I had a vacation with the children in January . Everything would be fine if it wasn't for the food. We are not moody, but the food is not delicious, the food is not appetizing. The dishes are not brought to taste, everything is like grass. A huge amount of onions in the children's menu, children refuse to eat one kind!The children said that it tastes better in the school cafeteria!This is a huge disadvantage of this sanatorium! Everything else is without complaints. The medical staff is attentive, especially the head of the therapeutic department!

A good sanatorium, for a solid four.
Only if you do not make a mistake with the choice of the number.
Building 2 double rooms on the 4th-5th floor are patched, smeared and re-glued rooms with terrible bathrooms, everything is broken, the windows are latched, the frames are somehow smeared, instead of a closet, the doors are smeared with floor paint, behind which there are no shelves, only a few hangers-hangers. They did not even try to repair the floors completely, where old painted boards peek out from under the linoleum.
But I asked and they changed me with a small surcharge to a two-room apartment in the 1st building - very nice, spacious, with new furniture and a small kitchen.
Cleaned every day.
The territory is excellent, well-groomed, surrounded by tall pine trees.
The canteen and the medical building are located in different places. Therefore, the walk is provided for everything - from the 1st building to the therapeutic 550 steps, 6-8 procedures per day.
Approximately the same way to the dining room.
So 10-12 thousand steps per day is provided.
This year September was fabulous. therefore, such distances did not strain.
The medical building is renovated, clean. nurses are polite, friendly, massage therapists really work, and do not serve their working hours.
The quality of the procedures is excellent. There is an unambiguous "5".
Dining room - ascent to the 3rd floor by a steep staircase, not equipped for sedentary people, of which there are many in this sanatorium. The stairs are narrow and often there are congestion at the entrance and exit due to people walking hard.
The food is good, there is an opportunity to choose from the menu. They cook delicious.
There is also a "5".
Free time is organized well - concerts, movies, various meetings, dancing in the evenings.
But the auditorium is on the 4th floor above the dining room, repairs are underway, there is no light in the foyer and you can often hear the question: "Is the cinema here?", as darkness meets you at the entrance from the stairs.
And the broken plaster is a little depressing.
A big minus is the lack of a swimming pool. And the vacation of the instructor in physical therapy, completely disappointed.
Yes, a person is on vacation, but it was possible to open a gym for self-study.
The next thing is that doctors are reinsurers, they are afraid to give something, so you need to come with recommendations from the treating narrow specialist on paper.
On the plus side - a good psychologist, very helpful in getting out of chronic fatigue.
In fact, a good rest, a good place, but you need to wait until the renovation in the dining room is over and not wait for miracles from the room fund with a budget booking, it's better to spend a little more money and get comfortable.
As for the swimming pool in the neighboring sanatorium "Pearl" - they are allowed there only on Sundays, so this is not a way out of the situation.

The sanatorium remained as it was in Soviet times. The TVs in the rooms of the Brezhnev era and plus are inoperable. I had to ask for two days to be replaced with a working one. The food is disgusting. The first dishes are especially not tasty. You can't eat the dishes on duty at all! There is no swimming pool in the sanatorium. The buildings are not connected by passages. In winter, you have to dress and undress, which is very inconvenient, especially in winter. It's probably fine in the summer. I had a check-in from 9.12.23 to 18.12.23. I didn't get it to the end, I left 3 days earlier. There are no complaints about doctors and medical staff. However, the sanatorium does not have such specialists as an otolaryngologist and an ultrasound doctor. It seems that no funds have been invested here since the Soviet Union. They say that the dining room was repaired, but when I was there, the porch to the dining room was already repaired, everything fell down. The only thing that is good is nature. It's beautiful in winter, and even better in summer. They say there is great fishing here in summer. Everything would not be bad if it were not for the food and service in the dining room. The food is monotonous, bland, and not tasty. Long-term catering service. You arrive at the beginning of lunch, you have to wait up to 15 minutes. You come later, on the contrary, everything may already be cold.
We were on New Year's Eve. The festive concert also left much to be desired. Boring and poorly organized. The whole performance took place with our backs to our tables and with the lights off until we expressed our indignation.

After staying at the sanatorium from January 6 to January 13, we were not bored. We had a wonderful presenter who spent gatherings with us, karaoke, and the game "Guess the melody", led discos. A sensitive, attentive, well-singing presenter. On Christmas Eve, the artists came. It was just great! Games, dances, songs, round dances, games! Even those who did not participate, but just watched, were satisfied.
There were excursions to Polotsk and Lepel.
But in this festive round dance there was one unpleasant evening when the disco from Lepel arrived. The man who put on the music did not understand where he was, they approached him, asked him to put on something else, but with some strange stubbornness he put on a chanson for people who arrived from places not so remote. I would like to note that the disco was paid. The people began to disperse. 40 minutes after the start, everyone left. And this disc jockey still has money. We didn't dance, the mood was ruined.

