, I was not sure that I would get a massage, because I deposited the money in October, and there was no massage therapist's work schedule for November yet. Gentlemen, pay attention! Well, it's a very clumsy system, it needs to be improved. Nevertheless, I got all the massage I wanted. They called me the day before my arrival and booked me for three days of procedures, and for the next three days they booked me at the time of check-in.
A pool with warm water, suitable for children too. Bathhouse and hammam, subjectively, with too high a temperature. (Ideally, the room of the hammam should be washed between sessions – the smell will be better inside).
And more. The services of the SPA complex need to be more actively sold. When I was planning my arrival, they answered me on the phone that "the sale of wellness complexes has been temporarily suspended" - and that's it (!!!). So offer what is called "retail" to dial procedures, not in a complex, but separately. In reality, there is not enough energy or information from the staff when selling these services.
Restaurant. It's all good. The menu is balanced, you can find a dish for every taste. The cost is similar to that in Minsk.
Although the lunch menu, with a traditional set of dishes, is not enough. A good set in the children's menu. A rich breakfast (indeed, it takes a long time to wait for it, but we were in no hurry, so there was no discomfort).
A very good idea is a children's play area in the restaurant. It is good for everyone: both for children and for parents.
In general, thanks for the rest. As for my comments, there is no limit to perfection)))

This is not the first time we have come here, starting in 2019. In the beginning, everything was just super, the perfect place. At the moment (we rested on February 24/25), the price has increased - the quality of services has fallen. The reception staff is not the most polite, the furniture in the rooms is falling into disrepair, there was an unpleasant smell in the hammam. I would like. so that everything fits as before.

We rented house number 4 with the family for the weekend. The rest was definitely a success!
Very beautiful, large and well-maintained territory of the complex!
A chic spa area, a Russian bath and a hammam! Very polite and courteous staff! Massage therapists Ivan and Anastasia are a separate song! God kissed their hands, thank you guys, they gave me an hour of steam massage-it's bliss!
The house is very cozy and comfortable, there is everything you need)
The kitchen in the restaurant was just blown away! Yes, there were a lot of guests and we waited a long time, but no expectation can compare with the divinity of the dishes that were brought to us!
The service is on the level, unobtrusive and tasteful!

We had a rest with my husband, I liked everything very much. The room is small but cozy, there are towels, a hairdryer, a kettle, a refrigerator. We also visited the aquazone. The pool is very warm, there are two baths. There is a restaurant with original cuisine on site. Delicious, but expensive. Everything is beautiful and well maintained on the territory. We rested for 3 nights, took a house for 7 people. The territory is beautiful, the house is large, 2-storey. I liked the pool- although small, but there is a waterfall, fountain, jets, baths. We took accommodation with breakfast, I advise you to order in advance to the waiter what you will eat in the morning, because we waited a long time for our breakfasts in the morning, and when we ordered in the evening for a certain time, we came to the restaurant and everything was already on the table. The breakfasts are delicious and the selection is quite large. The hotel itself seemed boring, plus during our stay, the electricity was first turned off, and after that there was no hot water. The staff is unhurried:) in general, for a quiet family holiday, especially for grandmothers with grandchildren, it is a good option

Our favorite vacation spot! The rooms are comfortable, the food in the restaurant is very tasty. The breakfasts are generally great. The only thing is that the thermal zone is very small. But this does not affect the quality of your vacation in any way.
The pine forest around the complex is a great place for walking. There are comfortable gazebos with barbecue grills.

This is a rest for body and soul! Forest, river, nature, comfortable accommodation, excellent food - what else is needed for privacy and relaxation. We rented a de luxe room twice and were very satisfied: our own sauna, a barrel of hot water, a fireplace, panoramic windows in the bedroom overlooking the forest. The restaurant deserves special praise: on time, politely, very tasty, and most importantly, the staff knows how to find an approach to everyone! I also liked the rest in the spa center: it is very convenient that the registration is conducted there in advance, few people, an excellent swimming pool and saunas.

The food is great. There are no cooks there, but the gods of the kitchen. An excellent children's menu (and it's not French fries), which is suitable even for the youngest.
Comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the forest.
A huge territory where you can safely meet a squirrel and a jay while walking. Sit on the bridge with your feet in the river. There are also active activities (a climbing wall, a rope town and trolls that need to be booked in advance).

