It's a very advertised place, but I give it 3 stars and that's why.
The place is located in the center, including the tourist one, and the attendance is large.
The hall is somewhat cramped, there is live music: the girl played the piano (beautifully), a very fashionable toilet, the staff is polite, the hostess is well done.
But the dishes themselves... it seems like the national cuisine and the menu is in several languages, but everything is very fatty (in other places it was not so fatty, I know what I'm talking about), and two different dishes had the same sauce (either there is no imagination, or the desire to cook something else).
I'm not sure if I'll come here again, I'll try to look for something new that can surprise.
Do I recommend it - once a tourist will come down to visit, and then if you haven't found another place and are sooo hungry. And so there are other good places.

The center of the Belarusian capital. Exquisite interior! The menu is full of a variety of delicious national dishes. Special attention is paid to blood loss (but it is worth warning - this dish is for an amateur and a "knowledgeable" person). Prices are above average (even in relation to Moscow ones). Pay attention to the "dies" with liqueurs (tinctures).. both men's and women's sets are worthy of attention, in addition, you can buy the one you like with you in the format of a whole bottle!

A pleasant place, focused on traditional cuisine, I liked the interior, the food is very tasty, the dishes are not cheap, some cook for a long time, but this restaurant initially positioned itself as a slow food and the staff warns about this. There are vegetarian dishes. The staff is polite and competent. Drinks for every taste.

A wonderful place with amazing cuisine! I don't know where to start my review with the kitchen or tinctures? Let's go from the kitchen, perhaps the best draniki that I tried in Minsk! This combination of taste and texture of the dish is impressive, but sauces and toppings take it to a completely different level, literally to goosebumps! Thanks to the cook for that! As for tinctures: this is great, this is where I tried the crambambula, and it's very tasty, perhaps I recommend tasting sets and not just shots, 30 grams in a set is more pleasant to drink than 50 in a shot. Special thanks for the shitty one! Horseradish is a liquid jelly that warms you from the inside and fills you with a strong taste of horseradish. Summing up: this institution left a warm, pleasant feeling of home cooking, a lot of things reminded the dishes of grandma, mom, drinks reminded grandpa and dad. Thank you for the pleasant emotions of this place!

My family and I have been to this restaurant twice and once ordered delivery to the hotel. The staff is very polite and sociable. Cozy interior.The food is very tasty, I liked dishes such as dumplings with potatoes, pike cutlets with mashed potatoes, and there was also delicious hot chocolate. A must-visit if you come to Minsk! Atmospheric and cozy. Borscht and solyanka are just a bomb, and "Vileiskie sorcerers" is just an incredibly delicious dish, I recommend everyone to try it! This was our 1st institution, which we visited upon arrival in Minsk and were very satisfied!
We put 5 on all points!
The dumplings are so delicious that I wanted to take more with me to Moscow)
Porcini mushroom soup is just love❤
The staff is very polite, so negative reviews are unclear😕
We booked in advance, because we assumed that there could be a full landing (it was in the summer) and a safety net
No one asked for an advance payment and they were not rude, even though we were a little late, because for the first time in Minsk
I definitely recommend it!
We wanted to enjoy real Belarusian food and got)

We went to this restaurant on the first day of arrival. It was recommended to us by friends. We only forgot to add that the prices of the restaurant are completely.
The food here is delicious. Indeed, it is cooked with a soul. The situation is very good.

My sister had read the reviews and really wanted to go to this particular restaurant. When we arrived, a certain "cashier" announced to us that if we could manage it in an hour, we would have time to vacate the table before the reservation. As it is, there are no places. They put us not just in a corner, but in a corner where there is no light from the word at all. I must say that we impressed the staff, because no one drove us anywhere even 2 hours after our arrival. Hence: they either stuff their price without letting people off the street, or they look at the order amount (we had it sooooo decent), or God just offended the staff with their brains. Yes, and it's sooooo cold there, they kept my sister warm with scarves, blankets, etc.

More precisely, two sets - tinctures + kvass + mors and a set of food - pancakes, sausages, etc. These two sets for two turned out to be just right, plus a non-trivial cocktail of gin with birch juice. Everything is very tasty. Fast service, there are a lot of places during the working day, and there are no delays in filing.

As in many places, try tinctures. Borscht with pampushki is a test, but I do not advise ear. The broth is strange, instead of pieces of fish there are some meatballs. Lida beer is quite high-quality.

Definitely the best restaurant we found in the center of Minsk!
Everything we tried is very tasty!
The menu is rich, made from fresh and delicious products!
We tried:
Noble salad - Caesar lovers will like it. The sauce is very tasty and tender.
Beetroot salad with homemade cheese is made from simple products, but you want to eat it over and over again, probably the beetroot is somehow pickled, sweet, pleasant.
Radziwill herring is salty, delicious - as it should be, served with hot potatoes.
Beef tartare is made from mixed meat, you even forget that it is raw - amazing!
Meringue roll is soft and airy, delicious, but not for fans of crunching meringue.
The brushwood is fresh, cooked to order, brought warm, well dried, the oil does not drain, the jam is delicious. If you don't finish, take it with you - the next day is also delicious)
And don't forget to try homemade tinctures!
Well, the cherry of the summer menu is a BURGER!
Burger with beef patty, delicious homemade sauce and amazing dumplings instead of buns!
In addition to delicious food, the restaurant is worth noting a very friendly and friendly team of waiters!
We highly recommend it, we will definitely come back when we arrive in Minsk!