We rested in this sanatorium from 06/20/2023- 30.06.2023. The room stock is in the process of renovation, there are no air conditioners - this is a problem in the heat. The room is cleaned daily. Meals are 3 times a day, they are fed more than fully, the menu is to choose from. Treatment: massage, mineral baths, coniferous, laser therapy, mud wraps - I liked everything. You can visit specialized specialists- gynecologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist. The territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed, there are many paths for long walks. On the beach there is sand with pebbles, sun beds, awnings, toilets. The water is the purest. I took off the star for the lack of air conditioning and for the lack of a choice of food on arrival - they give me what remains.

We rested in August 2022 in the 1st building. I set 5 in the hope of further development and improvement. There is a lot to develop... I would like to thank that part of the staff who tries and treats their work conscientiously, and wish the rest to reconsider their attitude to work or change jobs ...... Many thanks to the head of the therapeutic department, professional in all respects! It should be noted that a balanced diet (without frills, but we were not hungry either) is a plus for the nutritionist and perhaps for the chefs, but drinks are a minus (it's hard to call it tea, coffee, cocoa), there were questions in the service. In general, the logistics of the sanatorium should be reviewed, people come to rest and they should be treated as long-awaited clients, not bored patients. Unfortunately, there are also questions about the numbers.... I really liked the beach - it's comfortable to relax! Outdoor discos! There are a lot of mosquitoes. Beautiful landscaped flower beds and paths! In general, if the weather is favorable, then you can have a good and inexpensive rest..... I would like to wish the sanatorium as a whole and all employees not to be afraid of new working methods, respect yourself and your work and be grateful to the people who give you the opportunity to be in demand. Inspiring prospects and achievements for you! I would like to return to the renovated sanatorium again!

Rest and treatment in this sanatorium must be organized by yourself, otherwise you will get a room without repair and with mice and procedures for 10 minutes, but if you approach rest and treatment with money, then the sanatorium is super. The place is fabulous, it treats alone, the nurses are on top, the staff in the dining room is sincere, the food is dietary, normal.

I'll start with the pros: excellent location, picturesque location, good food, polite staff in the dining room.
The cons are everything else. There is fungus in the shower, old taps are leaking, spring mattresses are pressed in the center and covered with cotton wool, you sleep like in a hammock. The elderly are simply tormented here- they settle on the fifth floor without an elevator, a bunch of unjustified stairs, even a dining room on the second floor. There are almost no balconies anywhere, the rooms are stuffy. The staff saves electricity, the lights are turned off not only in the corridors, but also at the reception. There are always queues at the checkout. If you fell for it and arrived in the morning (they write that check-in is from 8, check-out is until 20:00), you will sit in the stuffiness at the ticket office, which opens at 9:30 and by 15:00 you will be given the room that you booked six months in advance.
A very stupid organization, vouchers have become more expensive, there is an additional fee for each sneeze.
I do not recommend it.

This is the second time here. I like everything very much. Good service, good-natured and friendly staff, delicious and varied food to choose from, clean rooms, relatively modern, large territory, located in a pine forest, clean, beautiful lakes on both sides. Clean, beautiful. All in different buildings (canteen, hospital, accommodation) . There is no pool, the treatment is good. The disadvantage is paid parking.

An excellent sanatorium . Very good medical care, attentive staff. The furniture in the rooms, of course, caught the Soviet era , but you pay little attention to it. The beach is clean, the water in the lake is clear, sun beds are provided.
Of the cons .
- no one is watching the smokers. Smoking is everywhere on the territory, including rooms, balconies, beach, walking paths.... Unfortunately, no one is fighting this
- a huge number of cars , the movement of which is not limited in any way on the territory . On walks, sometimes you have to breathe the exhaust fumes of not the most modern astomobiles

The Lepel military sanatorium is located in Belarus, about 100 km from Vitebsk and 70 km from Polotsk.
I note that the staff of the sanatorium is very responsive, very competent medical staff. The sanatorium introduces new procedures: lymphomat, VLOK, procedures aimed at recovery after coronavirus.
Meals: a customized system, new dishes every day, a choice of three first courses, 6-9 second courses, many dishes of Belarusian cuisine.
The room stock, of course, is not luxurious, but the staff of the sanatorium offers a choice of both superior rooms and simple rooms from the past.
The territory of the sanatorium is very well maintained, the sanatorium is located in the forest, on the shore of two lakes. A lot of birds, lilies of the valley blooming, hedgehogs go their own way....

There were 6 days without treatment. I was lucky with the weather. We spent all the time on the lake, the beach is great, the lake is gorgeous. The staff is friendly. The territory is large and well-maintained, but you will have to walk a lot between the buildings. Food for an amateur. You can choose from the menu today for tomorrow. You have a table fixed for you, everything is served to you.
