We visited this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the level: the service is excellent! Perhaps this is a fleur of Minsk kindness and responsiveness, but it was nice! :)
The food is varied and sooo delicious (count on the fact that the portions are larger than the waiter announced)).
And if it suddenly rains, and you won't know which tincture (homemade!) try it, feel free to choose a currant - you will like it 😉
This is one of those places that I will visit on every trip to Minsk.

We visited this atmospheric institution in July 2024. We were in the afternoon, so we didn't book in advance. The cuisine is Belarusian, I ate dumplings with potatoes, onions and pork rinds and cabbage rolls with mushroom sauce. And the spouse - pike cutlets and sandwiches with forshmak. Everything was quite tasty, although I like dumplings with raw potatoes and bacon. And my husband liked forshmak more in "Cornflowers". I chose brushwood from the desserts, not very much, the dough is thick and not crunchy. We drank Lida beer, horseradish, raspberry and currant tinctures. The drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is five out of five. The interior is in a historical style, there are paintings and historical photos in the hall.
The staff is polite and courteous.
The food is just great, everything is delicious and the portions are large. The choice of dishes is very wide.
Probably the only negative is the prices, they are a little above average here, but it is 100% worth it.

The cook is a very cozy cafe where the hostess will quickly pick up a table, even if you did not book) at least, I was warmly welcomed and promptly fed: a hodgepodge with sour cream, a burger, a cocktail of gin with birch juice, and to begin with, crackers with garlic sauce were served. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, thanks to the administrator, the waiter and the chef of this restaurant, they did not throw it out of the bulbash, where there was no one inside, but allegedly all the tables were reserved, and they warned that the table needed to be vacated in two hours. The price is consistent with the quality, everything is acceptable.

This time the impression was spoiled.
The waitress was so indifferent to everything that postponed the most important unpleasant imprint on the visit.
Eggplants were taken from the menu from the new one in a hurry-the dish justifies the name.
But it does not deserve attention. Eggplant rolls inside with a filling like melted cheese, which impoverishes the taste of the dish. On top is an imitation of pomegranate seeds-droplets of some kind of red jelly.
From the hot - duck leg which is served with potato gratin. The duck was good. Gratin, on the other hand, is uncooked, uncooked slices of unsalted potatoes.
