But everyone else will have to face the fact that:
1. There is no phone in the room. Therefore, if you have any questions, problems or there will be no Internet and TV, you will have to pack up and go to the reception building, where you will run into closed doors. (But problems arise not only from 10 to 22)
2. The kitchen is open until 22:00, and the restaurant itself until 23:00. But no one will tell you that orders are accepted only until 21:30. And if you come according to urban habit at 21-45, you will receive a complete refusal. The author's kitchen is tired and going home
3. The same goes for breakfast. It's probably a very convenient time from 9 to 11. But if you come at 11-03, then free breakfasts will also be unavailable for you. At the same time, if you suddenly manage to come earlier, in any case, the waiters will not bring you breakfast earlier than 45 minutes later
This is all amazing, since there is no classic booking with free cancellation. The money is immediately debited from the card. And probably the administration should know how many guests are staying and what is the load on the restaurant
4. If you suddenly want a light snack and cookies for tea, then this is a great reason to go to neighboring Rakov, since there is absolutely no vending machine on the territory. And in the bar there is only alcohol and a slice of lemon if the bartender likes you.
5. Also generally apply to a water-filled room called a SPA. Formally, light smoke and thin trickles of water can be attributed to non-standard procedures, in this case I would prefer to pour myself out of a glass. The effect would be the same

We've known this place for a long time.
We like to go there with a child and take a walk, and go to a restaurant.
Today was my wedding anniversary with my husband. We were booked for spa treatments. In front of them, the court broke off from work on purpose, and decided to go to a restaurant for lunch.
Only 5 people were employed in the entire restaurant!!! tables. We ordered a dish, specified the cooking time before ordering, said 30 minutes.
We arrived with a small reserve before the spa, the first was the pool and we decided that we would be late for 10-15 minutes, it's okay.
After 40 minutes, we called our waitress, and clarified when it would be ready.... She said 10 minutes later.... I remind you that only 5-6 tables are occupied in the restaurant!!!
After another 20 minutes we got up and left……
An hour!!!! An hour!!!!! Cook the dish.
I cook halibut myself..... he is preparing elementary and fast...... an hour!!!!!
When we came up and said we were leaving.... Oh, a miracle, our dishes were finally ready..... Minas offered to take them with them and warm them up later at home!!!!
No apologies, nothing.....
There were only 2 waitresses in the hall, they were very busy to smile, and come up and say that the cooking time was delayed....
The mood was ruined, and we didn't even stay at the spa.... Such disregard, disrespect....
I am very patient, my husband is just a storehouse of peace, but today they angered both me and him.
That's how we celebrated our wedding anniversary....
We wanted to rent a house for 4 days next week.... Now we definitely won't... it's a pity, it's a pity.... We really liked the place....

I was only in the restaurant. We cooked for a very long time, with a small number of visitors. The child could not bring SLICED vegetables without carrots. They said that they have such a recipe and it won't work without carrots))) We took out three sticks of carrots ourselves. The buildings look tired (I haven't been inside), and the forest is clean. I didn't like the toilet, it was dirty.

I am a regular customer of this park. The restaurant is great. There is an excellent menu for adults and children. The dishes taste great, especially when the chef himself is in the restaurant. We have noticed this very often. The dishes are always delicious, but when the chef is there, they are especially delicious))). The territory is excellent. Pine forest. Virgin nature. The SPA is great too.My wife likes massages and treatments.Bossein and baths, everything is clean and people are always in moderation. They don't recruit a full bossein, it seems like the limit is no more than 14 people. The rooms are average. Of course, they require partial repairs, but there is no feeling that you live in an old room. The plumbing needs to be cleaned, of course. The water was running very badly in the sink in our room. For 2-3 days with children is a great option. If for a longer period, it will be boring with children.

We rested here for 3 days at the end of August. A wonderful place for a secluded vacation in nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is very pleasant to be in the forest and listen to the sounds of nature. The room is comfortable and clean, comfortable. Very tasty food in the restaurant, a wide selection of dishes, always ate with pleasure. You can play table tennis at the property, and bike hire is available.

We stayed in a country hotel from August 7-8, 2022. The room was booked as a standard double room. House #3 room #4. The room is very small, the bed is 1.40, but the most unpleasant thing that marred the whole vacation is the smell of sewage from the bathroom. Especially after a night out, the accumulation of this terrible smell spreads throughout the room. The room was not very clean, it was not pleasant to walk barefoot.
The food in the restaurant is delicious, the order was brought quickly without a long wait.

There is no question about the spa area. Everything is fine. And the location of the complex is very pleasant. All questions begin when you come to the "restaurant". Service 3 out of 10. You're waiting for a beer for 20 minutes. hot dishes 46-50 min. prices are above average . The waiters are also usually out of sorts ((( .

A huge area in a pine forest, they write about 26 hectares. There is a place to walk. the river is small, but there is! There are many equipped gazebos for barbecue, and they do not interfere with each other. There are glades for games and sports.
There are surprisingly few houses for such a space, so there is no crowding. Everything is neatly done, with care, beautifully.
The staff is very attentive, both in the restaurant, at the reception and the operators. They quickly put the missing mosquito nets in our house. The temperature in the house was quickly increased at our request during the cold snap.
Very pleasant breakfasts (a choice of about 10 options), but due to the need to order, it takes time.
According to the restaurant menu, in my opinion, there is a fundamental mistake: the whole menu is author's. Perhaps there is not a single dish for which you would have imagined in advance what it would be. and whether it will suit you. For example, it is approximately clear what fried halibut is. But it will be a shame, if you get hungry after walking, to understand that the ordered halibut in coconut milk does not suit you. There are no clear salads at all!
This is normal for a one-time visit (we ourselves sometimes come from Minsk to eat and walk under the pines), but people live here for several days. It is more correct to have on the menu, in addition to the author's, several understandable dishes: a couple of salads, soup, a couple of hot dishes.
In other words, residents cannot play roulette for several days at every lunch and dinner. Another author's dish will not do for me.
The overall impression is on a solid 5. We have already rested 4 times in rooms and separate houses. I recommend it!
But just in case, bring something to chew with you :)

This time I was disappointed with my vacation. It's not the first time we've had a rest. We checked into the standard and immediately felt a strong smell of sewage. The smell was not eliminated after an hour. We stopped by for one night. We were offered to move, but there were no free standards. They moved into a larger room next door, but ...... for an additional fee. This is the first time I've encountered this. The hotel always moves into available rooms with its jambs and does not require additional payment even with an upgrade in the category of accommodation. I hope that the management of this hotel will face a similar situation on their own experience. He will come to rest in a pine forest, and he will get a situation like in the joke "the smell, as if they pooped under the Christmas tree." Nothing was offered as compensation, not even an apology. Sorry. Deleted from the place of rest. THE SPA IS VERY WEAK. The baths are overheated, small. I do not recommend it.

I liked the area, stayed in the deluxe, well. Service: they do not sell services, they are not globally interested, for example, it was impossible to sign up for a facial massage, given that they spent a week there and did not try to solve and contribute to this from the reception, well, at least say "we will keep in mind your desire, and we will inform you if the window is free."
The food in the restaurant is delicious, but if the load is in their kitchen (for example, a banquet), then the wait reached 1.5 hours. To smooth out the expectation, no compliments from the establishment.
In general, OK, the details are not good, there is something to work on.