We rested with a family of three in the De Luxe room for several days, we really liked the place for its picturesqueness and natural nature, which is carefully cared for, we also liked the room very much, very large, comfortable, with a sauna and a bathing barrel, a fireplace, a kitchen, a large refrigerator, although the kitchen is not designed for cooking. The service and maintenance staff are at a high level. I also liked the pool, sauna and hammam, although the pool is small. The restaurant is very good, a pleasant terrace overlooking the forest, the cuisine itself is very tasty, although like in all good restaurants, you have to wait for your order for 30-40 minutes, and in the evening even around an hour you had to wait, but the dishes themselves met all your expectations. Even my 9-year-old son enjoyed eating at this restaurant. We came to Isloch Park for exploration in order to understand whether it is possible to relax there with the whole family in nature while having the opportunity to eat tasty and healthy food, live in comfortable conditions with good service. We liked everything, we also rented bicycles and the whole family rode along a convenient paved road in a wooded area. Thank you very much Isloch Park!

Incompetence, carelessness, indifference.
The service was booked through the Instagram page. The whole family rarely gets together, so we decided to relax together in this place. The administrator on Instagram confirmed the entry. Upon arrival, we were deployed by the administrator with the words that we were not on the lists. Instagram correspondence was provided for this. The employee studied the correspondence and with eyes full of indifference it was said that it meant nothing and they wouldn't let us in anyway. Re-writing on Instagram, we were told that this was a mistake and we were recorded. The administrator on the spot again turned on a complete misunderstanding of what was happening. Further, we were allegedly found after all, but on a different date. This record was not shown to us, so there is no certainty that it exists, most likely it was an attempt to simply soften the corners of the situation. The weekend is ruined, the mood is spoiled, the time is wasted. If you plan to have a good and GUARANTEED rest, I RECOMMEND looking for ANOTHER place.

A very pleasant country hotel. I speak like a Muscovite who has seen many suburban hotels near Moscow :) Excellent and fast service, large Parking - enough for all visitors of the hotel. We lived in a house, not in a room - very comfortable, with a beautiful view, all amenities, if necessary, the staff will bring what is missing (but we had everything). It is a very pleasant area, we came with a child in rainy weather and had the opportunity to walk along the paths with a stroller, cook a barbecue, and go to the pool (they also let us in with a child without any problems). I would also like to mention a very pleasant hammam and sauna! The restaurant is delicious and you can order takeaway, which is very convenient and without overpayments.

We had a family vacation here for the weekend. I liked everything very much. A wonderful place in the woods near the city. Very good service. We were in a room with a fireplace and a private sauna - it's just a fairy tale. The sauna was heated by the ordered time, the fireplace was lit the same way. The room has all the amenities - linen, towels, shampoos, soap, dishes.
I liked the restaurant menu. It's not big, but it suits every taste. There are children's dishes. Breakfast is included in the room rate.
The spa complex is also great. Good Russian and Turkish baths - the temperature is right there. The pool is nice. You just need to turn on the guns and the waterfall yourself.
There are gazebos with barbecues on the territory - everything has been inspected. Everyone has water, a supply of firewood, everything is thought out. There are good stone latrines next to the gazebos, which is just wonderful. The forest is clean, the rest is cultural.

Terrible service in the restaurant, three-course food, good territory, half of the water cannons in the spa pool do not work, the basketball hoop has been asking for retirement for a long time, there is a lot of chlorine in the pool water, there is a track nearby and a hum can be heard from it. The rooms are cleaned only after a call, water is given to the room once upon arrival, there is no water replenishment, the cooler is also missing in the buildings, the administrator is in no hurry to solve any issues from the word at all. In general, the staff did not seem customer-oriented, as with the scoop, all through a kick.

Everything seems to be fine, the aqua zone, the restaurant. But there are little things that spoil the impression very much. You don't notice them if you come for a day. We stayed for 5 days, during which time they put 2 bags of coffee, 2 bags of tea and 1 bottle of water in our room. And when we went to the restaurant to buy water, it turned out to be closed, although it should work until 23.00, and the clock was 22.30. Make it a little more expensive and offer people tea, coffee and water once a day, not once per arrival. The room service is very mediocre.
