I came to buy for myself to work at the computer and as much as my husband and I were surprised that the chairs are a very individual product.
I chose a fairly budget armchair with polyurethane wheels that do not scratch the floor and also a rocking chair.
In fact, after 2 days of work, my back and the lower one feel very good.
It is difficult to assemble, so it is better to order it as an additional service. Which is the only downside.

It all started very well. A pleasant store with a good selection in the city of Vitebsk. Good staff, friendly, everything was suggested and shown. Only the most pleasant impressions remained from the store itself. But then the most interesting thing began, about a week after the chair was bought, the backrest broke. I called the store, the master came and looked at it. He said that the back was broken and that it was a marriage because you can't break it on your own. He wrote the act for the replacement himself, it was for the replacement and said that they usually quickly bring new ones in about a week. I'm waiting. It's been a week without a single call. I called the store again and was told to call the service center, because they have nothing to do with the service center and gave me a number. I called, they didn't give me any specific information, they said that they were bringing chairs from repairs on the weekend and they didn't bring my chair. Another week has passed, I call and ask, again there is no specific information, I asked what they are doing with it, they are repairing it or it will be new. In response, I heard that we do not know and as soon as the supplier contacts them, they will find out what they were doing specifically. And so a month has passed, I wanted to find out several times what exactly is being done with the chair, is it being repaired or will it be new, since the REPLACEMENT is specifically written in the act. As a result, they send me an SMS saying that the case was controversial, but since they were loyal, they did everything under warranty. It's just ridiculous how you could break something in a week of sitting, especially when the master came to us and said that this was a marriage specifically. DISGUSTING service, just disgusting. There are no complaints about the store where they bought, the girls did well and the delivery was organized quickly. At the time of writing the review, the chairs had not yet been delivered to us. We should have already agreed on delivery. It's a pity that the service left such a bad impression.

We ordered 4 chairs and paid for them. Before the delivery itself, we found out that only 3 would arrive. We are waiting for information about the latter for the second week... I call, they promise that the manager will clarify and call back, but no one calls back. Then the story repeats itself ...

I am categorically not satisfied with this company. I ordered a loft table, a bedside table and two good armchairs (each 1200 rubles +). There are no complaints about the table and bedside table. The assembly of the chairs is disgusting, considering that you pay extra for it. One chair was assembled incorrectly, the next day they arrived, they changed it to an already assembled chair, at least something, and the second chair after assembly wobbles left and right, they refuse to fix it, they ask to buy a part and wait 5 weeks. It is better to contact another store when choosing office furniture.

I called and found out if there was a certain chair in place. At first they tried to sell it without testing, then they sent it to independence 117, saying that it is in the showroom 100% and it will be possible to pick it up right there. I spent 40 minutes on the road in one direction, it turned out there were no chairs in sight and they were all in a distant warehouse. I called again, and they told me that there was probably an error in the program and it was not shown that way. We could not offer any other solutions to the situation. In general, if your time is valuable to you, then contact any other stores, perhaps they treat someone else's time with more value.

A chair was delivered with a lot of backlash, creaking wheels and indelible scuffs on the back. One hundred percent is the same chair I was sitting in in the cabin, the headrest is also loose. For 1650 rubles (I'm already silent about the full cost of 1800) it's just tin... They offered either to wait a week before the delivery of a new one, or to return the chair and take the money. I barely made an appointment for a courier, because there is no car. Fortunately, we managed to return the full amount, including the "assembly service", which did not even smell here.

I didn't like that many consultants have no idea what they were being asked about, at first I was misinformed about the DMS and DMSL swing mechanisms, they said that they were only needed for tilting the backrest and that they didn't swing the chair, although in fact both mechanisms allow you to swing on the chair. And when I figured it out myself and made an order, for some reason I was dissuaded from the DMSL mechanism, although it would cost less with a chair than if I took it separately and for myself I realized that this mechanism would be more convenient for me, so when the chair arrived, I sincerely I didn't understand why I was dissuaded from DMSL and insisted on the DMS mechanism. The chair itself came in good condition.

We made an order on the website for a semi-luxurious velour chair in gray with a waiting period of the next day. Delivery was postponed twice, citing long deadlines, cancellation of delivery. As a result, the chair was still brought, but no one thought that the black leather back was a little different from the gray velour one ordered. Orders are not checked by anyone in this organization: neither the company that produces them, nor those who accept them. Even the deliverer was not confused by the fact that the color indicated in the PP act was different from the one stated. Contacting support, it turned out that most likely it was simply not available (and whether it was at all) and sent the one that was in stock. And suddenly it will take a ride.. The situation is terrible, why not immediately specify the exact delivery time on the website and update the stock balances on an ongoing basis.
Addition: on the same evening, they still found a chair in another city, the deliveryman went and picked it up and brought it to me. The chair matches the description, but the current situation is not pleasant

About 8 years ago I bought a similar chair. It served perfectly. only the finish is frayed. Instead, I decided to take the same. I overpaid a little and took it with a 2-year warranty. After 2 weeks of operation, the gas lift failed. A technician was at my house the next day and fixed the problem by replacing the gas lift.
