Problems with the reliability of information about the availability of goods in stores. The website states that the chair is in the store on Independence. You go to see, buy, but in fact there is no one. Another time I was looking for a part for a chair. I studied it on the website, called, said that there is a store on Timiryazev, come. I come, they say no, they made a mistake in the call center. They have lost the desire to buy something. I ordered it from another place. I will contact them only as a last resort. I can't recommend it to my friends.

A huge selection of office chairs. I didn't see any more. There are fewer interior ones, but there are also some. The main thing is that you can touch them, sit, unlike regular online stores. But the price may be slightly higher, respectively. Polite, non-intrusive staff. It's nice when sellers don't bother you. There are very few buyers. There are several parking lots nearby - I always found a place without problems. They also work on weekends.

It's probably better to buy in person at their store. I ordered it through an online store with delivery to another city. A defective chair was brought. I noticed after a couple of hours of sitting- it was slanted to the side. A week was taken away, another week was taken. The other one was also brought crooked, but literally for a couple of cm - I decided to leave it, since the courier said that it could all last a very long time. And the money was paid by me in the first delivery. I would like better quality control at the output of products.

Disgusting service! We ordered an office chair, everything was fine right up to the moment it was delivered. Unfortunately, they did not immediately notice the marriage on the upholstery, tried to return it and it began: the service center responds as God willing, they feed breakfast and frankly drag their time. They begin to rub the game, they say you signed that you have no complaints, and blablabla, but we will discuss it with the management, wait a day, a week, a month, etc. I sent a pre-trial claim, but there is zero sense, apparently, I will have to decide through the court. In short, the experience is 0 out of 10, I do not recommend it

I ordered a master to service two previously purchased chairs from Kingstyle, and made an appointment for Monday. On Monday, the master did not arrive at the set time without warning, and did not respond to the message. When the time we agreed on came to an end, we needed to call the customer service number to find out that the master did not have time to arrive at the agreed time interval. We agreed to postpone the departure of the master to another day, that is, today.
Today, again, the master did not leave without warning, they do not answer messages in Viber, nor do they answer the call.

There are no questions for sellers in the trading floor and for online order processing managers — pleasant people do their job quickly and clearly.

I will note the delivery and courier separately. I brought it on time, explained everything, assembled a chair, sat the child down- adjusted all the settings. He offered to take out the box. The service is at the highest level.

I ordered a table, the production takes 10 working days. It's been three full weeks, it seems like they started planning the delivery. In the beginning, it was stated that the table would somehow arrive collapsible. I received a notification that, as it turned out, there was no color scheme for my countertop (they did not know for three weeks until the last moment). In addition, they said that the table would arrive assembled. (????) . I ordered a fairly large countertop, so I did not expect to face the problem of doorways. As a result, I did not like any of the countertops offered to me, I had to find the countertop on the site myself, after which it turned out that there was still such a coloring, but it was not offered. That's all right, but the deliverers arrived without any cash for change at ALL. There are no assembly instructions, there are questions about some holes in the supports. The first point of the warranty card from the Kingstyle company: collect according to the instructions. Kingstyle company after another call: "we do not supply instructions for this model." I suspect that the connecting part of the supports also did not reach, until it became clear, since at the moment the company simply does not have information on the assembly of this model, and the response from the supplier with instructions will be in three days (Why is it interesting that you cannot request this instruction and invest?). In general, I have successfully spent time on the work that the managers of this company should do. I wish the kingstyle company to deal only with chairs, professionally in its field. And I don't want a potential buyer to face a similar problem.
It's a pity you can't put zero stars.
Updated: it was confirmed that the part of the structure connecting the support was not delivered, as an apology, the master will come and assemble the table. Thank you, I can't think of a better apology, considering that someone brought the missing parts anyway. And if there were instructions and spare parts at once, I would have screwed in six screws and four nuts myself.
I don't even want to ask for a discount, so as not to be even more disappointed.
It is interesting to watch how the company offers any kind of apology, but just not to lose money. I think that the table assembly wizard is included in the price of the table initially.
Of the interesting things, I would like to note that on the site with reviews, videos of the best reviews are shot by people who, by a strange coincidence, work as consultants in the hall.

A 1GMC SPM-4-METAL table was purchased, and a chip was found on the countertop during unpacking. I contacted the warranty department, but they refused to replace / resolve this issue due to the fact that it is impossible to determine when this chip was made. I highly recommend not buying products in this store, given their attitude towards the customer during the warranty period.

A large selection of chairs, pleasant consultants, no one is in a hurry, if necessary, they will tell you. I chose UNIQUE Unique Ergotech. But there were also unpleasant moments:
1. The chair arrived assembled (I ordered a paid assembly service) - it turned out that it cracks when reclining. The service center advised to wait a couple of days, suddenly it will be developed. Later I noticed - the chair is assembled with a skewed backrest! Reassembled - the problem disappeared.
2. Traces of chipped tinting on the armrest are unpleasant.
3. A dent on the armrest from the shipping package, which did not go away days later. About this 10 days after the purchase, I left a request on the website in the Warranty service section. A month later, they called back and changed the armrest.
